We study a class of extended automata defined by guarded commands over Presburger arithmetic with uninterpreted functions. On the theoretical side, we show that the bounded reachability problem is decidable in this model. In this paper, a systematic investigation was carried out of activities at 80 °C of Pt supported on Sibunit-1562 graphitized carbon in the electroreduction of oxygen in the polymer electrolyte fuel cell. Pt content in the Pt/Sibunit-1562 catalysts was 20, 40, and 60 wt.% and Pt load at the cathode was varied in the 200–6.25 μgPt cm−2 interval. The results were compared with the activity of commercial 20 wt.% Pt/Vulcan XC-72 catalyst. To optimize the transport properties of the cathode layer and maintain its thickness upon using Pt/Sibunit −1562 catalysts with varied Pt content and Pt loads a definite amount of Vulcan-XC-72 carbon support was added to the cathode catalytic inks. Higher activity of Pt/Sibunit-1562 catalysts was found as compared to that of commercial 20 wt.% Pt/Vulcan XC-72 with similar particle size of the active component.  相似文献

Chemotherapy of soft tissue sarcomas (STS) is restricted by low chemosensitivity and multiple drug resistance (MDR). The purpose of our study was the analysis of MDR mechanism in different types of STS. We assessed the expression of ABC-transporters, MVP, YB-1, and analyzed their correlation with chemosensitivity of cancer cells. STS specimens were obtained from 70 patients without metastatic disease (2018–2020). Expression level of MDR-associated genes was estimated by qRT-PCR and cytofluorimetry. Mutations in ABC-transporter genes were captured by exome sequencing. Chemosensitivity (SI) of STS to doxorubicin (Dox), ifosfamide (Ifo), gemcitabine (Gem), and docetaxel (Doc) was analyzed in vitro. We found strong correlation in ABCB1, ABCC1, and ABCG2 expression. We demonstrated strong negative correlations in ABCB1 and ABCG2 expression with SI (Doc) and SI (Doc + Gem), and positive correlation of MVP expression with SI (Doc) and SI (Doc + Gem) in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. Pgp expression was shown in 5 out of 44 STS samples with prevalence of synovial sarcoma relapses and it is strongly correlated with SI (Gem). Mutations in MDR-associated genes were rarely found. Overall, STS demonstrated high heterogeneity in chemosensitivity that makes reasonable in vitro chemosensitivity testing to improve personalized STS therapy, and classic ABC-transporters are not obviously involved in MDR appearance.  相似文献

The physical basis of the method of implementing quantum logical operations in a continuous microwave field in a system of two electrons with different g-factors and a constant exchange interaction is developed. A small variable additive ΔB(t) to the magnetic field is proposed as a control action. It is obtained that a simple functional dependence ΔB(t), based on harmonic functions, allows us to perform elementary quantum logical operations and their sequences. It can be invoked from the theory of tandem repeat homogenization that DNA on a satellite/non-satellite border may carry sequence marks of molecular processes basic to satellite evolution. We have sequenced a continuous 17-kb alpha satellite fragment bordering the non-satellite in human chromosome 21, which is devoid of higher-order repeated structure, contains multiple rearrangements, and exhibits higher divergence of monomers towards the border, indicating the lack of efficient homogenization. Remarkably, monomers have been found with mutually supplementary deletions matching each other as reciprocal products of unequal recombination, which provide evidence for unequal cross-over as a mechanism generating deletions in satellite DNA.  相似文献
