A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) separation of diacylglycerol acetates to quantitatite disaturated species of lung phosphatidylcholine (PC) was studied. The diacylglycerol acetates were applied on a reversed phase column, eluted by an isocratic solvent, acetonitrile/isopropanol/water (35:15:1, v/v/v) at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, and detected by differential refractometry (RI). This isocratic HPLC method was useful to separate disaturated species from the others of lung PC. The quantitative analysis of the molecular species separated by HPLC was studied by RI detection. Chroamtograms obtained by RI detection and radioactivity determination of diacylglycerol [3H]acetates prepared by [3H]acetic anhydride were almost identical. The RI detector responsed in the same degree for different, authentic standards of diacylglycerol acetates. The detection limit with RI detection was about 30 nmoles. Molecular species of PCs from human lung and carcinoma tissues were analyzed by this HPLC method. The contents of disaturated species were very similar to those reported previously. These results indicate that RI detection is very useful in the nmole range for the quantitative analysis among the molecular species containing disaturated species.  相似文献

In this study known mixtures of four or five fatty acid methyl esters were analyzed collaboratively by gas chromatography with flame ionization detectors. The experimental data was treated statistically to examine inter- and intralaboratory scattering. More-over the effect of the use of correction factors was investigated. Even if only the specific analytical values that scattered a little were chosen, the averages of such values did not always approach the actual values. In some laboratories a sort of regularity was observed in the deviation of analytical values from real values throughout the analyses of four samples. The application of correction factors to the analytical values obtained by these laboratories resulted in a considerable decrease of interlaboratory scattering and deviation from the real values. When a constant amount of sample was injected, intralaboratory scattering was decreased, whereas interlaboratory scattering was not. Injection of large sample sizes caused deviation. From this collaborative study it was recommended that 0.5–1.0 μl of 20% solution be injected. Presented at the JOCS-AOCS Joint Meeting, Los Angeles, April 1972.  相似文献

SiO2–TiO2 spherical microparticles of about 0.7 μm in diameter were prepared by the sol–gel method. Anatase nanocrystals were formed in the microparticles and their specific surface area was increased after a hot-water treatment at 90 °C. From the changes in the concentration of I2 photocatalytically generated from KI aqueous solution, the activity of the SiO2–TiO2 microparticles was found to increase with increasing the hot-water treatment time. Particulate, thick films were electrophoretically deposited on indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass substrates using the anatase nanocrystal-precipitated SiO2–TiO2 microparticles. The thickness of the electrophoretically deposited particulate film increased to be approximately 10 μm with an increase in applied voltage. The resultant thick film showed a high photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

A multi-bunch photo-cathode RF gun system has been developed as an electron source for the production of intense quasi-monochromatic X-rays based on inverse Compton scattering. The desired multi-bunch beam is 100 bunches/pulse with a total charge of 500 nC and a bunch spacing of 2.8 ns. We modified the gun cavity of a ‘BNL-type IV’ RF gun to allow a CsTe cathode plug in the end plate. The system uses a four-dipole chicane beam line to allow the injection of laser light normal to the cathode surface. We compensate the gun cavity beam loading caused by the high-intensity multi-bunch electron beam by injecting the laser pulse before RF power has filled the cavity. We have achieved a total intensity of 220 nC in 100 bunches with a bunch-to-bunch energy spread under 1.3% (peak-to-peak). This paper concentrates on experiments to generate the high-intensity multi-bunch beam with compensation of the bunch-to-bunch energy spread due to heavy beam loading.  相似文献

Affective analysis of video content has greatly increased the possibilities of the way we perceive and deal with media. Different kinds of strategies have been tried, but results are still opened to improvements. Most of the problems come from the lack of standardized test set and real affective models. In order to cope with these issues, in this paper we describe the results of our work on the determination of affective models for evaluation of video clips using audiovisual low-level features. The affective models were developed following two classes of psychological theories of affect: categorial and dimensional. The affective models were created from real data, acquired through a series of user experiments. They reflect the affective state of a viewer after watching a certain scene from a movie. We evaluate the detection of Pleasure, Arousal and Dominance coefficients as well as the detection rate of six affective categories. For this end, two Bayesian network topologies are used, a Hidden Markov Model and an Autoregressive Hidden Markov Model. The measurements were done using audio-only models, video-only models and fused models. Fusion is done using two different methods, a Decision Level Fusion and Feature Level Fusion. All tests were conducted using localized affective models, both categorial and dimensional. Results are presented in terms of detection rate and accuracy for affective families, affective dimensions and probabilistic networks. Arousal was the best detected dimension, followed by dominance and pleasure.  相似文献

Nylon-6 substrates were coated with SiO2-RSiO3/2 (R = methyl, vinyl, phenyl) thin films by the sol-gel method, and their water permeability was evaluated Tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and trifunctional alkoxides such as methyltriethoxysilane (MTES), vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES), and phenyltriethoxysilane (PhTES) were used as starting materials. Water permeability coefficients of the nylon-6 substrates coated with these SiO2-RSiO3/2 thin films were increased with an increase in the content of these trialkoxysilanes in the films. The water permeability coefficients of these coated nylon-6 substrates were smaller in the order of the systems TEOS-PhTES < TEOS-VTES < TEOS-MTES in the relatively low content of the trialkoxysilanes. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Ru-loaded Y2O3 catalyst was investigated for the partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas. Ru(0.5 wt%)/Y2O3 catalyst afforded a high CH4 conversion of 27% at a CH4:O2 ratio of 5 to give nearly a 1:2 ratio of CO and H2 with a selectivity of 75% at 873 K. Ru(0.5 wt%)/Y2O3 catalyst maintained high catalytic activity over 10 h in the partial oxidation of methane. Carbon deposition of the catalyst surface in the reaction of CH4 was examined by thermogravimetric analyses, and it was found that no carbon deposition occurred on the Ru(0.5 wt%)/Y2O3 catalyst. The synthesis-gas production proceeded basically via a two-step reaction consisting of methane combustion to give H2O and CO2, followed by the reforming of methane from CO2 and steam.  相似文献

Activity for hydrolysis of CCl2F2 (CFC12) on various metal sulfate was investigated. Zr(SO4)2 was found to be the most active while FeSO4, Cr2(SO4)3, Al2(SO4)3, La2(SO4)3 and Ce2(SO4)3 had intermediate activity. MnSO4, CoSO4, and MgSO4 showed low activity and SrSO4, CaSO4, and BaSO4 had even less activity. The major carbon containing product was CO2 and small amount of CClF3 and CO were formed over several sulfates. The crystal structure of the sulfates was stable during decomposition of CCl2F2, and the conversion reached a steady state after initial decrease at 275 °C over Zr(SO4)2 catalyst. The concentration of surface hydroxyl was larger than that over AlPO4-based catalysts and a reaction mechanism similar to that over AlPO4-based catalysts was proposed.  相似文献
