Hg/sub 0.82/Re/sub 0.18/Ba/sub 2/Ca/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 8+/spl delta// polycrystalline samples were successfully obtained by using different oxygen partial pressure in the annealing treatment of the precursor ceramic. The doping state was confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction pattern analysis and by observing distinct thermopower values at room temperature. Also, the intergrain regions have shown an improvement in the critical current density when using the precursor preparation with 10% O/sub 2/ and 90% Ar (optimal doped). The optimal doped sample has presented the highest /spl alpha/ exponent of the J/sub c//spl prop/[1-(T/T/sub c/)/sup 2/]/sup /spl alpha// dependence. For the case of (Hg,Re)-1223 polycrystalline superconductor applications, the /spl alpha/ exponent can be used as a junction quality parameter. 相似文献

Polysulfated nanomaterials that mimic the extracellular cell matrix are of great interest for their potential to modulate cellular responses and to bind and neutralize pathogens. However, control over the density of active functional groups on such biomimetics is essential for efficient interactions, and this remains a challenge. In this regard, producing polysulfated graphene derivatives with control over their functionality is an intriguing accomplishment in order to obtain highly effective 2D platforms for pathogen interactions. Here, a facile and efficient method for the controlled attachment of a heparin sulfate mimic on the surface of graphene is reported. Dichlorotriazine groups are conjugated to the surface of graphene by a one‐pot [2+1] nitrene cycloaddition reaction at ambient conditions, providing derivatives with defined functionality. Consecutive step by step conjugation of hyperbranched polyglycerol to the dichlorotriazine groups and eventual conversion to the polyglycerol sulfate result in the graphene based heparin biomimetics. Scanning force microscopy, cryo‐transmission electron microscopy, and in vitro bioassays reveal strong interactions between the functionalized graphene (thoroughly covered by a sulfated polymer) and vesicular stomatitis virus. Infection experiments with highly sulfated versions of graphene drastically promote the infection process, leading to higher viral titers compared to nonsulfated analogues. 相似文献

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) has a long history of economic adulteration, the detection of which presents significant challenges due to the diverse composition of cultivars grown around the world and the limitations of existing methods for detecting adulteration. In this study, using Method COI/T.20/Doc. No. 30/Rev. 1 of the International Olive Council, the authenticity of 88 market samples of EVOO was evaluated by comparing total sterol contents, desmethylsterol composition, and contents of triterpene dialcohols (erythrodiol and uvaol) with purity criteria specified in the United States Standards for grades of olive oil and olive‐pomace oil. Three of the 88 samples labeled as EVOO failed to meet purity criteria, indicating possible adulteration with commodity oil and/or solvent‐extracted olive oil. Detection of adulteration was also evaluated by spiking an EVOO sample with commodity oil at the 10 % level. As expected, eight of the spiked samples (canola, corn, hazelnut, peanut, safflower, soybean, and sunflower oils, and palm olein) failed to meet purity criteria. Two of the three samples spiked with 10 % hazelnut oil went undetected for adulteration. Overall, a low occurrence rate of adulteration (<5 %), based on purity criteria for desmethylsterols and triterpene dialcohols, was detected for the 88 products labeled as EVOO. 相似文献

Emulsion polymerization of the butadiene (Bu) was performed in the presence of disproportionate potassium rosinate (DPR) as anionic emulsifier, potassium hydroxide (KOH), and potassium carbonate (K2CO3) as electrolytes, and three different initiators including potassium persulfate (KPS), 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) or 4,4′-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid) (ACVA, also known as VAZO) at 70 °C. Latexes were prepared with a solid content of about 30 wt%. The particle size and its distribution were measured by dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis, while the polymerization conversion was determined gravimetrically at different time intervals. Results on the emulsion polymerization of Bu in the presence of KOH and K2CO3 co-electrolytes showed that adding KOH to the reaction media decreases the polymerization rate. Positive effect of co-electrolytes on the control over polybutadiene latex (PBL) particles size and its distribution was also confirmed, where K2CO3 played roles as electrolyte and pH buffer and KOH served double roles as electrolyte and alkaline supplier of the reaction media. Complete solubility of the AIBN in Bu resulted in higher rate of polymerization in the presence of AIBN in comparison to other initiators, i.e., VAZO or KPS. The results showed that initiator type plays a significant role on the formation of PBL nanoparticles and kinetics of the polymerization. The kinetic studies revealed that emulsion polymerization of Bu follows case 1 (i.e., \(\bar{n}\) ?0.5, where \(\bar{n}\) indicates average number of the propagating chains per particle) of the Smith-Ewart kinetics. 相似文献

The effects of cold work process between aging and solution heat treatment on the microstructure, hardness and the tribologic behaviour of a copper–beryllium (Cu–Be) alloy C17200 were investigated. The wear behaviour of the alloys was studied using ‘pin on disc’ method under dry conditions. The results show that the formation of fine grained structure and γ phase particles enhances the mechanical properties of the alloy; nonetheless, they do not reduce the wear rate. This is attributed to the capability of the softer specimens to maintain oxygen rich compounds during the dry sliding test. 相似文献

In this paper, a hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed for the open shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the makespan. In the proposed algorithm, a specialized crossover operator is used that preserves the relative order of jobs on machines and a strategy is applied to prevent from searching redundant solutions in the mutation operator. Moreover, an iterative optimization heuristic is employed which uses the concept of randomized active schedules, a dispatching index based on the longest remaining processing time rule and a lower bound to further decrease the search space. Computational results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other genetic algorithms and is very competitive with well-known metaheuristics available in the literature. 相似文献

This paper proposes a new open‐loop and low complexity (small size) fast‐lock synchronization circuit for clock and data recovery in wearable systems. The system includes sensors embedded in textile and connected by conductive yarns. Synchronization is based on the open‐loop selection of the correct phase of the receiver clock synchronously with the incoming signal. The clock generator of the receiver is an autonomous oscillator set to operate at the same nominal frequency. The circuit lock time is at most one clock cycle, faster than all methods based on phase‐locked loops or delay‐locked loops. The circuit can be used for baseband communication independently of the signal coding method used in the physical layer, making it suitable for many applications. The fully digital circuit (including non‐return‐to‐zero inverted decoder) occupies 0.0022 in a 0.35 complementary metal‐oxide semiconductor (CMOS) process, a smaller implementation than many existing circuits, and supports a maximum system clock frequency of 70 for a 35‐data rate. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed circuit robustly generates a synchronous clock for data recovery. The circuit is suitable for systems that tolerate some jitter but requires fast lock time, small size, and low energy consumption. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The problem of scheduling in permutation flow shop with the objective of minimizing the maximum completion time, or makespan, is considered. A new ant colony optimization algorithm is developed for solving the problem. A novel mechanism is employed in initializing the pheromone trails based on an initial sequence. Moreover, the pheromone trail intensities are limited between lower and upper bounds which change dynamically. When a complete sequence of jobs is constructed by an artificial ant, a local search is performed to improve the performance quality of the solution. The proposed ant colony algorithm is applied to Taillard’s benchmark problems. Computational experiments suggest that the algorithm yields better results than well-known ant colony optimization algorithms available in the literature. 相似文献

paper reviews the theoretical and technical principles as well as the recent achievements and applications of light backscattering
imaging for nondestructive evaluation of food and agricultural produce. The results suggest the potential use of this emerging
technique in the food industry. Further attempts are pointed out to improve its performance through utilizing advanced image
