Synthesizing optimization algorithms for scheduling partially ordered set of problems

We consider the issues of optimal algorithms synthesis in the scheduling theory from a set of heuristic algorithms with low computational complexity. Optimal algorithm is derived which includes no more than seven tasks with identical duration of operations.

Films based on the phases in the Si-C-N System: Part 1. Synthesis and characterization of bis(trimethylsilyl)ethylamine as a precursor

The characterization of bis(trimethylsilyl)ethylamine was carried out using a combination of IR, UV, ¹H, ¹³C, ²⁹Si, and ¹⁵N NMR spectroscopy, as well as elemental analysis. The spectral characteristics of the compound were determined. The temperature dependence of the saturated vapor pressure was established by tensimetric studies, and the thermodynamic characteristics of vaporization were calculated. Thermodynamic simulation of the chemical vapor deposition was performed and was used as a basis for predicting the composition of the deposited phase complexes depending on the type of reagent and the process conditions.     

Growth of lamellar pearlite in the weld zone between dissimilar steels

Transmission electron microscopy is used to study the welds between high-carbon pearlitic and chromium–nickel austenitic steel workpieces performed by flash butt welding. It has been established that lamellar pearlite colonies alloyed with chromium and nickel are formed in the weld zones between dissimilar steels. Thin austenite interlayers have been detected in the center of ferrite plates. The structure formed presents the C–F–A–F–C–F–A–F (and so on) sequence of three plate-shaped phases. The ferrite–cementite structure in alloyed-pearlite colonies is finer than that in unalloyed pearlite.     

Effect of Air Oxidation on the Thermophysical Properties of a Zirconium Alloy

The results of an experimental study of the effect of air oxidation on the temperature dependence of the heat capacity and normal spectral emissivity (for the wavelength of 0.65 m) of the zirconium alloy E635 (1.3 mass% Sn, 0.3 mass% Fe, 1 mass% Nb) are presented. The subsecond resistive pulse heating technique has been used. The samples were heated in ambient air by single and multiple cyclic pulses.     

Et3GeN(SiMe3)2 and Et3SnN(SiMe3)2: New precursors for chemical vapor deposition processes

We have synthesized the germanium- and tin-containing organosilicon compounds Et₃GeN(SiMe₃)₂ and Et₃SnN(SiMe₃)₂ as new precursors for the preparation of materials by chemical vapor deposition. The compounds were characterized by NMR, IR and UV spectroscopies and thermal analysis. Using vapor pressure measurements, we obtained temperature dependences of their saturated vapor pressure. We assessed their thermal stability and calculated the thermodynamic characteristics of vaporization of the organosilicon compounds.
