For Gadoid fishes, formaldehyde can be generated in tissues in huge amounts during endogenous enzymatic degradation of natural osmoprotectant trimethylamine-N-oxide. This paper describes two enzymatic methods for assay of formaldehyde in fish food products using alcohol oxidase (AOX) and formaldehyde dehydrogenase (FdDH) isolated from the thermotolerant methylotrophic yeast Hansenula polymorpha. AOX-based method exploits an ability of the enzyme to oxidise a hydrated form of formaldehyde to formic acid and hydrogen peroxide monitored in peroxidase-catalysed colorimetric reaction. In FdDH-based method, a monitored coloured formazane is formed from nitrotetrazolium salt during reduction by NADH, produced in formaldehyde-dependent reaction. It was demonstrated an applicability of both methods for assay of formaldehyde in fish products. The optimal protocols for analysis procedures have been elaborated and analytical parameters of both enzymatic methods have been established. The both methods were demonstrated that some fish products (hake and cod) contain high formaldehyde concentrations (up to 100 mg/kg wet weight).  相似文献

Imprint lithography has emerged as a reliable, reproducible, and rapid method for patterning colloidal nanostructures. As a promising alternative to top-down lithographic approaches, the fabrication of nanodevices has thus become effective and straightforward. In this study, a fusion of interference lithography (IL) and nanosphere imprint lithography on various target substrates ranging from carbon film on transmission electron microscope grid to inorganic and dopable polymer semiconductor is reported. 1D plasmonic photonic crystals are printed with 75% yield on the centimeter scale using colloidal ink and an IL-produced polydimethylsiloxane stamp. Atomically smooth facet, single-crystalline, and monodisperse colloidal building blocks of gold (Au) nanoparticles are used to print 1D plasmonic grating on top of a titanium dioxide (TiO2) slab waveguide, producing waveguide-plasmon polariton modes with superior 10 nm spectral line-width. Plasmon-induced hot electrons are confirmed via two-terminal current measurements with increased photoresponsivity under guiding conditions. The fabricated hybrid structure with Au/TiO2 heterojunction enhances photocatalytic processes like degradation of methyl orange (MO) dye molecules using the generated hot electrons. This simple colloidal printing technique demonstrated on silicon, glass, Au film, and naphthalenediimide polymer thus marks an important milestone for large-scale implementation in optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

Innovative amperometric biosensors for monitoring the level of wastewater pollution have been constructed on the surface of the gold planar electrodes C220AT “DropSens” by using the organic–inorganic ureasil‐based composites as host matrixes and immobilized commercial laccase from Trametes versicolor . It was found that the biosensor based on the ureasil–chalcogenide glass composite is characterized by a very high sensitivity (67,540 А M?1 m?2) that is 38.3 times higher than for pure ureasil (the sensitivity of the bioelectrode was calculated as 1762 А M?1 m?2). On the other hand, application of the ureasil–chalcogenide glass composite with incorporated silver nanoparticles (NPs) synthesized by high‐dose (1.0 × 1017 Ag+/cm2) 30 keV Ag+ ion implantation results in decreasing the biosensor sensitivity up to 2390 times (the sensitivity of the bioelectrode was 28.3 А M?1 m?2). The role of additives (chalcogenide glass and silver NPs) in the ureasil matrix on the biofunctionality of the biosensors produced is considered. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. The biocatalytic synthesis and purification of O‐β‐D ‐monoglucuronide conjugates of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol, homovanillic alcohol, and 3‐(4′‐hydroxyphenyl)propanol, using porcine liver microsomes, are described here. The glucuronides were synthesized, analyzed and separated by HPLC‐UV, identified by HPLC‐MS, and their structures unequivocally established by NMR techniques. The outcome of the glucuronidation reaction depends on the structure of the phenolic compounds. Thus, the glucuronidation of hydroxytyrosol, biocatalyzed with porcine liver microsomes, proceeded exclusively on the phenolic hydroxy groups. The regioselectivity was similar to that observed for human and rat liver microsomes, the 4′‐hydroxy position being more favorable than the 3′‐hydroxy one. In the case of tyrosol, homovanillic alcohol, and hydroxyphenylpropanol, two products were formed during microsomal glucuronidation: a major one, the phenolic O‐β‐D ‐glucuronidated derivative and, a minor one, the O‐β‐D ‐glucuronidated aliphatic alcohol.  相似文献

We have constructed and substantiated a generalization of continued Thiele-type fractions to the case of interpolation of nonlinear operators acting from a linear topological space X into an algebra Y with unit element I. It is shown that important particular cases of this generalization are interpolation continued Thiele-type fractions for vector-valued and matrix-valued functions and also for functionals of several variables.  相似文献

The pharmacokinetics of resveratrol in 11 healthy male volunteers has been assessed in a randomized, crossover, controlled clinical trial after the administration of three grape products: red wine (250 mL), grape juice (1/L), or tablets (red wine extracts enriched with trans-resveratrol). Doses of trans-resveratrol independently of the product administered, were about 14 μg/kg. Biological samples were collected and analysed by capillary gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. cis-Resveratrol, trans-resveratrol and dihydroresveratrol were determined in plasma and urine. Plasma concentration of trans-resveratrol after hydrolysis increased as a response to all grape products and that of cis-resveratrol after wine and grape juice. Free forms of these phenolic compounds were deemed undetectable in plasma. Despite similar trans-resveratrol doses being administered, its bioavailability from wine and grape juice was 6-fold higher, than that from tablets. Resveratrol was better absorbed from natural grape products than from tablets, pointing out the importance of the matrix in its bioavailability.  相似文献

Scaffolds based on chitosan (CTS), collagen (Coll) and glycosaminoglycans (GAG) mixtures cross‐linked by tannic acid (TA) with bioglass 45S5 addition were obtained with the use of the freeze‐drying method. The prepared scaffolds were characterised for morphology, mechanical strength and degradation rate. Moreover, cell viability on the obtained scaffolds was measured with and without the presence of ascorbic acid and dexamethasone. The main purpose of the research was to compare the effectiveness of bioglass 45S5 influence on the physicochemical and biological properties of scaffolds. The results demonstrated that the scaffolds based on the blends of biopolymers cross‐linked by TA are stable in an aqueous environment. Scanning electron microscope images allowed the observation of a porous scaffold structure with interconnected pores. The addition of bioglass nanoparticles improved the mechanical properties and decreased the degradation rate of composite materials. The biological properties were improved for 20% tannic acid addition compared to 5%. Dibromomethylene‐containing monomer with a tetrafluorobenzene central unit was synthesized using 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoro‐1,4‐bis(4‐methylphenoxy)benzene as a starting material. This approach enabled preparation of several fluorinated poly(arylene ether)s containing isomeric fragments, with or without allyl or acetyl side groups, which were prepared by interaction of the synthesized tetrafluorobenzene‐based monomer with various types of hydroxyl‐substituted diphenyl ethers. The structure of the synthesized compounds was determined using Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR and 19 F NMR spectroscopy techniques. Most of the resulting polyethers were soluble in chlorinated, ether‐type or polar amide solvents. The molecular weight, mechanical and thermal properties of the synthesized fluorinated poly(arylene ether)s were studied depending on the inherent isomery of macromolecular chains and the nature of functional groups. Some ways of functionalization of the prepared fluorinated polyethers with epoxy and triethoxysilyl groups were proposed. © 2015 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
