Automatic onset detection and picking algorithm has been proposed by applying the spectro-ratio on time–frequency sub-band. The proposed algorithm does not need any parameter settings as it will work on data generated by either short or very broad band seismometers. Our algorithm is applied on local events from Cairo region recorded by three stations of the Egyptian National Seismic Network (ENSN). Maximum standard deviation is observed to be 0.113 s of the corresponding manual picks made by analysts.  相似文献

The shape and scale parameters of a Weibull density distribution function are calculated for 10 locations in Saudi Arabia. The daily mean wind speed data from 1970 to mid-1990 are used for this purpose. It is found that the numerical values of the shape parameter vary between 1.7 and 2.7, whereas the value of the scale parameter is found to vary between 3 and 6. It is also concluded from this study that wind data are very well represented by the Weibull distribution function.  相似文献

对 R D H 浆的可漂性进行了研究。研究发现, 由黑液预处理引入 R D H 蒸煮中的有机固形物对成浆可漂性有一定的负面影响; 在低 Cl O2 用量下, R D H 浆的漂白性能较传统 Kraft 浆好; 高硫化度低 H因子 R D H 浆的可漂性比低硫化度浆好; 随着 Cl O2 用量的增加, 各种浆料的漂白性能差别缩小; R D H 浆具有较高的漂后粘度。  相似文献

Using analog wireless communication, we demonstrate a master-slave load-sharing control of a parallel dc-dc buck converter system, thereby eliminating the need for physical connection to distribute the control signal among the converter modules. The current reference for the slave modules is provided by the master module using radio-frequency (RF) transmission, thereby ensuring even sharing of the load current. The effect of delay due to RF transmission on system stability and performance is analyzed, and regions of operation for a stable as well as satisfactory performance are determined. We experimentally demonstrate a satisfactory performance of the master-slave converter at 20-kHz switching frequency under steady state as well as transient conditions in the presence of a transmission delay. The proposed control concept, which can potentially attain redundancy that is achievable using a droop method, may lead to more robust and reconfigurable control implementation of distributed converters and power systems. It may also be used as a (fault-tolerant) backup for wire-based control of parallel/distributed converters.  相似文献

Conductive polymers largely derive their electronic functionality from chemical doping, processes by which redox and charge‐transfer reactions form mobile carriers. While decades of research have demonstrated fundamentally new technologies that merge the unique functionality of these materials with the chemical versatility of macromolecules, doping and the resultant material properties are not ideal for many applications. Here, it is demonstrated that open‐shell conjugated polymers comprised of alternating cyclopentadithiophene and thiadiazoloquinoxaline units can achieve high electrical conductivities in their native “undoped” form. Spectroscopic, electrochemical, electron paramagnetic resonance, and magnetic susceptibility measurements demonstrate that this donor–acceptor architecture promotes very narrow bandgaps, strong electronic correlations, high‐spin ground states, and long‐range π‐delocalization. A comparative study of structural variants and processing methodologies demonstrates that the conductivity can be tuned up to 8.18 S cm?1. This exceeds other neutral narrow bandgap conjugated polymers, many doped polymers, radical conductors, and is comparable to commercial grades of poly(styrene‐sulfonate)‐doped poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene). X‐ray and morphological studies trace the high conductivity to rigid backbone conformations emanating from strong π‐interactions and long‐range ordered structures formed through self‐organization that lead to a network of delocalized open‐shell sites in electronic communication. The results offer a new platform for the transport of charge in molecular systems.  相似文献

A model-based approach for the decision feedback equalization of Volterra type nonlinear communication channels is proposed such that the linear model-based decision feedback equalization can be considered as a special case of the proposed approach. In designing the decision feedback equalizer, the nonlinear decision feedback equalization problem is visualized as a linear, multichannel equalization problem. A complete modified Gram–Schmidt orthogonalization of the input vector is achieved by using modified sequential processing multichannel lattice stages. The elements of the multichannel desired signal vector are then estimated from the new orthogonal set by using only scalar operations. The probability of error performance of the proposed equalizer is improved by the estimation of the elements of the desired signal vector through a sigmoid activation function so that a polynomial perceptron equalizer is realized. The comparative computational complexity calculations and performance results of the proposed decision feedback equalizer are also provided.  相似文献

For precise and accurate patient dose delivery,the dosimetry system must be calibrated properly according to the recommendations of standard dosimetry protocols such as TG-51 and TRS-398. However, the dosimetry protocol followed by a calibration laboratory is usually different from the protocols that are followed by different clinics, which may result in variations in the patient dose.Our prime objective in this study was to investigate the effect of the two protocols on dosimetry measurements.Dose measurements were performed for a Co-60 teletherapy unit and a high-energy Varian linear accelerator with 6 and 15 MV photon and 6, 9, 12, and 15 MeV electron beams, following the recommendations and procedures of the AAPM TG-51 and IAEA TRS-398 dosimetry protocols. The dosimetry systems used for this study were calibrated in a Co-60 radiation beam at the Secondary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory(SSDL) PINSTECH,Pakistan, following the IAEA TRS-398 protocol. The ratio of the measured absorbed doses to water in clinical setting,D_w(TG-51/TRS-398), was 0.999 and 0.997 for 6 and15 MV photon beams,whereas these ratios were 1.013,1.009, 1.003, and 1.000 for 6, 9, 12, and 15 MeV electron beams, respectively. This difference in the absorbed dosesto-water D_w ratio may be attributed mainly due to beam quality(K_Q) and ion recombination correction factor.  相似文献
