This article tackles the problem of predicting effort (in person–hours) required to fix a software defect posted on an Issue Tracking System. The proposed method is inspired by the Nearest Neighbour Approach presented by the pioneering work of Weiss et al. (2007) [1]. We propose four enhancements to Weiss et al. (2007) [1]: Data Enrichment, Majority Voting, Adaptive Threshold and Binary Clustering. Data Enrichment infuses additional issue information into the similarity-scoring procedure, aiming to increase the accuracy of similarity scores. Majority Voting exploits the fact that many of the similar historical issues have repeating effort values, which are close to the actual. Adaptive Threshold automatically adjusts the similarity threshold to ensure that we obtain only the most similar matches. We use Binary Clustering if the similarity scores are very low, which might result in misleading predictions. This uses common properties of issues to form clusters (independent of the similarity scores) which are then used to produce the predictions. Numerical results are presented showing a noticeable improvement over the method proposed in Weiss et al. (2007) [1].  相似文献

The ability of Clostridium butyricum RAK25832 to use casamino acids as a nitrogen source was investigated. Strain RAK25832 showed the capacity to utilize different types of carbon sources. With glucose as a carbon source (10 g/L), the preferred final concentration of casamino acids was 26.67 g/L, with a cumulative hydrogen production, production rate, and yield of 2505 mL H2/L, 160 mL/h, and 1.81 mol H2/mol glucose, respectively. Eighteen metal elements were screened to identify the most important metals for biohydrogen production, and four elements were optimized. The optimal medium composition was MgCl2·6H2O (0.1 g/L), K2HPO4·3H2O (6.67 g/L), NaHCO3 (2.6 g/L), and FeCl2·4H2O (0.002 g/L). Vitamin supplementation of the medium showed no significant effect on hydrogen production. Under the optimized conditions, cumulative hydrogen production reached 3074 mL H2/L. This is the first study to demonstrate the use of casamino acids as a nitrogen source by C. butyricum.  相似文献

A scheme is presented for the speed control of rolling mill drives. The proposed speed controller is based on a two-degree-of-freedom (TDF) structure and uses an observer-based state feedback compensator for the major control loop. The control method yields a robust system with respect to system uncertainties and modeling errors and is very effective for vibration suppression. Experimental verification was carried out on a prototype rolling mill minimodel system. The experimental drive system has a three-mass-model structure (motor-gear-load) connected by low stiffness shafts. The mechanical resonances and the inertia ratios between the motor, gear, and load are comparable to those of an actual rolling mill system (resonant frequencies are at 17.4 Hz and 51.3 Hz). The proposed scheme was compared to the conventional PI controller and the performance of each scheme is presented. In the present paper we describe a personal computer interface of a multichannel implantable urinary prosthesis. This system is composed of two main parts: the first one is internal and consists of an implant using a 4-microns CMOS gate array chip controlling a wide variety of waveforms via eight monopolar channels. The second, an external controller featuring a versatile software, a PCB card plugged in a portable microcomputer, and a radiofrequency-coupled technique. This device is used to transmit the power, the data and the synchronization clock to the implant by a simple binary signal modulating a 20 MHz carrier. We also report the features of implant encapsulation and electrode design and fabrication. In the experimental phase, we studied the effect of early electric stimulation of the bladder during the spinal shock phase in the dog. We present the operative techniques that enabled us to perform chronic electrostimulation of the sacral roots and discuss the results.  相似文献

The effect of a solid presence on global hydrodynamic parameters and heat transfer in an external loop airlift reactor has been experimentally investigated. Results obtained in both two- and three-phase flow are presented in this study. Two different external loop airlift reactor sizes have been used and local hydrodynamic characteristics including local gas hold-up and bubble velocity have been obtained in two-phase flow. Optical and ultrasound probes have been used to obtain this information, respectively. It was found that an increase of solid hold-up leads to a decrease of liquid velocity and heat transfer coefficient. Measured in a two- and three-phase reactor using a horizontal-heating probe, a correlation of the average gas hold-up and heat transfer coefficient is proposed. Correlation parameters are identified in homogeneous and heterogeneous flow regimes, which have been derived from the gas slip velocity concept. The experimental liquid velocity and gas hold-up in the riser have been represented in a satisfactory way by a hydrodynamic model, either in the absence or in the presence of solid particles.  相似文献

