The fabrication of one kind of large core area Nd3 doped silicate glass photonic crystal fiber, and demonstration of the fiber's waveguidence properties were reported. This fiber owns a random air hole distribution in the cladding. The measured minimum loss of this kind of fiber is 10 dB·m-1 at 660 nm. These fibers can sustain only a single mode at least over wavelength ranging from 660 nm to 980 nm.  相似文献

Bismuth (Bi)-doped photonic glasses and fibers with broadband near-infrared (NIR) photoemission have potential applications in tunable lasers and broadband amplifiers. Yet, when it comes to all wavelength amplification of optical communication, it remains challenging to achieve efficient Bi NIR emission in the technically relevant C- and L- bands (1530-1625 nm). Here, we propose a scheme by fluorination triggered enhancement of ultra-broadband Bi NIR emission in nitrided germanate glasses. Besides, compared to previous research, a unique and efficient Bi-activated ultra-wideband NIR emission with new emission bands peaked at ~924 and ~1520 nm under excitation of 450 nm are obtained in nitrided germanate glasses after fluorination. Moreover, the fluorination can modulate the local chemical environment by forcing the conversion of aluminum species from AlO4 to AlO5 and AlO6 and consequently increase the flexibility of the glass network structure, which finally induces the conversion of Bi species and then manipulates the relative emission intensity of different Bi NIR centers. Thus, a flat and tunable emission spectrum covering the entire optical communication band is obtained by optimizing the fluoride amount. We believe this work is helpful to design the Bi-doped tunable fiber lasers and ultra-broadband amplifiers for all wavelength amplification of optical communication.  相似文献

针对无线点对点通信提出一种基于RF收发芯片CC1000的全双工数据收发器设计的实现方案。通过射频电路设计和控制电路设计两部分,说明收发器硬件电路设计的实现,着重阐述CC1000在全双工数据收发器设计中的关键设计及其应用;针对软件控制实现部分的关键时序进行分析和讨论,同时给出收发器发送和接收两部分详细的软件程序流程图。该方案成功实现了低功耗、高灵敏度的无线数据传输,为短距离通信提供了参考。  相似文献

In order to explore the application of organic conjugated small molecules in bioimaging, a novel functional chromophore with A-π-D-π-A structure (Cr-3) was synthesized through Knoevenagel condensation reaction, consisting of carbazole unit as electron donor and cyanoacetic acid as electron acceptor groups. To improve the water solubility of this conjugated molecule, three carboxyl groups were introduced to chromophore Cr-3. Compared to the traditional D-π-A chromophores, chromophore Cr-3 showed the great improvement in water with the solubility of 2000 ppm. Also, the thermal stability of chromophore Cr-3 was also studied. The thermal decomposition temperature (Td) of Cr-3 was approximately 180°C, which was attributed to the dehydration of the carboxyl groups. Though the second harmonic generation (SHG) effect was not very high, it is large enough for the detection of SHG signal in water solution (0.28 pm/V).  相似文献

在暗室中对窄带天线进行测量时,由于间接时域方法的测试带宽不足而无法有效地去除多径信号所产生的干扰,文中提出将现代频谱估计技术应用于此类天线的测试。以最大熵为约束条件,利用现代谱估计中的Burg算法求解接收到频域信号的AR模型参数,并对其进行频谱外推。从而在频域拓宽信号的测试带宽,在时域提高信号的分辨率,并运用间接时域测量技术精确加载时域门,达到去除多径干扰的目的。仿真和实测都验证了该方法的有效性及可靠性。  相似文献

For phosphor‐converted warm white light‐emitting diodes (WLEDs), it is essential to find highly efficient red oxide phosphors, which are better chemically stable and benign to environment and can be prepared in a much milder condition. Here, we report a red phosphor LiNaGe4O9:Mn4+ with a quantum yield up to 78% after systematic optimization in synthesis temperature, dopant concentration of Mn4+, and sintering time. Best performance of the phosphor can be reached when it is synthesized in a mild reaction condition, that is, at 850°C for 3 h in air. The integrated emission intensity is more than four times stronger than commercial red phosphor 3.5MgO·0.5MgF2·GeO2:Mn4+ (MFG:Mn4+) under a blue light excitation at 470 nm. Crystal structural analysis reveals that the high efficiency Mn4+ exhibits in the compound is mainly due to the well separation of GeO6 groups from each other by GeO4 tetrahedra in the neighborhood and the ideal substitution of octahedral Ge4+ site by Mn4+ in view of both size and charge matches. The high performance of the phosphor encourages us to apply the blue absorbing red phosphor to WLED, which is based on combination of a blue LED chip and YAG:Ce3+, and the warm perception WLED is therefore achieved with a color temperature of 3353 K.  相似文献

为解决磨削大型零件时进刀不均匀、效率低的问题,以轧辊磨削为例,对比CBN砂轮和氧化铝砂轮的主轴功率和加工性能。发现:由于砂轮磨损,轧辊磨削的效率及尺寸精度低;相同条件下,树脂结合剂CBN砂轮的效率比氧化铝砂轮高150%;去除同样轧辊材料时,CBN砂轮的磨损量最多是氧化铝砂轮的1/9。CBN砂轮由于磨粒硬度高、把持力强,可以改善大型零件加工时进刀不均匀、效率低的情况。   相似文献

Till now, many doped persistent luminescence (PersL) phosphors have been investigated and found various applications in such as bioimaging, photocatalysis and information storage, but introducing PersL emitters into a proper host is mostly complex. In this research, a self-activated PersL phosphor Ba2Zr2Si3O12 (BZSO) is prepared by solid state reaction. By adding NH4Cl, the self-activated PersL intensity is evidently enhanced. The trap depths and concentrations are examined by thermoluminescence spectra. Meanwhile, Bi3+ ions are introduced into BZSO and show wide band photoluminescence (PL) from 300 to 600 nm. Moreover, the PL of Bi3+ is tunable under excitation by 265-350 nm lights. Furthermore, as a proof-of-concept design, we designed a patterned quick response (QR) code based on the self-activated PersL of BZSO, and the information of “South China University of Technology (SCUT)” can be read out by the code scanning technology. Bi3+-doped BZSO phosphors are suggested to provide potential applications in information storage by its self-activated PersL, and to excite researchers to study the tunable PL in Bi3+-doped phosphor.  相似文献
