It was found that heat treatment of nonwoven fabric in optimum conditions increases the efficiency of filtration of aqueous suspensions. It is shown that the efficiency of filtration can be increased further by increasing the shrinkage of the fabric, determined by the heat treatment regimes or shrunken fibre content.  相似文献

Nd2 ? x Ca x CoO4 ± δ-based materials demonstrated high effectiveness in partial methane oxidation into synthesis gas with almost 100% selectivity. It has been determined that Nd2 ? x Ca x CoO4 ± δ materials synthesized via the solid-state or cryochemical methods are single-phase in the range of 0.6 ≤ x ≤ 1 at a synthesis temperatures of 1100–1200°C. Synthesis at t ≤ 1100°C allows to prepare solid solutions in the range of 0.9 < x < 1.05.  相似文献

A study is made of the relationship between the deformation and strength characteristics of needle-punched materials made from a mix of polyester and bicomponent fibers and treated with heated air. This type of treatment is very effective for obtaining materials with good initial tensile strength. However, the material’s resistance to deformation is preserved with relatively little elongation. The possibilities of using new reagent compositions based on diazo and azo dyestuff components that contain sulfonic groups are considered to determine nitrites in the presence of the contents of chlorides. New reagent compositions based on 1-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid in combination with 2,6- nitroorthanilic and 2,6-dichlorosulfanilic acids have been used to create indicator powders and indicator papers for the quantitative test determination of nitrite ions. Test methods based on sustainable indicator powders and indicator papers have been developed with the use of the ilPro portable spectrophotometer and PlustekSmartPhoto P60 compact mobile scanner combined with the Vuescan universal scan program. It has been shown that the sensitivity of the visual determination of nitrites in liquids using indicator papers is 0.5 mg/L. The sensitivity of the test method that uses indicator papers, the PlustekSmartPhoto P60 mobile scanner, and the ilPro portable spectrophotometer is 0.2 mg/L. Upon using the indicator powder and i1Pro portable spectrophotometer, the range of defined concentrations of nitrite ions is 0.01–5 mg/L.  相似文献

An approach to the construction of a kinetic model for the reactions of rapeseed oil hydroconversion to aromatic hydrocarbons has been proposed, which is based on analysis of experimental data obtained using a MFI zeolite promoted with zinc and chromium ions. An empirical mathematical model describing the dynamic behavior of the main products of the decomposition reaction of rapeseed oil as a model feedstock has been developed. It has been shown that an increase in the space time and temperature in the examined range of reaction conditions increase the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons. The influence of hydrogen pressure on the yield of aromatics is nonmonotonic in character, passing through a maximum, with the optimum yield being in the middle of the hydrogen pressure range of 10–20 atm.  相似文献