This work aimed at identifying the tensile deformation mechanisms of an original grade of plasticized polylactide (pPLA) obtained by reactive extrusion. This material had a glass transition temperature of 32.6 °C and consisted of a polylactide (PLA) matrix grafted with poly(acryl‐poly(ethylene glycol)) (poly(Acryl‐PEG)) inclusions. pPLA behaved like a rubber‐toughened amorphous polymer at 20 °C, and its tensile behavior evolved toward a rubbery semicrystalline polymer with increasing temperature. The drawing of pPLA involved orientation of amorphous and crystalline chains, crystallization, and destruction of crystals. It was found that crystal formation and crystal destruction were in competition below 50 °C, resulting in a constant or slightly decreasing crystallinity with strain. Increasing temperature enhanced crystal formation and limited crystal destruction, resulting in an increased crystallinity with the strain level. Drawing yielded a transformation of the initial spherical poly(Acryl‐PEG) inclusions into ellipsoids oriented in the tensile direction. This mechanism may engender the formation of nanovoids within the inclusions due to a decreased density, assumed to be responsible for the whitening of the specimen. © 2015 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

The x(CuO)/(1−x)Ni(OH)2 [x=0, 0.1 and 0.3] nanocomposites were prepared by the hydrothermal method in the presence of the surfactant polyethylenglycol-10000 (PEG-10000). X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the as-prepared samples. The increase of the CuO content led to the increase of the crystallite size of both, the β-Ni(OH)2 and the CuO. The increase in the crystallite size greatly affects the band gap energy of the as-prepared nanocomposites. The band gap energies of the x(CuO)/(1−x)Ni(OH)2 nanocomposites were estimated by UV–vis spectroscopic method. UV–vis spectroscopic results showed an apparent decrease in the direct band gap energies. The x(CuO)/(1−x)Ni(OH)2 [x=0, 0.1 and 0.3] nanocomposites show low band gap energies compared to the Ni(OH)2 bulk materials. The enhanced optical properties lead to their possible use in photocatalytic and photovoltaic applications.  相似文献

Colloidal transport has been shown to enhance the migration of plutonium in groundwater downstream from contaminated sites, but little is known about the adsorption of ??Sr and plutonium onto colloids in the soil solution of natural soils. We sampled soil solutions using suction cups, and separated colloids using ultrafiltration to determine the distribution of 23?Pu and ??Sr between the truly dissolved fraction and the colloidal fraction of the solutions of three Alpine soils contaminated only by global fallout from the nuclear weapon tests. Plutonium was essentially found in the colloidal fraction (>80%) and probably associated with organic matter. A significant amount of colloidal ??Sr was detected in organic-rich soil solutions. Our results suggest that binding to organic colloids in the soil solutions plays a key role with respect to the mobility of plutonium in natural alpine soils and, to a lesser extent, to the mobility of ??Sr.  相似文献

The addition of sucrose is optional during carob syrups traditional processing. In this work, the polyphenolic profiles of carob syrups supplemented (CSS) or not with sugar (CS) were analyzed using RP-HPLC–ESI-MS. Quantitative data showed that adding of sucrose significantly (p < 0.05) decreased the polyphenolic amounts of about 58.6%, from 4.5 ± 0.32 to 1.86 ± 0.26 mg/g of CS and CSS, respectively. Gallic acid was the most abundant compound in both syrups representing 60.93% (CS) and 69.26% (CSS) of the total phenolics. Moreover, the adding of sugar decreased (p < 0.05) the antiradical potentials of 28% and 74%, as determined, respectively, by the ABTS and DPPH assays. CS was found to exhibit stronger antibacterial and antifungal activities than CSS. Bacillus cereus was the most sensitive strain to the extracts with CMI ≈500 (CS) and 622 (CSS) μg/ml. Both syrup extracts were cytotoxic to human neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) and fibroblast (3T3) cell lines as well as to mouse embryonic stem cells (D3). Tumoral SH-SY5Y cells were the most susceptible to the extracts with IC50 = 311.7 ± 23.65 (CS) and 390.6 ± 34.97 μg/ml (CSS). This study provides, for the first time, new analytical insights into traditionally made carob syrups and highlights the negative effect of sugar supplementation during processing.  相似文献
