Preparation and characterization of mullite whisker reinforced ceramics made from coal fly ash

Ceramics with mullite whiskers were prepared from coal fly ash and Al₂O₃ raw materials, with AlF₃ used as an additive. The phase structures and microstructures of the ceramics were identified via X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results show that pickling of coal fly ash is an effective method for enhancing the flexural strength of ceramics. Sintering temperature and AlF₃ addition were also key factors influencing the creation of ideal ceramics. The ceramic made from pickled coal fly ash, 6?wt% AlF₃, and sintered at 1200?°C, exhibited the highest flexural strength of 59.1?MPa, and had a bulk density of 1.32?g/cm³ and porosity of 26.8%. The results show that ceramic materials made under these conditions are ideal candidates for manufacturing ceramic proppants for the exploitation of unconventional oil and gas resources.     

Structural,optical and electrical properties of indium doped Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 thin films synthesized by the DC and RF reactive magnetron cosputtering

Element doping into the Cu₂ZnSn(S,Se)₄ (CZTSSe) absorber is an effective method to optimize the performance of thin film solar cells. In this study, the Cu₂In_xZn_1-xSn(S,Se)₄ (CIZTSSe) precursor film was deposited by magnetron cosputtering technique using indium (In) and quaternary Cu₂ZnSnS₄ (CZTS) as targets. Meanwhile, the In content was controlled using the direct current (DC) power on In target (P_In). A single kesterite CIZTSSe alloy was formed by successfully doping a small number of In³⁺ into the main lattice of CZTSSe. The partial Zn²⁺ cations were substituted by In³⁺ ions, resulting in improving properties of CZTSSe films. Morphological analysis showed that large grain CIZTSSe films could be obtained by doping In. The well-distributed, smooth, and dense film was obtained when the P_In was 30 W. The band gap of CIZTSSe could be continuously adjusted from 1.27 to 1.05 eV as P_In increased from 0 to 40 W. In addition, the CIZTSSe alloy thin film at P_In = 30 W exhibited the best p-type conductivity with Hall mobility of 6.87 cm²V^?1s^?1, which is a potential material as the absorption layer of high-performance solar cells.

XMAC纵波时差高分辨率处理方法

在充分调研阵列声波测井分波提取方法的基础上，针对阿特拉斯公司的交叉多极子阵列声波测井（XMACⅡ）提供的单极波形信息，研究纵波时差提取及高分辨率处理方法。首先利用相关-互功谱法高精度地提取纵波时差，然后针对XMACⅡ仪器的接收阵列，研究组合子阵列的方法，形成共发射子阵列和共接收子阵列，最后利用子阵列对提取的纵波时差做高分辨率处理。处理现场实际测井资料，并将高分辨率处理成果与引进的eXpress软件处理成果、实测的国产高分辨率声波（纵波）测井曲线及岩心纵波时差对比分析，表明该方法提取的纵波时差曲线的纵向分辨率有很大提高，时差计算准确可靠，提取的单极纵波时差与国产高分辨率声波时差及岩心纵波时差的平均相对误差均小于7%。该方法具有较高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。     

合成己二腈反应技术研究——(Ⅴ)己二腈工业反应过程模拟与反应器改造

对己二腈工业反应器提出了两釜串联带回流的模型,通过模拟计算得出模型的级间返混系数 f=6的结论。该模型能较好地预测工业反应器中物料组分浓度变化和气、液两相的流动特性;指出了现工业反应器的鼓泡中和段体积偏小是造成己二酸浓度偏高的关键;提出了可以通过增加串连一个鼓泡预反应段的改造方案,能有效地降低己二酸的浓度,从7%降至4%左右,从而能较好地减缓腐蚀和结焦。
