Gelation Properties of Ovalbumin as Affected by Fatty Acid Salts   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The physicochemical properties of heat-induced ovalbumin (OVA) gels containing fatty acid salts (FAS) were investigated. Water-holding ability and transparency markedly increased in the presence of sodium caprate or sodium laurate. At 9% of the protein concentration transparent and hard gels formed; at 7%, transparent and soft gels formed. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the transparent gels had a more homogeneous structure than turbid gels without FAS. Differential scanning calorimetry indicated that denaturation temperature of OVA was decreased and the peaks became broader after addition of FAS.  相似文献

Short‐circuit tests for power circuit breakers and others require alternative short‐time current measurement, from a few kA to over several tens kA. However, the reference measurement system as a national standard or a specified secondary standard instrument to directly perform comparative test as a complete calibration test in high current class has not yet been established globally. The Japan Short‐Circuit Testing Committee (hereinafter referred to as “JSTC”) has therefore developed a shunt resistor that can be used as a standard instrument for high current measurement. Reference system using this shunt resistor is also considered by JSTC. The performance of the newly developed shunt resistor has been checked through several methods, such as resistance measurement, high power current test, high frequency current test, temperature rise test, and interference test. The results of the tests proved satisfactory performance. Resistance of the shunt resistor before and after the tests was invariant and stable. This makes the shunt resistor adequate for a reference in practical use. In addition, evaluation of uncertainty of the whole reference system including this shunt resistor satisfactorily fulfills the requirements of IEC 62475 edition 1.0, 2010.  相似文献

A new high repetition rate Nd:YAG Thomson scattering system is developed for the Heliotron J helical device.A main purpose of installing the new system is the temporal evolution measurement of a plasma profile for improved confinement physics such as the edge transport barrier (H-mode) or the internal transport barrier of the helical plasma.The system has 25 spatial points with ~10mm resolution.Two high repetition Nd:YAG lasers (>550mJ@ 50Hz) realize the measurement of the time evolution of the plasma profile with ~10ms time intervals.Scattered light is collected by a large concave mirror (D=800 mm,f/2.25) with a solid angle of ~100 mstr and transferred to interference filter polychromators by optical fiber bundles in a staircase form.The signal is amplified by newly designed fast preamplifiers with DC and AC output,which reduces the low frequency background noise.The signals are digitized with a multi-event QDC,fast gated integrators.The data acquisition is performed by a VME-based system operated by the CINOS.  相似文献

Estimating the frequency of one or more sinusoidal waves is a problem belonging to the field of signal analysis. The frequency characteristics of sinusoidal waves can be measured by peaks or troughs of the waves. Because of (he limit of the sampling frequency, the peaks or troughs of sinusoidal and EEG waves in the sampling usually deviate from their original ones in the time domain. Starting from a sinusoidal wave analysis, we present a correction formula with which the deviation time td can be calculated so as to detect the position of the real peak or trough of the data as fast and as accurately as possible on the time axis. The wave of the sleep spindle in the EEG can be considered as an asymmetrical sinusoid. Then after the waves have been filtered, the formula can also be applied to analyse the spindle of EEG waves and it is shown to be useful in the measurement of the frequency of the spindle wave. Error analysis and practical examples are presented.  相似文献

对结合激光辅助掺杂和毛化方法合成的光伏电池用Sb掺杂非晶硅薄膜进行了研究。首先,用阈值通量为460mJ/cm2的激光照射镀有200~300nm厚Sb的非晶硅薄膜进行施主扩散。为激活施主,样品用230mJ/cm2的低激光通量再一次进行处理。进行施主激光扩散和活化时,激光光斑的重叠度达到光斑大小的90%,因此随后诱发了薄膜表面的毛化。多晶毛化峰由扫描电子显微镜、喇曼光谱、原子力显微镜等多种表征手段进行了验证,处理后的样品其正面和背面的拉曼光谱均出现了521cm-1的晶体峰值。样品的n型特征得到了Hall效应测试的证实,同时证明了掺杂的有效性。表面毛化粗糙度达到450nm,并且观测到了光电导和吸收光谱的增强,这些均证实了样品光伏性质的改善。  相似文献

用微波炉产生的微波对氟树脂进行等离子体处理,用ESCA作了表面分析。处理后的试样在533eV处出现O_(1S)的一大峰,在292eV~285eV间出现C_(1S)的连续宽谱带。氧的导入量随着处理时容器内气压(P)的降低而增大,可见随着P的降低处理的效果增大。为了得到深度方向的分布,采用了氩离子剥蚀法和掠射法。随着剥蚀的进行,由等离子体处理所导入的氧急剧减少。用掠射法测定了刚经过处理的FEP和处理后放置了70小时后的FEP的深度分布。刚处理后的试样,氧量随出射角(θ)的减少(即随分析深度的减小)而增大,氟量则减小。相反,处理后放置70小时,在15°<θ<60°的范围内,氟量增加,氧量减少。这是因为低表面自由能的含氟键段移动到表面上所致。由深度方向的分布的结果可以推断,等离子体处理的效果达到了ESCA在θ=90°的分析深度的一半左右。  相似文献

The structure of metadickite, which was a dehydration phase of a dickite from Shokozan mine, Hiroshima, Japan calcined at 600°C for 24 h, was investigated by X-ray radial distribution function (RDF) analysis and the correlation method. The RDF curve showed the coordination numbers of both Si and Al atoms to be four and the structural regularity was observed up to ∼0.8 nm. Several structural models for metadickite were examined by the correlation method and the most likely model is considered to be the arrangement built up of SiO4 tet-rahedral sheets, similar to the original dickite, and an adjacent edge-shared AlO4 tetrahedral chain, with a 6-4-4 type oxygen atom distribution.  相似文献

The hardness and water-holding ability of rice globulin gels were intermediate between those of gels of soybean and sesame globulins. Scanning electron micrographs showed that rice globulin gel had a rough network structure composed of small globular particles of protein aggregates. Effects of various reagents on solubilization of proteins from the three gel types were compared. Disulfide bonds and hydrophobic interactions contributed mainly to the stability of rice globulin gels. The contributions of disulfide bonds to both the formation and stability of rice globulin gels were greater than for sesame globulin gels.  相似文献

Layout has strong influence on matching properties of a circuit. Current matching models, which characterize both local random non-uniformities and global systematic non-uniformities stochastically, are not adequate for the matching analysis taking the effect of layout realization into account. In order to consider topological information of layout into matching analysis, we propose a matching model which treats the random and systematic components separately. Also, we characterize the micro-loading effect, which modulates fabricated line-width according to the local density of layout patterns, into matching analysis. With these two techniques, we can perform matching analysis of CMOS circuits taking layout information into account.  相似文献
