The paper contains a particular algorithm and certain numerical calculation of diffraction fields with nonlinear properties induced by a local inhomogeneity in the form of a dielectric disk of finite thickness located ush with the air-surrounding medium interface. This paper presents a brief review of experimental studies in quantum cryptography and quantum key distribution by single photons in atmospheric and fiber-optic quantum communication channels. Two experimental setups for quantum key distribution developed at the Rzhanov Institute of Semiconductor Physics SB RAS are described. The dependence of the quantum key distribution rate on the average number of photons μ in the laser pulse was studied. For μ > 0.3, there is a discrepancy between theory and experiment. The reasons for this are, first, the nonzero probability of multiphoton pulses occurring in quantum transmission and counted as single photons by single-photon detectors and, second, the rejection of the cases where several single-photon detectors click simultaneously in quantum key sifting because the measurement result is not determined in these cases.  相似文献

Specimens and the method for experimental evaluation of the fatigue life of multilayer hard-faced metal subjected to cyclic mechanical loading are described. The tests were carried out by three-point bending with cyclic non-zero loading in the centre of the specimen, which reproduces, with certain assumptions, the force loading characteristics of rolling rolls, the rolls of continuous casting installations and other tools and equipment for deformation of metals and alloys which are subjected in service to the simultaneous effect of cyclic mechanical and thermal loads. The proposed method is then used to investigate the durability of the specimens of 40Kh steel, hard faced with PP-Np-25Kh5FMS flux-cored wire with and without a ductile sublayer. The sublayer was deposited using Sv-08A solid wire or the PP-Np-25Kh5MF flux-cored wire. The experimental results show that the deposition of the ductile sublayer with Sv-08A and PP-Np-25Kh5MF wires increases the fatigue life of the deposited specimens 1.3 and 1.6 times, respectively. PP-Np-123Kh1MF wire, which produces a deposited metal with higher mechanical properties in comparison with the Sv-08A wire, results in a higher fatigue life of multilayer hard-faced specimens.  相似文献

For biaxially stressed GaN clusters, the structure, charges, and energies of the formation of intrinsic Ga and N vacancies are calculated by the quantum-chemical method in the SCF MO LCAO approximation taking into account relaxation of the crystalline surroundings. It is established that the use of substrates introducing compressive or tensile stresses into the epitaxial layer affects the concentrations of intrinsic vacancy-type point defects. This effect most clearly manifests itself in the nitrogen sublattice in the GaN crystal lattice, especially in the case of its tension, i.e., during the epitaxial grown of GaN on the Si substrate. Redistribution of the electron density in the defect region in the case of lattice compression or tension can be the cause of variation in the location of electronic levels of defects in the band gap of the crystal.  相似文献
