Both silicon carbide and aluminum silicon carbide have simultaneously been obtained directly from naturally occurring aluminosilicate by carbothermal reduction for the first time. A precursor of a montmorillonite–polyacrylonitrile (PAN) intercalation compound was heated at 1700°C in Ar. For comparison, montmorillonite–carbon mixtures were similarly heated. α-SiC, β-SiC, and Al4Si2C5 formed from the montmorillonite–PAN intercalation compound. Mainly α-Al4SiC4 was obtained with ternary carbides from the montmorillonite–carbon mixtures in addition to a large amount of β-SiC. Hence, aluminum silicon carbide formation was affected by the mixing condition of the starting materials.  相似文献

We present translational lemmas for the three standard models of parallel computation, and apply them to obtain tight hierarchy results. It is shown that, for arbitrarily small rational constant , (i) there is a language which can be accepted by a -uniform circuit family of depth and size but not by any -uniform circuit family of depth and size , (ii) there is a language which can be accepted by a -time -space ATM with l worktapes but not by any -time -space ATM with the same l worktapes if the number of tape symbols is fixed, and (iii) there is a language which can be accepted by a -time PRAM with processors but not by any -time PRAM with processors. Here, c > 0, d ≥ 1, r 1 > 1, and r 2 ≥ 1 are arbitrary rational constants, and l ≥ 2 is an arbitrary integer. Preliminary versions of different parts of this paper appeared in Proc. A polyorganosiloxane retaining a SiO4 tetrahedral framework has been synthesized by the reaction of an inosilicate mineral (para-wollastonite) with a trimethylsilylating reagent. The glassy product dissolved in a wide range of organic solvents but was insoluble in water. The analyses of the product by means of infra-red spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction and elemental analysis indicated that trimethylsilyl side groups were linked to the SiO4 framework. The thermal stability of the product was determined by thermal analysis.  相似文献

Building air‐conditioning facilities are promising resources of the fast automated demand response (FastADR) aggregation. However, designing a closed‐loop control includes problems of strong nonlinear dynamic properties of the facility and large sampling period due to building facility communications. This paper proposes an original aggregated transfer function that approximates hundreds of air‐conditioners with large wide area network communication delays. © 2016 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. Performance of the ‘transmission reserve table’ (TRT) buffer, which the authors recently proposed, is theoretically investigated. The buffer's triage ranking queuing was designed for resource‐limited control networks that are possibly exposed to a rush of control commands. Our previous study analyzed the performance of the TRT buffer by means of computer simulation. In this paper, we derive a stochastic analytical model for the TRT buffer and verify the model in comparison with computer simulations. Theoretical calculation demonstrates that the triage ranking of the TRT plays a crucial role in keeping the real‐timeness of the control network even in a rush of commands by our triage ranking mechanism. © 2015 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. In this paper, we modeled an aggregation communication server of the Fast Automated Demand Response (FastADR) system using an M/M/1 queuing system. Assuming that a very large number of FastADR participating BEMS gateways are widely distributed, scalability of aggregation communication performance was estimated by the M/M/1 transient analysis. Validity of our analysis model was confirmed by realistic wide‐area communication emulation system in the laboratory. Our scalability analysis has shown that at least parallel 25 aggregation systems will be necessary to realize expected communication time of approximately 30 s for an example of FastADR aggregation of 100 MW reduced demand.  相似文献
