A study was made of the effect of wheat bran contained by the antisclerotic diet on lipid metabolism in patients with chronic coronary heart disease. Eighty-two patients (males) aged 36-59 years with a history of myocardial infarction of 1- to 15 year-standing were entered into the study. It was ascertained that inclusion into the antisclerotic diet of wheat bran in an amount of 70-80 g does not exert any hypolipidemic action. No elevation of the serum alpha-cholesterol content was noticed either. The augmentation of the cholic acid concentration together with a reduction in the cholesterol content in the hepatic bile attests to its reduced lithogenicity. 相似文献

Conclusion Carbonitriding at 700°C in a mixture of 70–30% of ammonia and 30–70% of endogas (or natural gas) is recommended for the production of a diffusion layer with a good set of operational properties (for example, with high wear resistance).Moreover, the use of a gaseous atmosphere based on commercial nitrogen (50–90%) with ammonia, natural-gas, oxygen, or carbon dioxide additives is promising for carbonitriding at 700°C. Here, this medium should not contain more 0.5–1.0% of O2 and 3% of CO2. Nanopowders of LaGaO3- and LaMnO3-based complex perovskites (P) and ceria-based fluorites (F) were prepared by mechanosynthesis. Compatible nanocomposites F + P and P + P with mixed ion and electron conducting (MIEC) properties were prepared and sintered at moderate temperatures up to dense ceramics. The obtained materials were studied by means of XRD, SEM, TEM, electrical conductivity measurements, temperature programmed (TP) reduction/oxidation and preliminary estimations of permeability were obtained. A new strategy based on the advantages of the mechanochemical ceramic approach is proposed to design multilayer ceramic membranes for CMR. Casting technology and one-step sintering were used for the production of thin film membranes with MIEC properties on porous substrates. The coarse fraction of as-milled powders from agglomerates with density 70% was used for the porous substrate, and fine fractions of aggregates with sizes <1 μm were used in preparation of composites for thin dense films. The material of a shell structure subjected to 20-year use under ambient conditions has been studied. The structure and mechanical characteristics of a strain-hardened AMg6 alloy, as well as the effect of subsequent holdings of this alloy for 10–3000 h at temperatures of 50, 70, 80, 100, 130, 150, 180, and 220°C, on changes in its dislocation structure and mechanical characteristics have been investigated. It has been shown that, in the structures under study, the AMg6 alloy has a cellular structure with a high density of dislocations and the ultimate strength σu = 445.5 ± 2.5 MPa, the proof stress σ0.2 = 326.5 ± 3.5 MPa, and the relative elongation δ = 11.7 ± 0.5%. Polygonization in the alloy occurs at a temperature of 220°C and the initial stage of the recovery process corresponds to a temperature range of 50–100°С in which the softening process can be divided into two stages, i.e., stage (1) of active softening due to the interaction of point defects with each other and stage (2) of the stabilization of the characteristics of the alloy. 相似文献

Asymptomatic hyperuricemia was recognized in 344 patients with obesity. The use of low-calorie diets led to a reduction in the body weight and made purine metabolism more normal. The correcting effect was most remarkable with the use of low-caloric diets with a low purine content. Inasmuch hyperuricemia of long standing plays an important role in the development of podarga, atherosclerosis, it is recommended that obese patients should be treated with the diets with a low content of food purines. 相似文献
