高强韧模具修复用堆焊焊条的研制

根据冲裁模具的工作条件和失效形式，设计出一种专用的局部修复用堆焊焊条。使焊缝具有高咸度和高抗裂性，满足冲裁模具局部修复用冷焊要求。     

精铸钢件表面补碳工艺

为弥补精铸钢件表面脱碳缺陷，采用甲醇 煤油滴注式可控渗碳法，对精铸钢件表面层进行补碳。根据试验．得到对不同厚度工件进行补碳的工艺：对于薄壁件，在930℃下，强渗阶段60min，扩散阶段60min．补碳后淬火硬度60HRC；对于厚壁件，只需扩散阶段时间延长到120min。     

Upeonversion Emission and Paramagnctism of Colloid Ba2ErF7 and Ba2ErFT：Yb3＋ Nanoerystals Synthesized with Solvothermal Method

Ultrasmall near-monodisperse Ba2ErF7 nanocrystals with average crystal size 9.6 nm were synthesized with solvothermal method. The X-ray diffraction （XRD） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM） assays reveal that the as-synthesized Ba2ErF7 nanocrystals are of the cubic structure with the cell parameter of 5.943 A, instead of the reported orthorhombic and tetragonal structure. Two emission bands originated from 2Hwj4H3/2 → 4F5/2 and 4F9/2 ----＋ 4115,2 of Er3＋ can be observed under a 980 nm laser excitation. The magnetic mass susceptibility of the as-synthesized BazErF7 nanocrystals reaches 4.293 × 10-5 emu g-1 Oe-1.     

Al-Li合金回火相变有序化与调幅分解共存现象X射线衍射研究

采用XRD技术研究了二元Al-2．70％Li(mass fraction)合金的回火相变。结果发现190C回火90min及120min的基体(200)衍射峰两侧有边带峰出现，同时有序化(100)衍射峰也存在,表明该合金在回火初期存在调幅分解与有序化现象。
