Phenol novolac/poly (4-hydroxyphenylmaleimide) (PHPMI) blends were used as an epoxy resin hardener. The curing behavior of the above system and the thermal and mechanical properties of the cured epoxy resin were studied. It was not necessary to use a curing accelerator for this system, because PHPMI caused acceleration of the curing reaction. The curing mechanism of this system was investigated by using model compounds. Test pieces from the neat resins and the glass fiber reinforced resins were evaluated in terms of thermal and mechanical properties, respectively. It was found that heat resistance and mechanical properties were improved by increasing the amount of PHPMI in the hardener. 相似文献

The hydrothermal treatment of two different wood biomass samples such as cherry (hard wood) and cypress (soft wood), whose composition is different i.e. lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose were performed at 280 °C for 15 min with aq. K2CO3 with different concentrations (0–1 M). The soft wood biomass contains higher lignin content than hard wood biomass. The cellulose rich cherry wood biomass produced higher proportion of acetic acid than cypress. The lignin rich cypress produced the hydrocarbons with major portion of phenolic hydrocarbons and derivatives than cherry. The total oil yields from both cherry and cypress wood biomass produced 50 wt% of liquid hydrocarbons at 280 °C for 15 min with 0.5 M K2CO3 solution. The volatility distribution of liquid hydrocarbons showed the characteristic features of soft and hard wood biomasses. 相似文献

A neutral lipid class was isolated by thin-layer chromatography from the skin surface lipids of the hairless mouse. The fraction
migrated faster than triglycerides and had a migration rate similar to that of diacyl alkanediols (diester wax). Upon deacylation,
however, the long-chain diols were identified as 1-alkylglycerol ethers based on their chromatographic properties and on the
mass spectra of their nicotinylidene derivatives. Thus, the skin lipid fraction was identified as 1-O-alkyl-diacylglycerol. The alkyl moieties were all saturated and even-numbered and ranged in chainlength from C16 to C22 with 1-O-hexadecylglycerol amounting to 34% of the total glycerol ether moieties. The fatty acids derived from this lipid fraction

Bug fixing accounts for a large amount of the software maintenance resources. Generally, bugs are reported, fixed, verified and closed. However, in some cases bugs have to be re-opened. Re-opened bugs increase maintenance costs, degrade the overall user-perceived quality of the software and lead to unnecessary rework by busy practitioners. In this paper, we study and predict re-opened bugs through a case study on three large open source projects—namely Eclipse, Apache and OpenOffice. We structure our study along four dimensions: (1) the work habits dimension (e.g., the weekday on which the bug was initially closed), (2) the bug report dimension (e.g., the component in which the bug was found) (3) the bug fix dimension (e.g., the amount of time it took to perform the initial fix) and (4) the team dimension (e.g., the experience of the bug fixer). We build decision trees using the aforementioned factors that aim to predict re-opened bugs. We perform top node analysis to determine which factors are the most important indicators of whether or not a bug will be re-opened. Our study shows that the comment text and last status of the bug when it is initially closed are the most important factors related to whether or not a bug will be re-opened. Using a combination of these dimensions, we can build explainable prediction models that can achieve a precision between 52.1–78.6 % and a recall in the range of 70.5–94.1 % when predicting whether a bug will be re-opened. We find that the factors that best indicate which bugs might be re-opened vary based on the project. The comment text is the most important factor for the Eclipse and OpenOffice projects, while the last status is the most important one for Apache. In this study, we describe a phage display strategy to obtain human monoclonal single-chain Fv (scFv) antibodies binding target cancer cell surface proteins. By developing a cancer cell immunization protocol for SCID mice engrafted with human peripheral blood lymphocytes in combination with an antibody phage display method, we have isolated phage antibodies binding small-cell lung cancer cell line H889 by subtractive selection. One of the isolated scFv antibodies, 12EAb, recognized the E2 component of pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC-E2) by immunoprecipitation according to MALDI-TOF MS analysis. Furthermore, we have confirmed the plasma membrane localization of PDC-E2 in small-cell lung cancer cells by immunocytochemistry and cell surface protein biotinylation, although PDC-E2 is usually located in the mitochondrial matrix. These results, including unique localization of identified antigens, were obtained by proteomic approaches. The present methods can be applied to generate human monoclonal scFv antibodies against tumor cells and to identify new molecular targets for immunotherapy and markers for diagnosis. 相似文献

H.264/AVC provides high video quality at substantially low bit rates. It is useful for saving and transferring video images by robot cameras. However, the computational complexity of H.264/AVC is very high. A high-speed general-purpose processor is necessary to process H.264/AVC. However, it is difficult to use such a processor for a portable device. Therefore, an application-specific processor is necessary. A dynamic reconfiguration can virtually expand the circuit area in a limited chip area. Therefore, this article proposes a dynamically reconfigurable processor for H.264/AVC image prediction. H.264/AVC contains intra- and inter-prediction processes. The intra- and inter-prediction processes are not used at the same time. The proposed processor was designed and synthesized, and dynamically reconfigures those circuits. As a result, look-up tables (LUTs) were reduced to 93%, flip-flops were reduced to 94%, and the maximum delay was about the same. 相似文献

The key issue in this paper is estimating speed of a human. Compared with previous researches on walking speed estimation, we predict the walking intention before gait action. Our proposed hypothesis is that a composite force index is linearly correlated with the intended walking speed. We did two experiments to test the hypothesis. One gives a regression test indicating the intended walking speed has strong linear correlation with the proposed force index; the other tests the linearity by statistical analysis, guaranteeing the tolerance of individual difference. According to the regression and statistics analyses, we built a treadmill-style locomotion interface. Compared with the normal cases of treadmill control, the tested subject does not have to follow the speed of treadmill, but can actively change the speed of treadmill by his/her feet. The designed locomotion interface is applied in a virtual market system. Here the subject walks in a virtual market street with the desired speed. The stereo display based on virtual reality and the ambient sounds of the environment make the subject to have an immersed sense. The layout of shops in the virtual market system is in Japanese style, making the subjects experience much more realistic. 相似文献
