In this paper, any two of the three anticorrosion agents, that is emulsifier (OP-10), soluble glass (Na2O·nSiO2) and glycerin (C3H8O3), were treated simultaneously on the surface of amorphous (a-) MgNi+5% Ml2Mg17 (Ml denotes the lanthanum-rich mish metal) electrode and the electrolyte. Effect of the synergistic anticorrosion treatment on charging/discharging cycle stability of the electrode was investigated. Contrasted with single treatment method, the cycling stability of the electrodes was further improved. The desirable synergistic anticorrosion method was that the electrode was treated by the soluble glass, and that OP-10 was added into the electrolyte. The cyclic voltammogram (CV) results of the electrode show clearly that the anticorrosion agent can change the electrochemical activity and mechanism of the electrode. The concentration of the anticorrosion agent in the electrolyte treated by the synergistic anticorrosion method was also investigated. The appropriate concentration of the anticorrosion agents in the electrolyte is 0.143%.  相似文献

本文对激光通过大气传输引起的热晕进行数值模拟,并采用相位补偿的方法对热晕进行校正,从计算结果中得到经过相位补偿后,光束质量有较好的改善,Strehl比有所提高。从模拟结果中还总结出补偿后的热晕 定标规律公式,发现热晕经补偿后的功率阈值提高3倍以上。  相似文献

系统地研究了La0.65Mg0.35Nix(x=3.0~3.5)储氢合金电极的自放电性能。结果表明,随着Ni含量的增加,合金电极最大放电容量从350.6mAh·g-1(x=3.0)增加到351.2mAh·g-1(x=3.1),然后减小到244.1mAh·g-1(x=3.5)。72h自放电的容量保持率从77.7%(x=3.0)增加到79.5%(x=3.1),然后又降低到63.5%(x=3.5)。说明适中的Ni含量有利于降低合金电极的自放电率。通过测量合金电极的P-C-T曲线和合金的腐蚀曲线分析了合金电极自放电性能的变化规律。  相似文献

Targeted drug delivery systems that combine imaging and therapeutic modalities in a single macromolecular construct may offer advantages in the development and application of nanomedicines. To incorporate the unique optical properties of luminescent quantum dots (QDs) into immunoliposomes for cancer diagnosis and treatment, we describe the synthesis, biophysical characterization, tumor cell-selective internalization, and anticancer drug delivery of QD-conjugated immunoliposome-based nanoparticles (QD-ILs). Pharmacokinetic properties and in vivo imaging capability of QD-ILs were also investigated. Freeze-fracture electron microscopy was used to visualize naked QDs, liposome controls, nontargeted QD-conjugated liposomes (QD-Ls), and QD-ILs. QD-ILs prepared by insertion of anti-HER2 scFv exhibited efficient receptor-mediated endocytosis in HER2-overexpressing SK-BR-3 and MCF-7/HER2 cells but not in control MCF-7 cells as analyzed by flow cytometry and confocal microscopy. In contrast, nontargeted QD-Ls showed minimal binding and uptake in these cells. Doxorubicin-loaded QD-ILs showed efficient anticancer activity, while no cytotoxicity was observed for QD-ILs without chemotherapeutic payload. In athymic mice, QD-ILs significantly prolonged circulation of QDs, exhibiting a plasma terminal half-life ( t 1/2) of approximately 2.9 h as compared to free QDs with t 1/2 < 10 min. In MCF-7/HER2 xenograft models, localization of QD-ILs at tumor sites was confirmed by in vivo fluorescence imaging.  相似文献

Real-time in situ detection of active proteases is crucial for early-stage cancer screening and cell signaling pathway study; however, it is difficult to achieve using fluorescence or radioactive probes at volumes below 1 nL. Here we demonstrated a hybrid optical probe by incorporating nanocrescent particle and peptides with artificial tag molecules. We performed a proof-of-concept study using prostate specific antigen (PSA), one of the most prominent prostate cancer markers, and a serine protease present in patients' seminal fluid and serum. The Raman spectral signal from the tag molecules is enhanced by the nanocrescent and the signal is monitored as the indicator for peptide cleavage in a femtoliter reaction volume, at levels close to a single proteolytically active PSA molecule. The high reaction specificity of the peptides on individual nanoparticles minimizes the false detection of other serine proteases and background Raman signal, which results in a high-fidelity and high-signal-to-noise-ratio cancer nanoprobe that can be easily incorporated into nano/microfluidic devices.  相似文献

采用向高压脉冲放电反应器中投加催化剂的方式来强化降解苯酚的效果,并考察了不同催化剂及其投量对苯酚处理效果的影响。与单独高压脉冲放电进行比较,Fe2+投量为0.05 mmol/L时,催化效果最好,可以使苯酚的去除率由15.45%提高到94.94%,其次是Fe3+,投量为0.061mmol/L时,苯酚的去除率提高了3倍。这主要是因为Fe2+和Fe3+诱发放电过程中产生的H2O2发生芬顿和类芬顿反应,生成HO.。另外,由于放电过程中紫外光解的作用,投加0.1mmol/LH2O2可以使苯酚的去除率提高1倍。粉末活性炭的良好吸附性能也使它具有一定的催化作用,投量5 mg/L可使苯酚的去除率提高1.3倍。  相似文献
