To further investigate the fusion neutron source based on a gas dynamic trap (GDT), characteristics of the GDT were analyzed and physics analyses were made for a fusion neutron source based on the GDT concept. The prior design of a GDT-based fusion neutron source was optimized based on a refreshed understanding of GDT operation. A two-step progressive development route of a GDT-based fusion neutron source was suggested. Potential applications of GDT are discussed. Preliminary analyses show that a fusion neutron source based on the GDT concept is suitable for plasma-material interaction research, fusion material and subcomponent testing, and capable of driving a proof-of-principle fusion fission hybrid experimental facility.  相似文献

为满足聚变材料测试对D-T聚变中子源的需要,本文首先根据国际上对用于聚变材料测试的中子源的要求给出设计目标,然后基于Gas Dynamic Trap(GDT)装置的实验进展,提出了基于GDT装置的14MeV中子源的设计初步方案,并建立了GDT中子源的物理模型。计算分析给出了两套中子源参数初步方案,其中FDS-GDT2中子壁负载为2MW/m2,可用于聚变材料的测试。  相似文献

The equilibrium reconstruction is important to study the tokamak plasma physical processes.To analyze the contribution of fast ions to the equilibrium,the kinetic equilibria at two time-slices in a typical H-mode discharge with different auxiliary heatings are reconstructed by using magnetic diagnostics,kinetic diagnostics and TRANSP code.It is found that the fast-ion pressure might be up to one-third of the plasma pressure and the contribution is mainly in the core plasma due to the neutral beam injection power is primarily deposited in the core region.The fast-ion current contributes mainly in the core region while contributes little to the pedestal current.A steep pressure gradient in the pedestal is observed which gives rise to a strong edge current.It is proved that the fast ion effects cannot be ignored and should be considered in the future study of EAST.  相似文献

基于Gas Dynamic Trap(GDT)装置的实验进展,提出了用于驱动聚变裂变混合堆包层的聚变堆芯参数设计。基于零维堆芯物理模型,计算分析给出了一套聚变功率为50MW的初步堆芯参数方案。利用GDT装置的实验结果对该物理模型进行计算对比校验,显示该物理模型和设计参数的可靠性。  相似文献

The absorption of neutral beam power and the fast ion stored energy in EAST plasmas with neutral beam injection(NBI)is analyzed to improve the calculation of thermal energy confinement time.The neutral beam power absorption and fast ion stored energy are systematically calculated using the TRANSP code,through the investigation of global parameters including plasma current,line averaged density and beam energy.Results have shown that scaling laws for the NBI absorption coefficient and fast ion energy rate are obtained through statistical analysis.A comparison of the confinement improvement factor H98y2 with these new scaling laws against those assuming fixed coefficients is given.  相似文献

目的构建表达肝细胞黏附分子(Hepatocyte cell adhesion molecule,hepaCAM)基因的重组腺病毒质粒,并进行鉴定。方法以质粒pEGFP-N2-hepaCAM为模板,PCR扩增hepaCAM基因,克隆至腺病毒穿梭质粒pAdtrack-CMV上,经酶切、PCR及测序鉴定正确后,将重组腺病毒穿梭质粒pAdtrack-CMV-hepaCAM经PmeⅠ线性化,转化至含腺病毒骨架质粒pAdEasy-1的感受态大肠杆菌BJ5183中进行同源重组。重组腺病毒质粒pAdEasy-1-hepaCAM经PmeⅠ线性化后,转染HEK-293细胞,包装重组腺病毒AdI-hepaCAM,经大量扩增后,检测病毒滴度。RT-qPCR及Westernblot检测感染的BIU-87细胞内hepaCAM的表达。结果酶切鉴定证实重组腺病毒质粒pAdEasy-1-hepaCAM构建正确,重组腺病毒AdI-hepaCAM滴度可达1.6×1012pfu/ml,与空载体腺病毒组比较,经重组腺病毒感染的BIU-87细胞中hepaCAM mRNA及蛋白的表达均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论已成功构建携带hepaCAM的重组腺病毒载体AdI-hepaCAM,为研究hepaCAM基因对膀胱癌细胞增殖的调控提供依据。  相似文献
