Whether reexposure of varicella-immune persons to varicella-zoster virus would protect against or predispose to development of zoster was analyzed. The rate of zoster in 511 leukemic recipients of varicella vaccine who had 1 or > 1 dose of varicella vaccine and in those who did or did not have a household exposure to varicella was determined. A Kaplan-Meier life-table analysis revealed that the incidence of zoster was lower in those given > 1 dose of vaccine (P < .05). A Cox proportional hazards analysis showed that both household exposure to varicella and receipt of > 1 dose of vaccine were highly protective (P < .01) against zoster. Thus, the risk of zoster is decreased by reexposure to varicella-zoster virus, either by vaccination or by close exposure to varicella.

研究了工业糖化酶制剂经辐照处理后各项性能的变化。结果表明,经2kGy以下剂量的γ射线处理后,可提高其贮存稳定性,改善卫生品质,不影响其正常使用。     

Constrained Drying of Aqueous Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia Slurry on a Substrate. I: Drying Mechanism

Aqueous yttria-stabilized zirconia slurry was cast on a substrate to form wet coatings. Both weight loss and thickness reduction were measured, during the drying process. Lateral drying was observed by in situ monitoring of the coating surface. The drying kinetics were classified as an initial constant rate period (CRP), followed by a falling rate period (FRP). Thickness reduction occurred in the CRP stage, and was uneven across the coating because of lateral flow. As tensile stresses developed within the coating because of the constrained volume shrinkage, crack formation and propagation occurred in the FRP stage and affected the drying rate.     

正交实验优选盐生藻多糖的提取工艺

以盐生藻为原料,盐生藻多糖得率为指标,运用稀酸、稀碱和蒸馏水为提取剂提取盐生藻多糖,得出合适的提取剂为稀酸.进一步的正交实验表明,盐生藻多糖的最适提取工艺为:提取75min,pH=4,固液比为1∶70,温度为95℃.     

Comparison of calcium phosphate cement mixture and pure calcium hydroxide as direct pulp-capping agents

This review reports the different genetic factors that have been identified either as risk factor for Alzheimer's disease (AD) or directly causing the disease. First are reviewed epidemiological data and biological mechanisms about the apoplipoprotein E gene allele epsilon 4 that is a major risk factor for Alzheimer's disease. The second part describes the mutations responsible for early-onset autosomal dominant AD found in three different genes. The gene located on chromosome 21 encodes the amyloid precusor protein (APP). The presenilin 1 and presenilin 2 genes, located on chromosome 14 and 1 respectively, encode not yet known membrane proteins.     

Corner forming of AZ61A magnesium alloy tube within warm hydroforming

The corners with small radii on cross sections are crucial for forming hydroformed components with polygonal sections.In this paper,warm hydroforming experiments of AZ61A magnesium alloy tubes were carried out to study the forming regularity of round corners by using a demonstration part with square sections.Effects of temperature on radius forming,thinning ratio distribution and microstructure were revealed and a component with relative outer corner radius of 3.0 was obtained by warm hydroforming at 240℃.The minimum thickness of the formed square section was located in the transition position between the corner and the straight wall.The thinning ratio of the round corner increased with the increase of forming temperature.Formability of the magnesium tube was improved by raising temperature under the effect of dynamic recrystallization at 240℃.     

发电系统短期可靠性评估的等效机组法

本文提出了等效机组的概念,有效地解决了发电系统短期可靠性评估中的“状态爆炸”难题该方法不仅提高了短期可靠性评估的速度和精度,而且极大地压缩了计算存贮量,使发电系统短期可靠性评估更趋于实用化.通过对示例发电系统进行短期可靠性评估,其结果证明了该方法的正确性和有效性.

宁德山区有着丰富的旅游资源和垄断性的生态环境,发展旅游对于促进山区的经济发展有着重要的意义。本文在分析山区旅游发展现状和存在问题的基础上,提出一些发展对策,以期对各地山区旅游发展有一定借鉴意义。     

高温预析出对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金显微组织、强度和应力腐蚀抗力的影响

通过改变固溶条件 ,对Al Zn Mg Cu高强铝合金采用先高温后低温的两步固溶处理 (高温预析出 )来改善晶内和晶界的析出状态 ,研究了高温预析出对Al Zn Mg Cu铝合金的金相组织、强度和应力腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明 ,4 6 5℃高温预析出在保持较高强度和塑性的同时 ,可以改善合金的抗应力腐蚀性能     

连续式拉拔机传动凸轮参数优化设计

根据凸轮机构在冶金设备连续拉拔机上作为运动和动力传动的应用 ,研究分析了拉拔机凸轮在设计制造等方面要达到的要求 ,运用优化方法确定了连续拉拔机的凸轮曲线参数 ,并附有计算实例。
