新型微波-毫米波幅相测试系统及扩展应用

介绍了一种新型微波 毫米波幅相测试系统及其在相关测试领域中的典型应用。与传统微波幅相测试系统相比 ,该系统具有原理新颖、结构简单、扩展频段容易和使用方便等优点。本系统目前广泛应用于紧缩场电气性能检测、天线测量和RCS测量等领域中 ,频率范围为 1～ 110GHz。本测试系统已经申请国家专利 ,并通过相关部门鉴定。     

一种实用的内插FFT信号处理方法

基于信号样本可以重建信号频谱包络,本文提出一种简单、实用的内插方法,将此方法的有效性和FFT的优越性结合起来应用于细化频率分辨率,以适应需要获取信号较多频谱信息的应用场合。     

A novel method for camera external parameters online calibration using dotted road line

On board camera is the most important information source for driver assistant application which is based on computer vision. One problem for on board camera is that the external parameters are easy to be changed when moving on the road. Traditional method either calibrates external parameters offline or calibrates external parameters semi-online, which both need human intervention. By observation, it is found that corner connection of dotted road lane can form two groups of parallel lines. Using this geometric characteristics and through theoretical derivation, a novel online camera external parameter calibration method is proposed which focus on the situation when vehicle is moving. The pro of this method is that it maintains relatively high calculation accuracy and more important, it does not require any human intervention in whole calibration process. Experimental and comparison results show that this method is simple and have accurate results which fully meet the requirements of practical application.

New soft morphological parameterized symmetric logarithmic image processing filtering algorithm

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging has the inherent random speckle noise, which seriously affects the quality of the SAR image, and it is very important to study the suppression of the speckle noise. In view of the fact that the traditional spot noise suppression method could not remove speckle noise while protecting the image texture information, a novel filtering algorithm is proposed based on the soft morphological and parameterized symmetric logarithmic image processing model. The proposed algorithm combines the flexibility of the order-statistic soft morphological operations and the characteristic of the parameterized symmetric logarithmic image processing model which establishes a parameterized symmetric structure processing part of the image, which can suppress speckle noise while protecting the texture information on the image. In order to validate the despecking performance of the proposed algorithm, we compare the effect of the filter with some of the existing filtering algorithms, and use some of the image evaluation parameters of the suppress speckle noise image to evaluate the performance of the SMPSLIP filtering algorithm. Experimental results show the effectiveness of this algorithm.     

基于星模拟器综合误差的星点修正方法的研究

对静态星模拟器的工作原理及星点位置误差的计算方法进行了研究,提出了一种新的星点位置的修正方法。利用这种修正方法能够在现有基础上提高星模拟器的模拟精度,有效降低对静态星模拟器光学系统设计的要求,减小星模拟器综合误差对星模拟器精度的影响。通过实验证明,修正后的星点误差均优于10″,可用于高精度星敏感器的地面标定。     

Degradability and biocompatibility of bioglass/poly(amino acid) composites with different surface bioactivity as bone repair materials

Bioglass (BG) possesses excellent bioactivity and has been widely used in the manufacture of biomaterials. In this study, a composite with different surface bioactivity was fabricated via in situ melting polymerization by incorporating BG and poly(amino acid) (PAA) at a suitable ratio. The structure of the composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and XRD. The compressive strength of the BG/PAA composites was 139 MPa (BG:PAA = 30:70). The BG/PAA composites were degradable, and higher BG in composite showed higher weight loss after 4 weeks of incubation in simulated body fluid. In addition, the BG/PAA composite maintained adequate residual compressive strength during the degradation period. The SEM results showed the differences in surface bioactivities of the composites directly, and 30BG/PAA composite showed thicker apatite layer and higher Ca/p than 15BG/PAA. in vitro MG-63 cell culture experiments showed that the composite was noncytotoxic and thus allows cells to adhere, proliferate, and differentiate. This indicates that the composite has good biocompatibility. The implantations in the bone defects of rabbits for 4 and 12 weeks were studied. The composites had good biocompatibility and were capable of guiding new bone formation without causing any inflammation. The composite may be successfully used in the development of bone implants.     

海河流域近现代降水量变化若干特征

根据器测资料、代用资料和文献资料,综合分析海河流域1956年以来、1880年以来和1736年以来降水量变化的主要特征,探讨影响降水多年代尺度变化的可能机制。结果表明:1海河流域平均年降水量距平百分率在1956—2013年表现出较明显下降趋势,每10 a下降速率为2.6%,但在1880—2012年期间下降趋势很弱;21736—2012年,海河流域平均年降水量距平百分率未表现出任何长期趋势变化,1956年以来和1880年以来的趋势性减少现象也不再显得异常,但存在一系列年代到多年代尺度振动;320世纪40年代后期到60年代早期是1736年以来最湿润阶段,但20世纪初以来几次持续性干旱,包括1997—2003年的严重干旱,在1736年以来历史上并非罕见,1826—1843年曾出现持续时间最长的严重干旱;4海河流域平均年降水量具有准周期性振动特点,较明显的准周期包括2~7 a、11 a、22~23 a、33 a和63~65 a;520世纪60年代后期以来海河流域降水的趋势性减少,是区域气候63~65 a自然低频周期性振动的组成部分,预计未来几十年整个流域降水量总体上将呈增多趋势,并可能在2035—2040年达到峰值区间。     

基于状态指标的更新决策方法研究

针对设备在实际运行和执行任务时经常涉及到维修、更新报废等管理活动缺乏定量模型支撑的问题,提出了利用典型部件的预测寿命和非典型部件的历史寿命对设备系统级的健康状态进行综合评估的方法,建立了一种以状态指标为决策序列的动态规划更新决策方法;该方法能综合考虑维修费用和更新费用,确定最优更新决策,降低保障费用,有效地提高了设备的经济效益;最后经过案例分析证明了该方法的有效性,对于提高设备的保障能力和经济效益提供了理论支撑和方法指导.
