This paper presents a syntax-directed editor dubbed SRE, for syntax recognizing editor. Unlike other syntax-directed editors, SRE enables the user to edit programs with nearly the same natural and unrestrictive ease as a conventional text editor. In addition, it helps identify syntax errors and many typing errors before leaving the editor and attempting to compile a program. Programs are also formatted during entry, thereby providing immediate visual feedback of the recognized structure. The editor replaces the scanner/parser pass of a conventional compiler and thus reduces compilation time substantially.  相似文献

(Z)‐3‐((3‐hydroxybenzylidene)amino)pyridin‐1‐ium4‐dodecylbenzenesulfonate anionic surfactant and its cobalt, copper and zinc complexes were synthesized (I, I‐Co, I‐Cu and I‐Zn). The chemical structures of it were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H‐NMR, UV–Vis spectroscopy and atomic adsorption. The effects of the chemical structures of the synthesized anionic surfactant and the type of transition metals on the surface activity are presented in this paper. The thermodynamic parameters show that adsorption and micellization processes are spontaneous. The results of biological activity measurements showed that the synthesized compounds have a great efficiency against gram positive (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus), gram‐ negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) and fungi (Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger) as well as the sulfate reducing bacteria (Desulfomonas pigra). The complexation of the anionic surfactant with Co2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ increase the antimicrobial activity values.  相似文献

Because nanoparticles are finding uses in myriad biomedical applications, including the delivery of nucleic acids, a detailed knowledge of their interaction with the biological system is of utmost importance. Here the size‐dependent uptake of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) (20, 30, 50 and 80 nm), coated with a layer‐by‐layer approach with nucleic acid and poly(ethylene imine) (PEI), into a variety of mammalian cell lines is studied. In contrast to other studies, the optimal particle diameter for cellular uptake is determined but also the number of therapeutic cargo molecules per cell. It is found that 20 nm AuNPs, with diameters of about 32 nm after the coating process and about 88 nm including the protein corona after incubation in cell culture medium, yield the highest number of nanoparticles and therapeutic DNA molecules per cell. Interestingly, PEI, which is known for its toxicity, can be applied at significantly higher concentrations than its IC50 value, most likely because it is tightly bound to the AuNP surface and/or covered by a protein corona. These results are important for the future design of nanomaterials for the delivery of nucleic acids in two ways. They demonstrate that changes in the nanoparticle size can lead to significant differences in the number of therapeutic molecules delivered per cell, and they reveal that the toxicity of polyelectrolytes can be modulated by an appropriate binding to the nanoparticle surface.  相似文献

Human electrostatic discharge (ESD) produces a transient current pulse with a very fast risetime, which can be a source of electromagnetic interference in digital devices. The focus of this paper is the radiated susceptibility of D-type flip-flops implemented in various CMOS and TTL logic technologies. A transient impulse was used to simulate the radiated field produced during an ESD event. A synchronized-disturbance testing methodology is developed that allows accurate control of the instant at which the disturbing signal is applied to the data input lines during an operational cycle of the circuit. The study reveals that these devices are susceptible only during certain time intervals during an operational cycle. The particular interval during which a flip-flop is susceptible is dependent on the logic state of the data input line, the implementation technology of the flip-flop, and the amplitude of the disturbing signal. The total width of the susceptibility intervals is a device parameter that can be used to determine the probability that the flip-flop will fail in the presence of random transient interference pulses  相似文献

Nanocomposite polymer electrolytes (NCPE) were prepared using nano polyethylene oxide PEO doped with Magnesium (Mg) salts. Gamma irradiation was utilized to improve the PEO‐Mg salts particle sizes. Consequently, Magnesium Oxide (MgO) nanoparticles were prepared by green synthesis and incorporated into PEO‐Mg salts to improve their properties toward magnesium battery electrolyte applications. The prepared samples were examined before and after exposures to the radiation doses. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) indicated the particles size of the synthesized nano polymer‐Mg salts and MgO nanoparticles. Fourier transform infra‐red (FTIR) spectroscopic measurements, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electrical conductivity, electrochemical properties, and thermal stability of the samples were determined. FTIR indicated the interaction between PEO with Mg salts and MgO nanoparticles which confirmed the structure. The TEM results showed a spherical nanoparticles of MgO and a good dispersion of MgO in PEO matrix. It was found that the irradiation dose 70 kGy gave the best results for the nano polymer‐Mg salts (13 nm). The electrical conductivity (σ) evaluated for NCPE, was more than three orders of magnitude of pure PEO. The liquid NCPE of 20 mL MgO NPs at 100 kGy exhibited a maximum conductivity of 3.63 × 10–3 Scm?1 at room temperature. The increase in temperature caused a slight effect on conductivity, 4.85 × 10–3 Scm?1 at temperature 250°C, at the same concentration. While un‐irradiated sample of 30 mL MgO NPs (σ) reached to 3.8 × 10?3 Scm?1 then became 5.03 × 10?3 Scm?1 by increasing temperature. From the cyclic voltammetry results, the polymer electrolytes containing MgO filler, 20 and 30 mL, for irradiated and un‐irradiated samples, respectively exhibited wider electrochemical stability window than the others due to the appearance of Mg deposition/desolution peak in CV curve showed that magnesium effectively migrating through electrolytes.
