印度新建合资铜粉加工厂

据有关人士透露，Mahindra集团与GKN公司合资在印度Ahmednagar新建了一家年产量超过2000t的雾化铜粉加工厂。该厂由Mahindra Sintered Products (MSP) 有限公司经营，采用德国Micro Met公司的加工技术。MSP公司粉末冶金制品将消耗铜粉600t~ 700t。据Micro Met公司总经理Claus Heitmann称：“我们目前正在策划如何开拓新厂的产品市场，先进的加工技术以及印度的优惠价格为我们带来竞争机遇”。Micro Met公司企望在韩国、日本和台湾增大其铜粉市场份额，并计划2002年销售约1000t的新产铜粉。 印度新建合资铜粉加工厂@钟培全…

The Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of the Sodium Salt and Copper (II) Complex of N-[(Trimethylamineboryl)-Carbonyl]-L-Phenylalanine Methyl Ester

Sodium N-[(trimethylamineboryl)-carbonyl]-L-phenylalanine 2 and {N-[(trimethylamineboryl)-carbonyl]-L-phenylalanyl- carbxylato}-bis-{N-[(trimethylaminebryl)-carbonyl]-L-phenylalanine} dicopper (II) 3 were successfully synthesized. The agents blocked L(1210) leukemic cell DNA and RNA syntheses by inhibiting multiple enzyme activities for nucleic acid synthesis, e.g. PRPP amido transferase, IMP dehydrogenase, DNA polymerase alpha, thymidine kinase, and TMP kinase. The copper (II) complex 3 demonstrated improved ability to inhibit L(1210) partially purified DNA topoisomerase II compared to the parent compound while the sodium salt was inactive at 100 muM.     

Effects of experimental endogenous hyperlipemia on circulating leukocytes and erythrocytes

Effects of hyperlipemia on circulating leukocytes and erythrocytes were studied in dogs which were given repeated, intravenous injections of a nonionic detergent, Triton WR-1339. Erythrocyte lipid concentrations increased from 3.6±0.9 mg/10¹⁰ cells in control animals to 9.3±1.5 mg in the hyperlipemic group. This increase was accompanied by a shift in the distribution of total fatty acids toward a higher percentage of saturated and monounsaturated acids. In contrast to the changes observed in erythrocytes, the leukocyte lipid content remained unaltered in dogs with serum cholesterol levels ranging from 500 to more than 2,000 mg/100 ml. Leukocyte counts rose whereas hematocrit values, hemoglobin concentrations, and erythrocyte counts decreased. Oxygen utilization studies showed no significant metabolic differences between leukocytes which were isolated from hyperlipemic or control animals. Circulating leukocytes in dogs with an endogenously induced hyperlipemia were shown therefore to maintain normal lipid concentrations and did not participate in lipophage formation, as reported for certain diet-induced lipemias.

热等静压压制的低温控制阴极

研究人员运用热等静压技术压制出一种新型的低温控制阴极。尽管迄今为止，尚未研制出烧结态阴极．但这种热等静压压制的阴极却具有氧化物阴极和分配器阴极的优点。其制备方法是：将Ni粉和Ba-Sr-Ca碳酸盐(发射体)粉料经混合、压制，随后于玻壳中真空密封．最后在1373 K和130 MPa条件下进行热等静压处理。在阴极射线管内．碳酸盐发射体受热转化成氧化物。
