This article presents a new method to generate test patterns for multiple stuck-at faults in combinational circuits. We assume the presence of all multiple faults of all multiplicities and we do not resort to their explicit enumeration: the target fault is a single component of possibly several multiple faults. New line and gate models are introduced to handle multiple fault effect propagation through the circuits. The method tries to generate test conditions that propagate the effect of the target fault to primary outputs. When these conditions are fulfilled, the input vector is a test for the target fault and it is guaranteed that all multiple faults of all multiplicities containing the target fault as component are also detected. The method uses similar techniques to those in FAN and SOCRATES algorithms to guide the search part of the algorithm, and includes several new heuristics to enhance the performance and fault detection capability. Experiments performed on the ISCAS'85 benchmark circuits show that test sets for multiple faults can be generated with high fault coverage and a reasonable increase in cost over test generation for single stuck-at faults. 相似文献

The optimum conditions for extraction of total phenolic contents (TPC) and for enhancing the antioxidant activity from light and dark dried figs were determined. The effects of the solvent nature (acetone, ethanol, methanol, or water), solvent concentration (20–80%), acetic acid concentration (0–2%), extraction temperature (25–70°C), extraction time (0.5–4 h), sample to solvent ratio (1/25–1/100), and number of extractions (1, 2, and 3) were determined. The TPC was used to identify antioxidant compounds. 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) was used to evaluate antioxidant activity. All extraction parameters had significant effects (p<0.05) on the TPC and the antioxidant activities. The best conditions were obtained with double extraction using 60% acetone without acidification, at 40°C for 120 min, and with a 1/75 solid to solvent ratio. These conditions resulted in TPC concentrations of 469.46 (light variety) and 399.79 mg of gallic acid (GAE)/100 g (dark variety), and antioxidant activities of 96.47 and 102.28 mg of GAE/100 g, respectively. 相似文献

Intellectual property (IP) block reuse is essential for facilitating the design process of system-on-a-chip. Sharing IP designs poses significant high security risks. Recently, digital watermarking emerged as a candidate solution for copyright protection of IP blocks. In this paper, we survey and classify different techniques used for watermarking IP designs. To this end, we defined several evaluation criteria, which can also be used as a benchmark for new IP watermarking developments. Microbial fuel cells (MFCs) are bio-electrochemical systems that can directly convert the chemical energy contained in an effluent into bioelectricity by the action of microorganisms. The performance of these devices is heavily impacted by the choice of the material that forms the cathode. This work focuses on the assessment of ferroelectric and photocatalytic materials as a new class of non-precious catalysts for MFC cathode construction. A series of cathodes based on mixed oxide solid solution of LiTaO3 with WO3 formulated as Li1-xTa1-xWxO3 (x=0, 0.10, 0.20 and 0.25), were prepared and investigated in MFCs. The catalyst phases were synthesized, identified and characterized by DRX, PSD, MET and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. The cathodes were tested as photoelectrocatalysts in the presence and in the absence of visible light in devices fed with industrial wastewater. The results revealed that the catalytic activity of the cathodes strongly depends on the ratio of substitution of W6+ in the LiTaO3 matrix. The maximum power densities generated by the MFC working with this series of cathodes increased from 60.45 mW·m-3 for x=0.00 (LiTaO3) to 107.2 mW·m-3 for x=0.10, showing that insertion of W6+ in the tantalate matrix can improve the photocatalytic activity of this material. Moreover, MFCs operating under optimal conditions were capable of reducing the load of chemical oxygen demand by 79% (CODinitial=1030 mg·L-1). 相似文献

Sugar profiles of fifty honey samples from different regions of Algeria are analysed by HPLC with pulsed amperometric detection. These samples consisted of 25 multifloral and 25 unifloral honeys. Eleven sugars (two monosaccharides, nine oligosaccharides) are quantified. The mean values of fructose and glucose are in the range 35.99–42.57% and 24.63–35.06%, respectively. These monosaccharides are the main sugars of all honey samples. The sucrose, maltose, isomaltose, turanose and erlose are present nearly in all the samples, while raffinose and melezitose are detected in few samples. Furthermore, trehalose is present only in two samples and none of the samples contain melibiose. Low amounts of melezitose, raffinose and erlose are present in the range of 0.03–2.14%, 0.03–0.35% and 0.01–2.35%, respectively. PCA (Principal Component Analysis) showed that the cumulative variance was approximately 40% and Apiaceae honeys are correctly classified using FDA (Factorial Discriminant Analysis). 相似文献

Adsorption of Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Pb(II) and Cd(II) ions on a polydiphenylamine resin prepared at a strongly oxidizing controlled potential of 3.2 V (vs. ECS) was studied in aqueous solutions. The optimum sorption conditions were determined. The optimum pH for the removal of metal ions was between 4 and 6 for Ni(II), 6 for Cu(II) and Pb(II) and 5 for Zn(II) and Cd(II). The total sorption capacity of the resin was 57.3 mg g−1 for Ni(II), 23 mg g−1 for Cu(II), 36.9 mg g−1 for Zn(II), 19 mg g−1 for Pb(II) and 24.5 mg g−1 for Cd(II). The sorption capacity was compared with other conventional chelating polymers. The sorption kinetics was fairly rapid, as apparent from the loading half time (t1/2) values, indicating a better accessibility of the chelating sites. The study of the selectivity of the metal ions in the binary solutions shows that the resin presents a higher affinity for the ions of nickel (II). 相似文献
