An ecophysiological experiment was conducted to examine the biochemical effects of acidified seawater containing elevated concentration of CO(2) (C(CO2) 0.08, 0.20, 0.50 and 1.00%) on the copepod Centropages tenuiremis. AchE, ATPase, SOD, GPx, GST, GSH level and GSH/GSSG ratio of the copepod were analyzed. The results showed that elevated C(CO2) and the duration of culture time significantly influenced several biochemical indices in C. tenuiremis (ATPase, GPx, GST, GSH and SOD). Furthermore, the principal component analysis results indicated that 72.32% of the overall variance was explained by the first three principal components (GPx, SOD and GSH). Changes in GPx and GSH levels may play a significant role in the antioxidant defense of copepods against seawater acidification. The long-term response of copepods to seawater acidification and the synergistic effects of acidification with other environmental factors, such as temperature, salinity and trace metal need further investigation.  相似文献

As a critical task in computer vision and animation, 3D face reconstruction can provide 3D model structures and rich semantic information for multi-modal facial applications. However, monocular 2D facial images lack depth information and the parameters of the predicted facial model are not reliable, which causes poor reconstruction results. We propose to employ facial Action Unit (AU) and key facial points which are highly correlated with model parameters as a bridge to guide the regression of model-related parameters and thus solve the ill-posed monocular face reconstruction. Based on existing face reconstruction datasets, we provide a complete semi-automatic labeling scheme for facial AUs and construct a 300W-LP-AU dataset. Furthermore, a 3D face reconstruction algorithm based on AU awareness is put forward to realize end-to-end multi-tasking learning and reduce the overall training difficulty. Experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the face reconstruction performance, with high fidelity of the rebuilt facial model.  相似文献

This work provides a comprehensive Monte Carlo study of X-ray fluorescence computed tomography (XFCT) and K-edge imaging system, including the system design, the influence of various imaging components, the sensitivity and resolution under various conditions. We modified the widely used EGSnrc/DOSXYZnrc code to simulate XFCT images of two acrylic phantoms loaded with various concentrations of gold nanoparticles and Cisplatin for a number of XFCT geometries. In particular, reconstructed signal as a function of the width of the detector ring, its angular coverage and energy resolution were studied. We found that XFCT imaging sensitivity of the modeled systems consisting of a conventional X-ray tube and a full 2-cm-wide energy-resolving detector ring was 0.061% and 0.042% for gold nanoparticles and Cisplatin, respectively, for a dose of ~ 10 cGy. Contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) of XFCT images of the simulated acrylic phantoms was higher than that of transmission K-edge images for contrast concentrations below 0.4%.  相似文献

Long-term ultra-precision synchronization between optical frequency combs (OFCs) and microwave oscillators is important for various fields, including scientific observation, smart grid, positioning and navigation, etc. Here, a phase-locked loop system based on fiber loop optical-microwave phase detector (FLOM-PD) is proposed to realize the synchronization of the repetition rate of OFCs and rubidium atomic clocks. Firstly, the scheme and locking process of the system are elaborated, then the mathematical model of the system is established, and the feasibility of the scheme is proved by theoretical analysis and experimental verification. After synchronization, the instability of the system reaches 8.69×10-12 at 1 s and 2.94×10-13 at 1 000 s, indicating that the phase synchronization system can achieve ultra-precision and stability of OFCs repetition rate.  相似文献

In the edge detection of Remote Sensing (RS) image, the useful detail losing and the spurious edge often appear. To solve the problem, the authors uses the dyadic wavelet to detect the edge of surface features by combining the edge detecting with the multi-resolution analyzing of the wavelet transform. Via the dyadic wavelet decomposing, the RS image of a certain appropriate scale is obtained, and the edge data of the plane and the upright directions are respectively figured out, then the gradient vector module of the surface features is worked out. By tracing them, the authors get the edge data of the object, therefore build the RS image which obtains the checked edge. This method can depress the effect of noise and examine exactly the edge data of the object by rule and line. With an experiment of an RS image which obtains an airport, the authors certificate the feasibility of the application of dyadic wavelet in the object edge detection.  相似文献

Thermal management is one of the key technologies for high-power Light emitting diode(LED) entering into the general illuminating field. Successful thermal management depends on optimal packaging structure and selected packaging materials. In this paper, the aluminum is employed as a substrate of LED, 3×3 array chips are placed on the substrate, heat dissipation performance is simulated using finite element analysis(FEA) software, analyzed are the influences on the temperature of the chip with different convection coefficient, and optical properties are simulated using optical analysis software. The results show that the packaging structure can not only effectually improve the thermal performance of high-power LED array but also increase the light extraction efficiency.  相似文献

The traditional ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) has two problems:one is that the access policy must be embedded in the ciphertext and sent, which leads to the disclosure of user爷 s privacy information, the other is that it does not support collaborative decryption, which cannot meet the actual demand of conditional collaborative decryption among multiple users. In order to deal with the above two problems at the same time, a fine-grained cooperative access control scheme with hidden policies (FCAC-HP) is proposed based on the existing CP-ABE schemes combined with blockchain technology. In FCAC-HP scheme, users are grouped by group identifier so that only users within the same group can cooperate. In the data encryption stage, the access policy is encrypted and then embedded in the ciphertext to protect the privacy information of the access policy. In the data access stage, the anonymous attribute matching technology is introduced so that only matched users can decrypt ciphertext data to improve the efficiency of the system. In this process, a smart contract is used to execute the verification algorithm to ensure the credibility of the results. In terms of security, FCAC-HP scheme is based on the prime subgroup discriminative assumption and is proved to be indistinguishable under chosen plaintext attack (CPA) by dual system encryption technology. Experimental verification and analysis show that FCAC-HP scheme improves computational efficiency while implementing complex functions.  相似文献

Membrane technology features inspiring excellence from numerous separation technologies for CO2 capture from post-combustion gas. Polyvinylamine (PVAm)-based facilitated transport membranes show significantly high separation performance, which has been proven promising for industrial scale-up. However, commercialized PVAm with low molecular weight and excessive crystallinity is not available to prepare high-performance membranes. Herein, the synthesis process of PVAm was optimized by regulating polymerization and acidic hydrolytic conditions. The membranes based on PVAm with a molecular weight of 154 kDa and crystallinity of 11.37% display high CO2 permeance of 726 GPU and CO2/N2 selectivity of 55 at a feed gas pressure of 0.50 MPa. Furthermore, we established a PVAm synthesis reactor with an annual PVAm solution (1%(mass)) capacity of over 7000 kg and realized the scaled-up manufacture of both PVAm and composite membranes.  相似文献
