Standard Gibbs free energy of formation (ΔGf0), an important property needed in design calculations has been estimated using molar refraction, RM. The linear relationships derived between ΔGf0 and RM tested with the data on 8 series of hydrocarbons at 228 compounds yielded average deviations comparable to the methods cited in recent literature. The method can be used as an alternative to the existing ones, because of its simplicity combined with reasonable accuracy.  相似文献

In recent years, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technologies are emerging as a powerful vehicle for organizations that need to integrate their applications within and across organizational boundaries. In addition, organizations need to make better decisions more quickly. Moreover, they need to change those decisions immediately to adapt to this increasingly dynamic business environment. It is primarily a question in ensuring the decisional aspect by adopting the SOA as a support architecture. In this paper, we describe a new approach called SOA\(^\mathrm{+d}\) based on a certain number of standards. It is going to be studied on three dimensions: The first is related to the definition of the information system implied in the SOA based on the use case model. The second develops the business dimension which is based on the BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation). The last dimension addresses the need of decision; we use the new standard decision model and notation (DMN) which is recently approved by Object Management Group (OMG) and considered as a simple notation to specify the decision. Finally, Service Oriented Architecture Modeling Language (SoaML) will be used for design of several services. We also present our meta-model Decisional Model of Service (DMS) to define a new set of concepts necessary for modeling the three levels. Some of them are already known, whereas others are new and are proposed as an element of this work. we illustrate our proposal with a real case study in the Pharmacy Inventory Management.  相似文献

In vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs), communication takes place between vehicles to vehicles, the vehicles to the road side units, and vice-versa. The basic purpose of these communications is to share and exchange tremendous amount of data and information. For efficient information sharing, a systematic and structured connection establishment algorithm is needed. In VANETs, each connected node of the network need to be assigned a unique address. Hence, an algorithm is needed for the proper assignment of unique address to all nodes in the network. This paper explains different types of IP address protocols in VANETs. The aim of this paper is to generalize the conic domain defined by Kanas and Wisniowska, and define the class of functions which map the open unit disk E onto this generalized conic domain. The metal-induced crystallization (MIC) of hydrogenated sputtered amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) using aluminum has been investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning Auger microanalysis (SAM). Hydrogenated, as well as non-hydrogenated, amorphous silicon (a-Si) films were sputtered on glass substrates, then capped with a thin layer of Al. Following the depositions, the samples were annealed in the temperature range 200 °C to 400 °C for varying periods of time. Crystallization of the samples was confirmed by XRD. Non-hydrogenated films started to crystallize at 350 °C. On the other hand, crystallization of the samples with the highest hydrogen (H2) content initiated at 225 °C. Thus, the crystallization temperature is affected by the H2 content of the a-Si. Material structure following annealing was confirmed by SAM. In this paper, a comprehensive model for MIC of a-Si is developed based on these experimental results.  相似文献

The effects of silver (Ag) and antimony (Sb) substitution on low-density YBa2Cu3O δ (YBCO) superconductor were investigated. Two series of sample with a nominal composition of YBa2?x Ag x Cu3O δ and YBa2?x Sb x Cu3O δ where x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.30, 0.40 and 0.50 were synthesized and characterized. All Ag-doped samples showed metallic behavior at the normal state and T C?onset was found at 90 K. T C?zero decreased as the Ag concentration increased. Optimum Ag concentration was achieved at x=0.20 where T C?zero has the highest value of 87 K and J C at 70 K is 16.50 A/cm2. For Sb-doped case with x≤0.30, the samples showed metallic behavior above T C?onset while semiconducting behavior was shown for x≥0.40. The optimum Sb concentration was achieved at x=0.15 where T C?zero is 85 K and J C value measured at 70 K is 2.75 A/cm2. T C?onset and T C?zero were found to decrease toward higher Sb concentration. The crystallographic structure transformed to tetragonal in Sb-doped samples of x≥0.30 while other samples remain orthorhombic.  相似文献

The effect of citric acid (CA) addition was studied on the HDS of thiophene over Co–Mo/(B)/Al2O3 catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by means of LRS, Mo K-edge EXAFS, NO adsorption capacity measurements, and UV–vis spectra. The catalysts were subjected to a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique using Co(CO)3NO as a precursor of Co in order to get deeper insights into the effect of citric acid addition. It was shown that the HDS activity was enhanced by the citric acid addition up to the CA/Mo mole ratio of around 1 and leveled off with further addition. The amount of Co anchored by the CVD was increased by the addition of citric acid, suggesting an increase in the dispersion of MoS2 particles on the catalyst by the simultaneous presence of Co, Mo and citric acid, in conformity with the increase in the NO adsorption capacity. In contrast to Co–Mo catalysts, the edge dispersion of MoS2 particles in Mo/B/Al2O3 was not affected by the addition of citric acid. The LRS, UV–vis spectra and Mo K-edge EXAFS showed that Co–CA and Mo–CA surface complexes are formed by the addition of citric acid. The Co–CA surface complex is more preferentially formed on CoMo/Al than on CoMo/B/Al, in agreement with a greater promoting effect of citric acid at a lower CA/Mo mole ratio for CoMo/Al than for CoMo/B/Al.  相似文献
