利用MALDI-TOFMS直接分析乌头碱在大鼠肠内菌中的代谢产物

Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry was used to direct analyze the metabolites of aconitine under rat intestinal bacteria. Only simple sample preparation was needed prior to the MS experiment. CHCA given the good signals was screened as the matrix for the analysis of metabolites. Aconitine can be converted into its metabolites by rat intestinal bacteria such as monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids, diester-diterpenoid alkaloids and lipo-alkaloids by deacetylation, dehydroxylation, demethylation and esterification.     

浅谈高校"仪器分析"及其实验课程教学改革

“仪器分析”及其实验是高等学校化学专业的一门基础课程，具有很强的实用性。课程的开设不仅能够培养学生的实践动手能力及创新意识，还能够帮助学生与未来的工作岗位做到“无缝对接”。鉴于目前教学中存在的诸多问题，本文在课程的教材、理论课教学内容、实验课教学内容等多方面提出了改革意见，为今后“仪器分析”及其实验课程教学的进一步开展提供借鉴。
