Dielectric capacitors with decent energy storage and fast charge-discharge performances are essential in advanced pulsed power systems. In this study, novel ceramics (1-x)NaNbO3-xBi(Ni2/3Nb1/3)O3(xBNN, x = 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 and 0.20) with high energy storage capability, large power density and ultrafast discharge speed were designed and prepared. The impedance analysis proves that the introducing an appropriate amount of Bi(Ni0·5Nb0.5)O3 boosts the insulation ability, thus obtaining a high breakdown strength (Eb) of 440 kV/cm in xBNN ceramics. A high energy storage density (Wtotal) of 4.09 J/cm3, recoverable energy storage density (Wrec) of 3.31 J/cm3, and efficiency (η) of 80.9% were attained in the 0.15BNN ceramics. Furthermore, frequency and temperature stability (fluctuations of Wrec ≤ 0.4% over 5–100 Hz and Wrec ≤ 12.3% over 20–120 °C) were also observed. The 0.15BNN ceramics exhibited a large power density (19 MW/cm3) and ultrafast discharge time (~37 ns) over the range of ambient temperature to 120 °C. These enhanced performances may be attributed to the improved breakdown strength and relaxor behavior through the incorporation of BNN. In conclusion, these findings indicate that 0.15BNN ceramics may serve as promising materials for pulsed power systems. 相似文献

A series of half-sandwich structural iridium(III) phenanthroline (Phen) complexes with halide ions (Cl−, Br−, I−) and pyridine leaving groups ([(η5-CpX)Ir(Phen)Z](PF6)n, Cpx: electron-rich cyclopentadienyl group, Z: leaving group) have been prepared. Target complexes, especially the Cpxbiph (biphenyl-substituted cyclopentadienyl)-based one, showed favourable anticancer activity against human lung cancer (A549) cells; the best one ( Ir8 ) was almost five times that of cisplatin under the same conditions. Compared with complexes involving halide ion leaving groups, the pyridine-based one did not display hydrolysis but effectively caused lysosomal damage, leading to accumulation in the cytosol, inducing an increase in the level of intracellular reactive oxygen species and apoptosis; this indicated an anticancer mechanism of oxidation. Additionally, these complexes could bind to serum albumin through a static quenching mechanism. The data highlight the potential value of half-sandwich iridium(III) phenanthroline complexes as anticancer drugs. 相似文献

黄河宁蒙河段开河期冰凌洪水主要集中在3月中下旬,一般由融冰洪水与冰坝洪水组成,其特点主要表现在:凌峰、洪量年际变化大,沿程增加明显,头道拐站易形成多峰,峰型系数较夏汛小,洪水历时较夏汛短,水位表现较夏汛同流量水位高,流速在涨水段慢于落水段。这些特点主要与宁蒙河道形态、水利工程、封河期上游来水及开河期气温、开河形势、封冻期形成的槽蓄水增量大小、沿程分布及其释放程度有关。 相似文献

对粗纱工序影响成纱质量的工艺参数进行了全方位的分析,发现影响粗纱成纱质量的工艺参数主要有锭翼速度、前区隔距、主牵伸区隔距、后区隔距、后区牵伸倍数、上下销钳口隔距和捻系数等.针对这些工艺参数在粗纱机上进行正交试验,纺制普梳纯棉18.2 tex纱线,对产生的数据进行极差和方差分析,优选出能够获得最佳粗纱成纱质量的工艺参数.对得到的工艺参数上机试验并纺制成细纱测试其质量,其成纱质量数值在乌斯特2007年公报5%水平以内,说明优选的工艺参数可以应用于生产实践,对生产企业探索其他品种的工艺参数配置具有理论和实践指导意义. 相似文献

A series of waterborne polyurethane (PDMAPU) containing catechol group were prepared by double-bond random copolymerization of terminated double bond polyurethane prepolymer with modified acrylamido dopamine under thermal initiation. This kind of mussel-like waterborne polyurethane adhesive is inspired by marine mussel, as well as it is environment-friendly and used in bonding of leather. FTIR and 1H NMR proved the successful introduction of catechol group into polyurethane matrix. Oxidative cross-linking between catechol unit and molecular chain in PDMAPU structure, the thermal stability and crystallization ability of PDMAPU was significantly improved. The increase of the particle size of PDMAPU emulsion showed that the introduction of catechol group changed the microstructure of polyurethane and enhanced the cross-linking degree. The water resistance of polyurethane emulsion was further improved. Compared with PU without catechol group, the peel strength of leather substrate adhered by PDMAPU emulsion increased from 0.42 to 1.93 MPa, which indicated that PDMAPU has better bonding properties with leather. The bidentate hydrogen bond formed with catechol group as the reaction sites is considered to be the key reason for the adhesion of mussel-like polyurethane adhesive to hydrophilic substrates. 目的 目前无参考图像质量评价算法的性能存在较大的提升空间,为了提高清晰度评价技术,提出了一种基于梯度信息与HVS滤波器的无参考清晰度评价算法(GI-F)。方法 该算法首先利用梯度算子计算各像素点的梯度信息,再通过HVS滤波器得到加权和作为图像的清晰度指标。结果 在公开数据库LIVE、TID2008和CSIQ上进行的实验,GI-F与S3(Spectral and Spatial Sharpness)、CPBD(Cumulative Probability of Blur Detection)和LPC-SI(Local Phase Coherence-based Sharpness Index)相比,性能指标RMSE(Root Mean Squared Error)、PLCC(Pearson Linear Correlation Coefficient)和SROCC(Spearman Rank-Order Correlation Coefficient)分别提升了20.66%、4.61%和3.33%;同时GI-F还具有更低的计算复杂度,即使与目前最好的BRISQUE(Blind/Referenceless Image Spatial QUality Evaluator)算法相比,耗时也降低了79.72%。结论 该算法只需耗费更少的时间即可计算出与人眼感知更加接近的客观清晰度指标,可广泛用于无参考图像情况下的清晰度指标计算场合,同时还可以通过并行计算进一步降低其计算时间。 相似文献
