In this paper, a Newton-Euler approach is utilized to generate the improved dynamic equations of the generally configured
Stewart platform. Using the kinematic model of the universal joint, the rotational degree of freedom of the pods around the
axial direction is taken into account in the formulation. The justifiable direction of the reaction moment on each pod is
specified and considered in deriving the dynamic equations. Considering the theorem of parallel axes, the inertia tensors
for different elements of the manipulator are obtained in this study. From a theoretical point, the improved formulation is
more accurate in comparison with previous ones, and the necessity of the improvement is clear evident from significant differences
in the simulation results for the improved model and the model without improvement. In addition to more feasibility of the
structure and higher accuracy, the model is highly compatible with computer arithmetic and suitable for online applications

This paper addressed construction and biodegradability assessment of chiral synthetic poly(amide-imide)s (PAI)s. These polymers were prepared by polycondensation reaction of chiral diacids; N-trimellitylimido-S-valine (7a), and N-trimellitylimido-l-leucine (7b) with 5-(2-benzimidazole)-1,3-phenylenediamine (4) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide as a green media under microwave irradiation. The morphology observations of the aforementioned polymers exhibit that these macromolecules are nanostructured particle and so, good candidate as carrier for biomedical application. Furthermore, in vitro toxicity and soil biodegradability test of the different synthetic diacids (7a, 7b) and the obtained PAIs were employed to evaluate the biological activity of these materials. In Petri plate technique, the monomers and obtained polymers exposed on glass lamels were all colonized by fungal saprophytes and due to this invasion, a weight loss up to 35 % was observed in the material. The soil burial test and measuring dehydrogenase activity revealed that the aforementioned monomers and polymers are biologically active and probably biodegradable under the soil. Normal wheat seedling growth took place in the vials containing the aforesaid monomers and polymers. It could be concluded that the synthesized monomers and their polymers are biologically active, and they are nontoxic to ecosystems and natural environments. 相似文献

Bioactive peptides are a group of biological molecules that are normally buried in the structure of parent proteins and become active after the cleavage of the proteins. Another group of peptides is actively produced and found in many microorganisms and the body of organisms. Today, many groups of bioactive peptides have been marketed chemically or recombinantly. This article reviews the various production methods and sources of these important/ubiquitous and useful biomolecules. Their applications, such as antimicrobial, antihypertensive, antioxidant activities, blood-lipid-lowering effect, opioid role, antiobesity, ability to bind minerals, antidiabetic, and antiaging effects, will be explored. The types of pathways proposed for bioactive applications will be in the next part of the article, and at the end, the future perspectives of bioactive peptides will be reviewed. To determine the prevalence of virulent Yersinia enterocolitica, 554 samples consisting of 354 bulk raw milks and 200 traditional cheeses were collected from different parts of Eastern-Azerbaijan province, during a 23-month period from 2008 to 2010. The occurrence of virulent strains of Y. enterocolitica in samples enriched in peptone sorbitol bile broth (PSBB) was evaluated via the detection of attachment invasion locus (ail) gene by PCR. The viability of virulent Y. enterocolitica in the PCR-positive samples was tested using conventional culture method and the isolates were confirmed by the second-phase ail-PCR. According to the results, 8.66% of total samples including 7.62% of bulk raw milks and 10.5% of raw milk cheeses were found ail-positive by PCR method; subsequently Y. enterocolitica was isolated by the culture method and confirmed by the second phase ail-PCR in 2.88% of total samples including 2.26% of raw milks and 4% of cheese samples. It was concluded that, a sample enrichment followed by ail-PCR was more sensitive and robust to detect and distinguish the virulent strains of Y. enterocolitica compared to the conventional culture method. 相似文献

In this article, we report the synthesis of a new bimodal surface ligand morphology on silica nanoparticles. Combining grafting‐to and grafting‐from approaches, in this study, we demonstrated the efficacy of anthracene surface modification for improving the dielectric breakdown strength (DBS) under alternating‐current and direct‐current conditions and that of a matrix‐compatible polymer brush for controlling the nanofiller (NF) dispersion. Ligand‐modified spherical colloidal SiO2 nanoparticles (~14 nm in diameter) were mixed into polypropylene, and the resulting dispersion was improved over the unmodified particles, as shown with transmission electron microscopy. The results suggest that the electronic structure of the anthracene‐modified particle surface was critical to the improvement in DBS. In addition, the DBS of the composite was shown to depend on the dispersion state of the filler and the mode of stress; this indicated that the individually dispersed nanoparticles were not necessarily the optimal morphology for all stress conditions. Additionally, the precise nature of the matrix‐compatible brush was less important than the NF dispersion it produced. The bimodal grafted architectural design has provided a promising solution for the control of the dispersion and surface properties, especially for high‐molecular‐weight polymer matrices. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The objective of this study was to achieve the colon-specific delivery of an anti-ulcerative colitis drug using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) hydrogels. HPMC hydrogels containing poly ethylene glycol (PEG) as cross-links have been prepared by reacting HPMC sodium salt with polyethylene glycol dichloride.The effect of cross-linking agent on swelling behavior of HPMC-PEG hydrogels, were investigated. Swelling parameters such as equilibrium degree of swelling, swelling ratio and network parameter such as molecular mass between cross-links (Mc) were determined. The cross-linking concentrations were 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% (based on weight of HPMC). The equilibrium swelling ratio (Q) of cross-linked HPMC hydrogels increases from 13.2 to 27.1 as the cross-linker percentage increases from 0.5% to 2%. 5-Aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) was used as a model of an anti-inflammatory drug. Cross-linked HPMC hydrogels were found to be a promising drug delivery system for the drugs to be delivered to the colon. 相似文献

Improvement of the corrosion fatigue behavior of steels by paint-coating Paint-coatings have been used extensively to prevent corrosion of steel. In order to investigate the influence of an anticorrosive paint on the corrosion fatigue strength of steel, specimens of SAE 4135 in a quenched and tempered state, and in salt bath nitrocarburized state, on the one hand, and specimens of the steel SAE 5115 in a salt bath carburized state, on the other hand, were subjected to comparative rotating bending fatigue tests in inert media and in aqueous 5 pct NaCl. The results demonstrate that the 5 pct NaCl environment is reducing fatigue life drastically, but the painting treatment, however, was found to improve significantly the corrosion fatigue life. Regarding the beneficial effect of the painting treatment on the corrosion fatigue behavior, a superiority of the nitrocarburized variant in contrast to the other variants was ascertained. 相似文献
