A pure, acicular lead titanate (PbTiO3 ) fine powder with a white color has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. It is a new phase of PbTiO3 with I 4 symmetry, cell parameters of a = 12.358 Å and b = 14.541 Å, and a density of 6.80 g.cm−3 . The influences of pH (12.5 to 14.4), Pb/Ti ratio (1.0 to 1.6) in the feedstock, reaction temperature (130° to 230°C), time (0.25 to 4 h), starting materials, and additives on the formation of acicular PbTiO3 under hydrothermal conditions have been investigated. The acicular PbTiO3 with I 4 symmetry, referred to as the PX phase, can be converted to the perovskite-type (PE phase) of PbTiO3 at about 605°C while its acicular morphology is essentially unchanged. The preferable conditions for preparing pure acicular PX-phase PbTiO3 are that the pH is 13.0 to 14.0, Pb/Ti ratio is >1.3, reaction temperature is 170° to 200°C, time is 0.5 to 1.0 h, titanium butoxide (Ti[O(CH2 )3 CH3 ]4 ) is the starting material, and poly(vinyl alcohol) is an additive. Based on wavelets, a theoretical method has been developed to process multi-gray level documents. In this method, two-dimensional multiresolution analysis, a wavelet decomposition algorithm, and compactly supported orthonormal wavelets are used to transform a document image into sub-images. According to these sub-images, the reference lines of a multi-gray level document can be extracted, and knowledge about the geometric structure of the document can be acquired. The current method to classify graphite morphology types of grey cast iron is based on traditional subjective observation, and it cannot be used for quantitative analysis. Since microstructures have a great effect on the mechanical properties of grey cast iron and different types have totally different characters, six types of grey cast iron are discussed and an image-processing software subsystem that performs the classification and quantitative analysis automatically based on a kind of composed feature vector and artificial neural network (ANN) is described. There are three kinds of texture features: fractal dimension, roughness and two-dimension autoregression, which are used as an extracted feature input vector of ANN classifier. Compared with using only one, the checkout correct precision increased greatly. On the other hand, to achieve the quantitative analysis and show the different types clearly, the region segmentation idea was applied to the system. The percentages of the regions with different type are reported correctly. Furthermore, this paper tentatively introduces a new empirical method to decide the number of ANN hidden nodes, which are usually considered as a difficulty in ANN structure decision. 报道了一个全平面超宽带GaAs单片行波放大器的研究结果。该单片电路的核心部件是四个300μm栅宽的MESFET,整个电路拓扑结构简单,芯片面积为3.0mm×1.8mm。电路经优化设计后在2~12GHz范围内,小信号增益为5±1dB,输入输出电压驻波比≤1.75。上述频率范围内输出功率≥16dBm,噪声系数≤8dB。采用全离子注入、全平面工艺,均匀性、一致性良好。实验结果与设计预计值十分一致。 相似文献
