Conclusions At the Magnezit Combine for the first time in our country magnesite has been dressed in heavy suspensions.Experience accumulated during the operation of heavy-medium equipment facilitated a significant improvement in the production scheme and equipment formulation for separation of the ores in heavy suspension.The introduction of heavy-medium separation permitted the retreatment of depleted ores and dumped material. The yield of concentrate increased by 11.5% with a simultaneous increase in the yield of tailings by a factor of 3.76 and a reduction in the cost of the handling of 1 ton of concentrate by 71.9 kopecks.Work is being done to find the optimum version of reprocessing the screenings from heavy-medium fractions 8-0 mm.The most promising methods of beneficiating magnesite are deemed to be flotation beneficiation, photoseparation, and gravitational dressing, using heavy-medium turbocyclones. Conclusions A department for magnesite beneficiation in heavy suspensions with an output capacity of 1 million tons/ yr has come on stream at the Magnezit Combine.The flow sheet of the magnesite beneficiation includes beneficiation of the small and large ore fractions in separate sections in two stages using conical and cylindrical separators. The beneficiation of magnesite containing up to 5% impurities in place of the 15% envisaged in the design project should be carried out in a single stage.It was established that the process efficiency of magnesite separation depends on the lump size of the original magnesite, the type and productivity of the separators, and the structuromechanical properties of the suspension.The beneficiation of the magnesite in heavy suspensions gave concentrate of grades 1 and 2 containing 45–46% MgO, 0.5–0.8% SiO2, and 0.8–1.2% CaO. The concentrate yield was 85–95%.The wear of MKhS and PShS bricks produced from the powder of the beneficiated magnesite is 10–15% less than that of bricks produced from the powder of ordinary magnesite.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 1, pp. 31–37, January, 1978.  相似文献

A method for investigating the electromagnetic properties of high-Tc superconductors (HTS) in a 2-mm wavelength band has been proposed. The method is based on the use of a cylindrical tube open dielectric resonator (ODR) loaded with a HTS sample. The Josephson harmonic generation at microwave frequencies can be investigated by means of the method. A small cross section of the ODR makes it possible to investigate surface variations of HTS sample electromagnetic properties and their temperature dependencies.  相似文献

Results of research work performed by Gruppa Magnezit are provided for prolonging the campaign of a zinc production Waelz kiln. Research into the corrosion resistance of refractory objects by a charge, consisting of ore and coke, is used to select the substance composition and development of technology for chromite-periclase refractory production that is inert towards Waelz material components. Service tests show that use of new refractories within the reaction zone of aWaelz kiln lining provides stable performance for the production process with high productivity and an increase in the time between repairs.  相似文献

In this paper we present the Maxwell equations' solution method enabling to electrodynamically rigorously compute opened and screened waveguides containing transversally magnetized gyrotropic material. There have been theoretically and experimentally analysed a rectangular metal waveguide having along the narrow wall a gyrotropic dissipative layer ofn-InSb. There has been found the resonant waveguide losses' dependence on the magnitude of the biasing magnetic field. The correspondence of computed and experimental data is fairly good.  相似文献
