A new controller for linear multivariable ordinary systems is suggested in which distributed delays are included in the feedback loop. A general design approach to obtain this type of controller is suggested. It is shown that the resulting closed-loop system is asymptotically stable under some sufficient conditions. Sufficient conditions are derived under which the disturbance attenuation, the robustness against parameter variations, and the time-delay stability margins are improved by the proposed controller. The state feedback tracking controller and the dual-state observer are obtained by modification of the proposed controller.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Stress controlled epitaxial ferroelectric Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 (BST) films have been deposited on Gd2O3/SrTiO3 by pulsed laser deposition with oxygen background pressure of 200 mTorr at the deposition temperature of 750°C. In order to control the stress in BST films, oxygen pressures for Gd2O3 buffer layers have been varied from 0.1 to 100 mTorr, while that of BST films have been fixed at 200 mTorr. It has been found that the lattice parameters of the BST films deposited on Gd2O3 were changed. Furthermore, microwave properties of co-planar waveguide (CPW) fabricated on BST films were investigated by a HP 8510C vector network analyzer from 1–20 GHz. Large dielectric tunabilities were observed from the CPW's fabricated on BST films deposited on Gd2O3 layers deposited at low and high oxygen pressures, 0.1 and 100 mTorr, respectively.  相似文献

Tissue culture-generated shoot-based clonal lines of oregano that have a short and long life span during in vitro culture were investigated to determine the role of proline-linked pentose phosphate pathway in modulating phenolic response following ultraviolet (UV) exposure. This novel reductant cycling pathway for energy and oxidative pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) is more efficient in long life span O-17 clonal line in response to UV and this supported antioxidant response. UV treatment stimulated rosmarinic acid and associated antioxidant enzyme response in O-17 clonal line compared with short life span O-3 clonal line. Additionally, O-17 clonal line had higher glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and guaicol peroxidase activity in response to UV exposure compared with O-3 clonal line, indicating stimulation of anabolic pathway supporting PPP during UV treatment. The stimulation of proline dehydrogenase (PDH) activity in O-17 clonal line in response to UV indicated a switch to PDH-linked energy pathway via proline oxidation.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS


This oregano clonal model of ultraviolet (UV)-induced oxidative stress management has implications for designing dietary phytochemicals to manage oxidation-linked disease in humans. Further, the correlation between UV-linked inducibility of phenolic-linked antioxidant enzyme response through proline-linked pentose phosphate pathway and life span of in vitro shoot cultures of specific oregano clonal lines can be a good model for aging studies. The metabolic response link to aging and protective phytochemicals can be investigated in oregano tissue cultures, and phenolic extracts from various responding clonal lines could be explored in other eukaryotic aging models.  相似文献

The effects of reduction ratio during roll bonding on the microstructural evolution at interface and subsequent mechanical properties of roll-bonded Al/Cu 2-ply sheets were investigated. The interface microstructures for several Al/Cu 2-ply sheets fabricated under different reduction ratios between 30% and 65% were verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Taking the difference of interface microstructure into consideration, 3-point bending and peel tests were performed for obtaining flexural and bonding strengths for Al/Cu 2-ply sheets. The effect of the quantified areas of metallurgical bonding at interfaces on the bonding strength was also discussed. The results show that both the bonding and flexural strengths for Al/Cu 2-ply sheets are reduced by decreasing the reduction ratio during the roll bonding process, which is strongly correlated with the interface microstructure. This was especially verified by observing the interface delamination from the 3-point bent samples.  相似文献

IrO2-TiO2 thin films were prepared by atomic layer deposition using Ir(EtCp)(COD) and titanium isopropoxide (TTIP). The resistivity of IrO2-TiO2 thin films can be easily controlled from 1 500 to 356.7 μΩ·cm by the IrO2 intermixing ratio from 0.55 to 0.78 in the IrO2-TiO2 thin films. The low temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) values can be obtained by adopting IrO2-TiO2 composite thin films. Moreover, the change in the resistivity of IrO2-TiO2 thin films was below 10% even after O2 annealing process at 600 °C. The step stress test results show that IrO2-TiO2 films have better characteristics than conventional TaN0.8 heater resistor. Therefore, IrO2-TiO2 composite thin films can be used as a heater resistor material in thermal inkjet printhead.  相似文献

A systematic investigation of the microstructure of CrAlCxN1-x coatings as a function of carbon contents was conducted. Quaternary CrAlCxN1-x coatings were deposited on Si wafers by a hybrid coating system combining an arc-ion plating technique and a DC reactive magnetron sputtering technique using Cr and Al targets in the Ar/N2/CH4 gaseous mixture. The effect of carbon content on microstructure of CrAlCxN1-x coatings was investigated with instrumental analyses of X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the carbon content of CrAlCxN1-x coatings linearly increases with increasing CH4/(CH4/N2) gas flow rate ratio. The surface roughness of the CrAlCxN1-x coating layer decreases with the increase of carbon content.  相似文献

Synthesis of LiNiO2 cathode by the combustion method   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To determine optimum conditions for the synthesis of LiNiO2 by the combustion method, syntheses were carried out in air and under oxygen at various calcination temperatures and for different times. The electrochemical properties of the prepared samples were then investigated. The optimum conditions are preheating at 400 °C for 30 min in air in the mole ratio of urea to nitrate 3.6 and calcination at 750 °C for 36 h under O2. The LiNiO2 synthesized under these conditions had a first discharge capacity of 189 mAh g−1 at 0.1 C-rate and relatively good cycling performance. This sample has a larger value of I 003/I 104 (smaller cation mixing) and a smaller R-factor (larger hexagonal ordering). Cycling performance was investigated in various voltage ranges. The first discharge capacity increased as the upper limit of the voltage range rose. The first discharge capacity was small but cycling performance was good when the sample was cycled in the voltage range with the lowest upper limit.  相似文献
