This paper proposes a modified peniotron which is expected to increase both handling power and conversion efficiency compared with the original peniotron, and reports the analytical results or its operational characteristics using some computer simulations. Analytical results assuming the fundamental operation of ω0 ? ωc at l0GHz show that an extremely high transverse efficiency of nearly 100% may be attainable over a considerably wide range of output power. The tube uses a TE11 rectangular waveguide cavity instead of the double-pair ridged waveguide cavity used for the original peniotron.  相似文献

This paper describes the ordering mechanisms observed in Li ferrite powder samples with different particle sizes and aggregation states, as well as in sintered pellets. Measurement of ordering rates in the powder samples and observation of chemically etched surfaces of partially ordered pellets indicate that the ordering proceeds by a nucleation-growth mechanism and that the ordering initiates at grain boundaries and prevails into the inner part of the grains. In powder samples, surfaces as well as grain boundaries contribute to the initiation of ordering but their temperature dependences are different. The activation energy of the ordering is calculated to be 192 kj/mol.  相似文献

In this paper, we make clear that already reported self-consistent small signal analyses of gyrotron and peniotron modes in rotating electron devices is applicable only for a gyrotron mode, and not for a peniotron mode. Here, we propose the new correct self-consistent small signal analysis of the peniotron mode and show some of our numerical results which indicate the distinct characteristics of the peniotron modes from those of the gyrotron ones  相似文献

The major allergen ( Cra g 1) isolated from the oyster Crassostrea gigas was digested with lysylendopeptidase. Twenty-one peptide fragments were isolated from the digest by reverse-phase HPLC and some of them were sequenced. Cra g 1 was identified as tropomyosin. In competitive ELISA inhibition analyses of lysylendopeptidase fragments, a peptide (K21) showed maximum inhibition of the binding of IgE antibodies in sensitive human serum to Cra g 1. On further tryptic hydrolysis of K21, two peptides exhibited high inhibitory ability equivalent to K21. These results suggested that Cra g 1 had an IgE-binding epitope in the segment 92–105 (IQLLEEDMERSEER) which was dissimilar to those of the major allergen (tropomyosin) from the shrimp Penaeus indicus.  相似文献

The modified peniotron is expected to have an extremely high conversion efficiency and a higher output power in centimetre and millimetre wave regions than those of the original peniotron.
