Recently, many research projects and competitions have attempted to find an autonomous mobile robot that can drive in the
real world. In this article, we consider a path-planning method for an autonomous mobile robot that would be safe in a real
environment. In such a case, it is very important for the robot to be able to identify its own position and orientation in
real time. Therefore, we applied a localization method based on a particle filter. Moreover, in order to improve the safety
of such autonomous locomotion, we improved the path-planning algorithm and the generation of the trajectory so that it can
consider a region with a limited maximum velocity. In order to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method, we participated

Proton exchanged ultrastable Y-type zeolite with silica/alumina = 40 showed a pronounced catalytic activity for the formation of ethyl methyl ketone directly from 1-butene and water. The formation rate of ethyl methyl ketone was much higher than those on MoO3-based catalysts in the oxidation of 1-butene by oxygen. We have reported that the transistors having the c‐axis‐aligned crystalline (CAAC) In‐Ga‐Zn oxide (IGZO) show good performance. Recently, In‐Sn‐Zn Oxide (ITZO) has attracted much attention because of its high electron mobility, as well as IGZO. However, it has been reported that ITZO field effect transistors (FET) tend to have positive Vth (normally‐on characteristics) and poor reliability compared with IGZO‐FETs. We have reported that high‐performance and high‐reliability OS‐FETs can be fabricated by using CAAC‐IGZO, which has high crystallinity and has no clear grain boundaries, as an active layer. Therefore, we have fabricated CAAC‐ITZO thin films to improve performance of ITZO‐FETs by using CAAC‐ITZO as an active layer. In addition, FETs employing CAAC‐ITZO have better characteristics and reliability than FETs using nano‐crystal ITZO. Furthermore, constant photocurrent method (CPM) measurement was carried out in order to estimate density of deep‐level defect states caused by oxygen vacancies in oxide semiconductors. The results show that CAAC‐ITZO has lower density of deep‐level defect states than nano‐crystal ITZO. We attribute the improvement in reliability of ITZO‐FETs to a decrease in deep‐level defect states of an ITZO active layer, as is the case with IGZO. 相似文献

Accumulation of Ot alternative antifoulants in sediment is the focus of this research. Much research had been done on surface sediment, but in this report, the accumulation in the sediment core was studied. The Ot alternative antifoulants, Diuron, Sea-Nine211, and Irgarol 1051, and the latter’s degradation product, M1, were investigated in five samples from the northern part of Hiroshima Bay. Ot compounds (tributyltin (TBT) and triphenyltin (TPT)) were also investigated for comparison. In addition, metal (Pb, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn) levels and chronology were measured to better understand what happens after accumulation on the sea floor. It was discovered that Ot alternative antifoulant accumulation characteristics in sediment were like Ot compounds, with the concentration in the sediment core being much higher than surface sediment. The concentration in sediment seems to have been affected by the regulation of Ot compounds in 1990, due to the concentration of Ot alternative antifoulants and Ot compounds at the survey point in front of the dock, showing an increase from almost the same layer after the regulation. 相似文献

A thin beam of waves usually diverges due to diffraction, which is a limitation of any device using such waves. However, a surface acoustic wave (SAW) on a sphere with an appropriate aperture does not diverge but is collimated, realizing ultra‐multiple roundtrips along an equator of the sphere. This study evaluates the numerical modeling of stress corrosion cracks from the viewpoint of eddy current simulations. Five stress corrosion cracks are artificially introduced into austenitic stainless steel plates measuring 25 mm in thickness, and then eddy current inspections are conducted to gather eddy current signals and destructive tests performed to confirm the true profiles of the cracks. The cracks are carefully introduced so as not to cluster, and the data obtained enables discussion of the modeling of a single crack quantitatively. Subsequent numerical simulations model each crack as a rectangular region with a fixed width and uniform conductivity, and evaluate the equivalent width and conductivity suitable for modeling the crack. The evaluation reveals that it is not reasonable to correlate the size of a crack and only its width or conductivity, and larger cracks tend to have greater resistance, which is defined as the width divided by conductivity. Furthermore, the values of width and conductivity depend also on the exciting frequency and probe used; however, the resistance remains almost unchanged by the experimental condition. 相似文献

Transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding enables joining at lower temperatures than traditional bonding techniques and preserves the potential for high-temperature applications, making it particularly attractive for joining ultra-high-temperature ceramics (UHTCs) such as carbides and borides. The feasibility of a TLP joint between “pure” carbides has been recently demonstrated. The present study examines the interactions that occur between undoped HfC or MoSi2-doped HfC and a Ni/Nb/Ni multilayer interlayer during TLP bonding. Bonding is performed at 1400 °C for 30 min in a high-vacuum furnace. SEM–EDS characterization shows that the reaction layer formed at the interlayer/ceramic interface contains mixed carbides and depending upon the ceramic, Ni–Nb–Hf, or Ni–Nb–Hf–Si, or Ni–Nb–Si alloys. Nanoindentation tests traversing the reaction layer between the bulk ceramic and Nb foil midplane also show a clear transition zone across which the indentation modulus and hardness vary. Crack-free joints have been obtained with undoped HfC. The addition of 5 vol% MoSi2 introduces small (<5 μm long) isolated cracks within the reaction layer, whereas with 15 vol% MoSi2 added, cracking was pervasive within the reaction layer. When the reaction layer exceeds a critical thickness, as in the case of the bond obtained with HfC doped with 15 vol% MoSi2, residual stresses become sufficiently large to cause extensive cracking and bond failure.
