Strontium-doped lanthanum manganite powders were prepared using a peroxide acetate salt based solution. The stable sol was peptized by reacting ammonium hydroxide with the precursor solution. The amorphous dried gel powders exhibit a high energy level, due to their high cations coordination and small particles, to develop the perovskite phase. This crystalline phase development from powders containing monocarboxylate ligands was characterized by thermal analysis (TG, DTG, DTA), X-ray diffraction, and IR spectroscopy. The transformation from amorphous powders into a crystallized homogeneous oxycarbonate phase in a first stage corresponds to an exothermal DTA peak at 270°C. X-ray diffraction patterns and IR spectra showed similar behavior of the powders after complete organic removal, during the conversion into perovskite phase starting at approximately 630°C and achieved about 700°C and achieved about 700°C, as well as during the sintering process.  相似文献

The Staphylococcus hyicus lipase is an acyl hydrolase with broadsubstrate specificity including neutral glycerides and phospholipids.To obtain further insight into the mechanism of action of thisenzyme, we tested several sulfonyl fluorides as active site-directedinhibitors. The enzyme is resistant to the well-known serineprotease/esterase inhibitor phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride (PMSF),but is rapidly inactivated by hexadecylsulfonyl fluoride. Thekinetics of inactivation were studied in Triton X-100 micelles.Inactivation is fast and the rate of inactivation is constantover the pH range where this lipase is active. Metal ions likeCa2+ and Sr2+ do not appreciably influence the rate of inactivation,although the enzymatic activity is significantly increased,suggesting a structural role for these ions. The S.hyicus lipasecontains a consensus sequence G-H/Y-S-X-G. Substitution by site-directedmutagenesis of this serine (Ser369) by a cysteine resulted ina mutant with only 0.2% residual activity. The activity of thismutant could not be inhibited with water-soluble sulfhydrylreagents either in the presence or absence of Triton X-100 micelles.In the presence of Triton X-100 micelles, inactivation of themutant occurred with 4-nitrophenylhexadecyl disulfide (t1/2= 125 min) while the wild-type enzyme does not react at all.We conclude that Ser369 is the active site residue and thatin water this residue is inaccessible. Only after interfacialactivation Ser369 (or Cys369) becomes exposed and reacts withirreversible inhibitors.  相似文献

Aluminum nitride (AlN)–silicon carbide (SiC) nanocomposite powders were prepared by the nitridation of aluminum-silicon carbide (Al4SiC4) with the specific surface area of 15.5 m2·g−1. The powders nitrided at and above 1400°C for 3 h contained the 2H-phases which consisted of AlN-rich and SiC-rich phases. The formation of homogeneous solid solution proceeded with increasing nitridation temperature from 1400° up to 1500°C. The specific surface area of the AlN–SiC powder nitrided at 1500°C for 3 h was 19.5 m2·g−1, whereas the primary particle size (assuming spherical particles) was estimated to be ∼100 nm.  相似文献

Multiple human pose estimation is an important yet challenging problem. In an operating room (OR) environment, the 3D body poses of surgeons and medical staff can provide important clues for surgical workflow analysis. For that purpose, we propose an algorithm for localizing and recovering body poses of multiple human in an OR environment under a multi-camera setup. Our model builds on 3D Pictorial Structures and 2D body part localization across all camera views, using convolutional neural networks (ConvNets). To evaluate our algorithm, we introduce a dataset captured in a real OR environment. Our dataset is unique, challenging and publicly available with annotated ground truths. Our proposed algorithm yields to promising pose estimation results on this dataset.  相似文献

Polarized light imaging (PLI) is a method to image fiber orientation in gross histological brain sections based on the birefringent properties of the myelin sheaths. The method uses the transmission of polarized light to quantitatively estimate the fiber orientation and inclination angles at every point of the imaged section. Multiple sections can be assembled into a 3D volume, from which the 3D extent of fiber tracts can be extracted. This article describes the physical principles of PLI and describes two major applications of the method: the imaging of white matter orientation of the rat brain and the generation of fiber orientation maps of the human brain in white and gray matter. The strengths and weaknesses of the method are set out.  相似文献

Nanoparticles and especially carbon nanotubes (CNTs) provide a high potential for the modification of polymers. They are very effective fillers regarding mechanical properties, especially toughness. Furthermore, they allow the implication of functional properties, which are connected to their electrical conductivity, into polymeric matrices. In the present paper, different nanoparticles, as fumed silica and carbon black, were used to optimise the epoxy matrix system of a glass-fibre-reinforced composite. Their nanometre-size enables their application as particle-reinforcement in FRPs produced by the resin-transfer-moulding method (RTM), without being filtered by the glass-fibre bundles. Additionally, an electrical field was applied during curing, in order to enhance orientation of the nanofillers in z-direction. The interlaminar shear strengths of the nanoparticle modified composites were significantly improved (+16%) by adding only 0.3 wt.% of CNTs. The interlaminar toughness GIc and GIIc was not affected in a comparable manner. The laminates containing carbon nanotubes exhibited a relatively high electrical conductivity at very low filler contents, which allows the implication of functional properties, such as stress-strain monitoring and damage detection.  相似文献

In this study, three different types of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were compared as nanostructured reinforcements in epoxy polymers: commercially available CVD-MWCNTs, synthesised in an industrial process, aligned-CVD-MWCNTs and arc-grown MWCNTs, both obtained from a lab-scale processes. The nanocomposite properties were characterised by means of electron microscopy, rheological, electrical and mechanical methods. Industrial CVD-MWCNTs are favourable for the implication of an electrical conductivity in the epoxy due to their high tendency to form conducting networks. The less entangled structure of aligned-CVD-MWCNTs turns out to be favourable for an easy dispersion and low viscosity in epoxy at similar conductivities compared to the CVD-MWCNTs. Additionally, they provide the highest increase in fracture toughness (∼17%). Arc-grown MWCNTs do not offer any electrical conductivity in epoxy without sufficient purification methods. Their high level of impurities and short length further complicate the transfer of their good electrical and mechanical properties into the nanocomposite.  相似文献
