George Staple CB QC, head of the UK's Serious Fraud Office (SFO) between 1992 and 1997, was recently appointed the Fraud Advisory Panel's chairman. At the start of April, James Essinger interviewed George Staple to find out more about the Panel and what had been happening in the two months since the launch.
