A new potassium iron (III) pyrophosphate was synthesized by hydrothermal technique and characterized by X-ray studies. The compound crystallizes in a monoclinic space group,P2 1/c, with cell parameters,a = 7 365(2) Å,b = 10017(2) Å,c = 8.214(1) Å,β = 106.50(1)° andZ = 4. The structure has tunnel-type cavities and are congenial for ion transportation through them. The compound exhibits moderate thermal stability.  相似文献

Following exposure to high doses of ionizing radiation, diverse strains of vertebrate species will manifest varying levels of radiation sensitivity. To understand the inter-strain cellular and molecular mechanisms of radiation sensitivity, two mouse strains with varying radiosensitivity (C3H/HeN, and CD2F1), were exposed to total body irradiation (TBI). Since Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) signaling pathway is associated with radiosensitivity, we investigated the link between systemic or tissue-specific IGF-1 signaling and radiosensitivity. Adult male C3H/HeN and CD2F1 mice were irradiated using gamma photons at Lethal Dose-70/30 (LD70/30), 7.8 and 9.35 Gy doses, respectively. Those mice that survived up to 30 days post-irradiation, were termed the survivors. Mice that were euthanized prior to 30 days post-irradiation due to deteriorated health were termed decedents. The analysis of non-irradiated and irradiated survivor and decedent mice showed that inter-strain radiosensitivity and post-irradiation survival outcomes are associated with activation status of tissue and systemic IGF-1 signaling, nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor 2 (Nrf2) activation, and the gene expression profile of cardiac mitochondrial energy metabolism pathways. Our findings link radiosensitivity with dysregulation of IGF-1 signaling, and highlight the role of antioxidant gene response and mitochondrial function in radiation sensitivity.  相似文献

Given a test sequence and a list of faults detected by the sequence, vector restoration techniques extract a minimal subsequence that detects a chosen subset of modeled faults. Vector restoration techniques are useful in static compaction of test sequences and in fault diagnosis. We propose a new vector restoration technique that is a significant improvement over the state of the art in several ways: (1) a sequence of length n can be restored with only O(n log 2 n) simulations while known approaches require simulation of O(n 2) vectors, (2) a two-step restoration process is used that makes vector restoration practical for large designs, and (3) restoration process for several faults is overlapped to provide significant acceleration in vector restoration. Our new ideas can be used to improve run-times of known static compaction and fault diagnosis methods. We integrated the proposed vector restoration technique into a static test sequence compaction system. Our experiments show that the new restoration technique, as compared to known techniques (Proceedings of Int. Conf. on Computer Design, University of Iowa, Aug. 1997, pp. 360–365.), is (1) about 2 times faster for the ISCAS benchmark circuits, and (2) 3 to 5 times faster on large, industrial designs. Using the new restoration technique, we successfully processed large industrial designs that could not be handled by earlier techniques (Proceedings of Int. Conf. on Computer Design, University of Iowa, Aug. 1997, pp. 360–365.) in 2 CPU days.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sm2(C3H2O4)3(H2O)6], was investigated by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters a = 17.1650(8) ?, b = 12.3010(5) ?, c = 11.1420(4) ?, β = 127.5161(10)°, Z = 4 and V = 1866.04(14) ?3. The Sm atom lies on a two-fold axis and has nine-coordination with six oxygen atoms from carboxylate groups and three water molecules. The compound forms a layer-type polymeric structure. The layers are formed by samarium and one independent malonate group to give a three-dimensional framework. The extensive network of hydrogen bonds and bridge bonds observed in this structure enhances the structural stability. The thermal dehydration of the compound was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

Na2ZnP2O7·HCl single crystals were synthesised by hydrothermal technique and characterised by X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallises in tetragonal system with space group P41212 and cell parameters a=7.687(5) Å, c=20.529(1) Å, Z=8, having tunnel type of cavities in the structure. CsNiP crystals were synthesized by hydrothermal technique and characterized by the X-ray diffraction method. This alkaline transition metal phosphide crystallizes in the hexagonal system with space groupP6 3/mmc and cell parameters,a = 7.173(2) Å,c = 5.944(9) Å,V = 264.87(7) Å3 andZ = 2.
