传统制导弹药自动驾驶仪的设计要求精确的气动模型,并依赖于变增益(gainschedule),以说明系统的非线性.本文给出了一种简化自动驾驶仪设计程序的方法:在单一飞行条件下设计逆控制器,将逆控制器与在线神经网络组合,以说明因近似逆引起的误差,这样减少了大量设计程序及精确的气动数据.这些数据在大攻角或其它情况下很重要,因为这些领域中的空气动力特征变得高度非线性化.研究发现:逆的选择在其实现的过程中很重要,所以详细讨论.最后,给出该方法在非线性6自由度制导弹药中的模拟结果.  相似文献

In this study, we have introduced newly synthesized substituted benzothiazole based berberine derivatives that have been analyzed for their in vitro and in silico biological properties. The activity towards various kinds of influenza virus strains by employing the cytopathic effect (CPE) and sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. Several berberine–benzothiazole derivatives (BBDs), such as BBD1, BBD3, BBD4, BBD5, BBD7, and BBD11, demonstrated interesting anti-influenza virus activity on influenza A viruses (A/PR/8/34, A/Vic/3/75) and influenza B viral (B/Lee/40, and B/Maryland/1/59) strain, respectively. Furthermore, by testing neuraminidase activity (NA) with the neuraminidase assay kit, it was identified that BBD7 has potent neuraminidase activity. The molecular docking analysis further suggests that the BBD1–BBD14 compounds’ antiviral activity may be because of interaction with residues of NA, and the same as in oseltamivir.  相似文献

The study reported in this article deals with understanding the physical, chemical and microstructural differences in sulfate attack from seawater and groundwater. Portland cement mortars were completely immersed in solutions of seawater and groundwater. Physical properties such as length, mass, and compressive strength were monitored periodically. Thermal analysis was used to study the relative amounts of phases such as ettringite, gypsum, and calcium hydroxide, and microstructural studies were conducted by scanning electron microscopy. Portland cement mortars performed better in seawater solution compared to groundwater solution. The difference in performance could be attributed to the reduction in the quantity of the expansive attack products (gypsum and ettringite). The high Cl concentration of seawater could have played an important role by binding the C3A to form chloroaluminate compounds, such as Friedel's salt (detected in the microstructural studies), and also by lowering the expansive potential of ettringite. Furthermore, the thicker layer of brucite forming on the specimens in seawater could have afforded better protection against ingress of the solution than in groundwater.  相似文献

Water-ground Phlogopite mica (Kemira Siilinjarvi phlogopite) has been evaluated as a reinforcing filler in polypropylene. The major factors which influence the composite strength and modulus include the size, aspect ratio, and uniformity of the mica flakes. Aqueous delamination permits the production of very small flakes (less than 44 microns diameter) with aspect ratios near 50. Such small flakes impart greater tensile and modulus values to polypropylene than larger flakes and the former can also be reprocessed many times without any deterioration of properties. Surface treatment is necessary for adequate dispersion and coupling, particularly with the finely divided mica fillers. Other properties such as the heat-distortion temperature, fracture toughness, and gas permeability are also influenced by the mean size and aspect ratio of the mica filler. Guidelines are presented to indicate the preferred characteristics of mica fillers for optimum performance.  相似文献

The study of the classification of Apples and Oranges in a warehouse has been undertaken in a three-qubit system using the method of repeated iterations in Grover’s algorithm and Ventura’s algorithm separately. Operator describing an inversion about average has been constructed as a square matrix of order eight, the phase inversion operators and corresponding iteration operators for patterns separately representing Apples and Oranges have been derived, and various possible superpositions as the choice for search states for the classification of these patterns have been obtained for starting states consisting of two patterns and a single pattern, respectively. It has been demonstrated that on the second iteration of the exclusion superposition by the corresponding iteration operators, the patterns Apples and Oranges, respectively, are most suitably classified using the Grover’s algorithm. The probabilities of classifications of Apples have also been calculated by using Ventura’s algorithm (Ventura and Martinez in Inf Sci 124:273–296, 2000; Found Phys Lett 12:547–559, 1999) for all the possible superpositions as the search states, and the results have been compared with those of Grover’s algorithm and it has been demonstrated that in general for classification of a given pattern (Apples) in three-qubit system, the Grover’s and Ventura’s algorithms are effective in the cases where the number of patterns in the stored database is larger or smaller, respectively.  相似文献

The hydrogenation of C, CO, and CO2 has been studied on polycrystalline cobalt foils using a combination of UHV studies and atmospheric pressure reactions in temperature range from 475 to 575 K at 101 kPa total pressure. The reactions produce mainly methane but with selectivities of 98, 80, and 99 wt% at 525 K for C, CO, and CO2, respectively. In the C and CO2 hydrogenation the rest is ethane, whereas in CO hydrogenation hydrocarbons up to C4 were detected. The activation energies of methane formation are 57, 86, and 158 kJ/mol from C, CO, and CO2, respectively. The partial pressure dependencies of the CO and CO2 hydrogenation indicate roughly first order dependence on hydrogen pressure (1.5 and 0.9), negative first order on CO (–0.75) and zero order on CO2 (–0.05). Post reaction spectroscopy revealed carbon deposition from CO and oxygen deposition from CO2 on the surface above 540 K. The reduction of cobalt oxide formed after dissociation of C-O bonds on the surface is proposed to be the rate limiting step in CO and CO2 hydrogenation.  相似文献

In this study, 27 concrete cylinders with a diameter of 152.4 and a height of 304.8 mm were prepared. Among them, 18 cylinders were wrapped using two layers of fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) with six fiber orientations; six cylinders were wrapped using four layers of FRP with fibers in axial or hoop direction only; the remaining three cylinders were used as control. The FRP used was E-glass fiber reinforced ultraviolet (UV) curing vinyl ester. Fifteen coupon specimens were prepared to experimentally determine the tensile strength of the FRP with fibers oriented at 0°, 45°, and 90° from the loading direction. Co-axial compression tests were conducted on the wrapped cylinders and control cylinders. The test results were compared with existing confinement models. It is found that the strength, ductility, and failure mode of FRP wrapped concrete cylinders depend on the fiber orientation and wall thickness. Fibers oriented at a certain angle in between the hoop direction and axial direction may result in strength lower than fibers along hoop or axial direction. A larger database is desired in order to refine the existing design-oriented confinement models.  相似文献

Cladribine (CLD) treats multiple sclerosis (MS) by selectively and transiently depleting B and T cells with a secondary long-term reconstruction of the immune system. This study provides evidence of CLD’s immunomodulatory role in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) harvested from 40 patients with untreated relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) exposed to CLD. We quantified cytokine secretion from PBMCs isolated by density gradient centrifugation with Ficoll–Paque using xMAP technology on a FlexMap 3D analyzer with a highly sensitive multiplex immunoassay kit. The PBMC secretory profile was evaluated with and without CLD exposure. PBMCs isolated from patients with RRMS for ≤12 months had significantly higher IL-4 but significantly lower IFN-γ and TNF-α secretion after CLD exposure. PBMCs isolated from patients with RRMS for >12 months had altered inflammatory ratios toward an anti-inflammatory profile and increased IL-4 but decreased TNF-α secretion after CLD exposure. CLD induced nonsignificant changes in IL-17 secretion in both RRMS groups. Our findings reaffirm CLD’s immunomodulatory effect that induces an anti-inflammatory phenotype.  相似文献
