Tests of periclase-carbon blocks for the converter's steel-tapping channel available from the Kombinat Magnezit JSC were carried out in an oxygen-converter shop at the Magnitogorskii Metal-and-Steel Works JSC. The new refractory materials are shown to have a higher endurance as compared to the conventional periclase blocks, which made it possible to increase the operational efficiency of converters.  相似文献

The carried out research of vitamin C status of 250 young people 17-20 years old constantly living in region of the periodic radioactive control of the Gomel region of Republic Byelorussia have shown, that in the spring the vitamin C deficiency is observed at more than 55% examined, and autumn this parameter is reduced approximately on 20%. The vitamin C provision of the women is slightly higher, than one of men. The vitaminization of the population within 1 month by polyvitaminic complexes results in twofold reduction of number examined with vitamin deficiency.  相似文献

Results of a repair-and-maintenance program aimed at increasing the durability of the converter lining in an oxygen converter shop at the MISW JSC are reported. The program includes a single-round placement of the lining, the use of high-resistance PUPK-1-grade refractory components in high-wear zones, advanced methods for lining maintenance, development of high-resistance mixtures and taphole blocks, improvement of the converter process parameters, and introduction of advanced methods for lining wear monitoring.  相似文献

Periclase-carbon refractories based on electrofused periclase with an additive of passivated aluminum have been tested in service in the top cone of a 370-ton converter of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Works. The lining with experimental refractories withstood 1501 heats whereas the endurance of commercial periclase-carbon refractories of grades PUPK-6 and PUPK-8 equals 1185–1416 heats. It was concluded that the periclase-carbon articles with an aluminum antioxidant have good prospects for lining converters.  相似文献
