The precipitation of Ti(V)N(C)in high-carbon steel PD_3 during thermomechanicol treatmentat austenitic temperatures after deformation has been observed.The average size ofTi(V)N(C)particles may reduce with the increase of strain and the decrease ofthermomechanical treatment temperature,and vise versa.The growth of Ti(V)N(C)particlesat 920°C is found to be controlled by the interface reaction between precipitated particles andmatrix. 相似文献

The process of Luda ilmenite smelting by plasma furnace has been studied by means ofself-designed plasma torch. The prereduced Luda ilmenite was melted satisfactorily in plasmafurnace to produce Ti enriched slag containing 90-98% TiO_2. 相似文献

本文研究了V,Ti的碳氮化物在高碳钢中的析出特征。结果表明,PD_3钢在奥氏体区热机械处理时析出相为(Ti,V)CN;增大变形量或降低变形温度使(Ti,V)CN析出颗粒的平均尺寸变小,反之变大;在920℃下(Ti,V)CN颗粒长大过程受界面反应过程所控制。 相似文献
