Breast cancer is one of the human threats which cause morbidity and mortality worldwide. The death rate can be reduced by advanced diagnosis. The objective of this article is to select the reduced number of features the help in diagnosing breast cancer in Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC). This proposed model depicts women who all have no cancer cells or in benign stage later develop into malignant (metastases). Due to the dynamic nature of the big data framework, the proposed method ensures high confidence and low execution time. Moreover, healthcare information growth chases an exponential pattern, and current database systems cannot adequately manage the massive amount of data. So, it is requisite to adopt the “big data” solution for healthcare information.  相似文献

Thermally and chemically stable perovskite-like layer structures have attracted extensively in the field of energy and environmental applications. In this study, La2Ti2O7 was synthesized by the solvothermal method at 180 °C. This method provides high pure and homogeneously dispersed nanorods of orthorhombic phase having length of 250 nm and width of 70 nm. Even though this is a low-temperature synthesis method, it yields high crystalline nature after calcination. The novelty of this work is its synthesis methodology by the solvothermal route to achieve lower weight loss of La2Ti2O7. Furthermore, they exhibit narrow absorption in the UV-region from 200 to 350 nm, makes it possible to fabricate it as UV photodetector at ambient condition. In presence of UV illumination at 390 nm, it shows sharp photocurrent response with the decay time of 1.7 s.

The sol-gel route of synthesizing bioactive glasses of composition 45S5 has shown higher compatibility than the melt casting method. In bioactive glass synthesis, a major silica source is derived from the synthetic tetraethyl orthosilicate precursor. This work demonstrates the sol–gel-derived bioactive glass prepared from rice husk and TEOS as silica sources. In this study, the effect of crystallization with respect to the silica source in bioactive glass composition was investigated to gain further understanding on the processes involved in the fabrication of bioglass. The in vitro biodegradation and apatite formation of the bioactive glass in simulated body fluid was investigated by spectroscopic and morphological studies. Both the bioactive glasses show a change in morphology toward nanostructured apatite formation after in vitro immersion studies. Further, the hemocompatibility of bioactive glass prepared using rice husk is similar to bioactive glass prepared from organic silica sources. This promises the possibility of synthesizing low cost and biocompatible bioactive glass 45S5 system for tissue engineering applications.  相似文献
