Within this work, we firstly report the self-assemblies of zinc porphyrin coordination polymers (CPs) appended isonicotinic acid ligands by metal–ligand axial coordination approach immobilized on the nanostructured TiO2 electrode surfaces in photoelectrochemical devices. Compared to the assemblies based on zinc porphyrins integrated isonicotinic acid ligands via metal–ligand axial coordination or metal–ligand edged binding approach, the CPs-based assemblies exhibit significantly improved photovoltaic performances. Especially, the assembly based on iminazole-substituted zinc porphyrin coordination polymer exhibits an excellent photovoltaic performance with a short circuit photocurrent density (Jsc) of 3.8 mA cm−2, an open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.31 V, a fill factor (FF) of 0.67 and an overall conversion efficiency (η) of 0.48% under AM 1.5 conditions. The results serve as another good testing ground for the fabrication of supramolecular devices techniques in future.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) representative volume element (RVE) model was developed for analyzing effective mechanical behavior of fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites with imperfect interfaces. In the model, the fiber is assumed to be perfectly elastic until its tensile strength, and the ceramic material is modeled by an elasto-plastic Drucker-Prager constitutive law. The RVE model is then used to study the elastic properties and the tensile strength of composites with imperfect interfaces and validated through experiments. The imperfect interfaces between the fiber and the matrix are taken into account by introducing some cohesive contact surfaces. The influences of the interface on the elastic constants and the tensile strengths are examined through these interface models.  相似文献

Nano-Y2 O3 and nano-CeO2 of different weight ratio mixed with deionizing water were doped into MoO2 powder by liquid–solid doping method. The diameter 1.80 and 0.18 mm alloy wires of Mo–0.3Y, Mo–0.3Ce, and Mo–0.15Y–0.15Ce were prepared through reduction, isostatic pressing, sintering, and drawing. Tensile properties, second phase microstructure and fracture surface appearance of wires were analyzed. The better refining effect for Mo alloy powder can be gotten after two kinds of nanoparticle oxide doped into MoO2 than only one doped. Nano-Y2 O3 and nano-CeO2 have different influences on sintering process. For nano-CeO2, the constraining effect of grain growth focuses on the initial sintering stage, nanoY2 O3 plays refining grains roles in the later densification stage. Nano-Y2 O3 is undistorted and keeps intact in the process of drawing; and nano-CeO2 is elongated and broken into parts in the drawing direction. The strengthening effect of nano-Y2 O3 and nano-CeO2 keeps the finer grains and superior tensile properties for Mo–0.15Y–0.15Ce wire.  相似文献

A new self-assemblies based on double-deck dyes ZnTPP-Wi (i?=?1–3) were synthesized and applied in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Anchoring molecules (Wi i?=?1–3) consisting of phenyl carboxyl acid and cyanoacetic acid group. Capping layer dyes zinc meso-tetraphenylporphine (ZnTPP) with anchoring molecules Wi through axially coordination bonds of Zn-to-ligand self-assemblies solar cells devices. We herein report a consisting acylamide and cyanoacetic acid group W3 as an anchoring molecule for the axial coordination with upper zinc porphyrin ZnTPP. W3 was synthesized by introducing acylamide and cyanoacetic acid groups may inhibit adverse dye aggregation and improving electrons are effectively injected into the TiO2 semiconductor surface. Thus, W3 anchoring molecules can be used to fabricate efficient solar cells with ZnTPP porohyrin dye, achieving good photoelectric performance, indicative of their general applicability in fabricating good-performance DSSCs. The assembled modes were also verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The photoelectrochemical efficiencies for dye ZnTPP-W3 are best than those of self-assembly dyes prevailingly ascribed to larger Jsc and Voc.
