The procedure for calculating the life of header – steam generator connector weld joints is proposed. High-temperature strength characteristics of rolled sheet, welded joints, and weld metal of niobium alloy 5VMTs of the system Nb-W-Mo-Zr at 1520–2020 K and stresses comprising 0.4–1.0 of the material ultimate strength are given. It is shown that welded joints and cast weld metal under high-temperature prolonged loading conditions are the same as the basic metal, and in a number of cases they surpass it in high-temperature strength characteristics. Elemental depth profiles of PZT films prepared by two sol–gel formulations, differing in the zirconium precursor stabilization, were investigated by SIMS analysis. Early decomposition of the zirconium precursor yielded opposing gradients of zirconium and titanium, while simultaneous late decomposition of zirconium and titanium precursors provided profile uniformity. The gradients formed during initial crystallization are irreversible. Both types of films showed excellent hysteresis; however, uniform films exhibited a much higher dielectric constant, indicating superior piezoelectric properties. Non-uniform films displayed a complex CV pattern, consistent with an inhomogeneous structure. Finally, thermal decomposition of the individual metal precursors is crucial for controlling film uniformity.  相似文献

A statistical learning model is considered within the framework of the theory of uniform convergence of frequencies of errors in the case where the convergence is violated as a result of increasing the informativeness of training examples. Drawbacks of nonconstructive refinements of Vapnik-Chervonenkis estimates based on an assumption on the distribution law of violations are shown. The authors consider current problems of the modern theory of dynamic systems on manifolds, which are actively developing. A brief review of such trends in the theory of dynamic systems is given. The results of the algebra of dual numbers, quaternionic algebras, biquaternions (dual quaternions), and their application to the analysis of infinitesimal neighborhoods and infinitesimal deformations of manifolds (schemes) are presented. The theory of differential–algebraic equations over the field of real numbers and their dynamics, as well as elements of trajectory optimization of respective dynamic systems, are outlined. On the basis of connection in bundles, the theory of differential–algebraic equations is extended to algebraic manifolds and schemes over arbitrary fields and schemes, respectively.  相似文献

Large-sin parts are usually produced from steels with high hardenability. Intermediate-carbon improved chromium-nickel steels containing 1–3% Ni are used successfully for this purpose in Ukraine and in foreign countries. However, nickel is an expensive and scarce alloying element. The present work is devoted to steels with different compositions with the aim of choosing the most suitable one for large-size parts. The effect of alloying elements on the hardenability and mechanical properties of steels is investigated. Movement data (trajectories of moving agents) are hard to visualize: numerous intersections and overlapping between trajectories make the display heavily cluttered and illegible. It is necessary to use appropriate data abstraction methods. We suggest a method for spatial generalization and aggregation of movement data, which transforms trajectories into aggregate flows between areas. It is assumed that no predefined areas are given. We have devised a special method for partitioning the underlying territory into appropriate areas. The method is based on extracting significant points from the trajectories. The resulting abstraction conveys essential characteristics of the movement. The degree of abstraction can be controlled through the parameters of the method. We introduce local and global numeric measures of the quality of the generalization, and suggest an approach to improve the quality in selected parts of the territory where this is deemed necessary. The suggested method can be used in interactive visual exploration of movement data and for creating legible flow maps for presentation purposes.  相似文献
