Effect of thiourea on corrosion resistance of aluminum in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution is experimentally investigated. Results show that the addition of thiourea inhibits the sulfuric acid corrosion of aluminum. The inhibition efficiency can be enhanced with an increase in thiourea concentration. It is found that Rp values increases and C dl values decreases with increasing inhibitor concentration. The inhibition happens through adsorption of thiourea on the metal surface without modifying the mechanism of corrosion process. Inhibition efficiency obtained from all methods is in good agreement. The adsorption of inhibitor on aluminum surface from 0.5 M H2SO4 acid solution obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm.

The effect of thiourea on electrochemical corrosion behavior of mild steel was investigated in 0.5M HCl solution at room temperature by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (AC Impedance) and Tafel polarization (DC Polarization) methods. The results show that thiourea act as mixed type inhibitor. The inhibition efficiency obtained from AC Impedance and DC polarization methods are in good agreement. The Nyquist plots show that the corrosion behavior of mild steel in 0.5M HCl solution in the absence and in the presence of thiourea, consist a simple capacitive loop. Changes in impedance parameters (Rct and Cdl) are indicative of adsorption of thiourea on the metal surface, leading to the formation of protective film. Thiourea is found to adsorb on mild steel surface steel in 0.5M HCl solution, according to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

A fractional‐order PID controller is a generalization of a standard PID controller using fractional calculus. Compared with the standard PID controller, two adjustable variables, “differential order” and “integral order”, are added to the PID controller. Fractional‐order PID is more flexible, has better responses, and the precise adjustment closed‐loop system stability region is larger than that of a classic PID controller. But the design and stability analysis is more complicated than for the PID controller. Therefore, the optimal setting of parameters is very important. A firefly algorithm in standard mode has only local optimization and accuracy is low. In order to fix this flaw an improved chaotic algorithm firefly is proposed for a design controller FOPID. To evaluate the performance of the proposed controller, it has been used in the control of a CSTR system with a variety of fitness functions. Simulations confirm the optimal performance of the proposed controller.  相似文献

The effects of l-lactide dimer as additives on the crystallization behavior of poly(l-lactide) (PLLA) films were studied. Hence, neat PLLA films and PLLA containing l-lactide (5 % w/w) (PLLA/La) were prepared in dichloromethane at room temperature via solution casting. The non-isothermal cold crystallization of PLLA films were studied using differential scanning calorimetry at various heating rates including 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 °C/min. However, the X C% was increased for PLLA/La films in comparison with neat PLLA films. The crystallization kinetics was then analyzed by the Avrami, Jeziorny, Ozawa and Mo kinetic models. It is found that all the kinetic models were established to describe the experimental data fairly well except the Ozawa model. The values of t 1/2, Z C and F(T) indicated that the crystallization rate increased with increase in heating rates for PLLA and PLLA/La films. However, l-lactide dimer incorporated in PLLA films accelerates the crystallization process of PLLA at the high heating rate. The nucleation constant (K g) and the surface free energy (σ e) based on Lauritzen–Hoffman theory indicated that these parameters for PLLA/La films is lower than neat PLLA.  相似文献

Time plays a crucial role in access control for new computing environments, which is not supported in traditional access control models. In this paper, we propose a Generalized Temporal History Based Access Control (GTHBAC) model, aimed at integrating history-based constraints along with a generic access control model. GTHBAC enhances the specification of user-defined authorization rules by constraining time interval and temporal expression over users’ history of accesses. Due to different application needs, GTHBAC uses two different time schemes, i.e., real time and logical time, in its authorization rules. A formal semantics for temporal authorizations is provided, and conflicting situations are also investigated and resolved in the model. To represent the applicability of the proposed model, an architecture for an access control system based on the model is proposed, and a case of employing the model in specifying and enforcing access control policies in a banking system is studied. The operators of GTHBAC are also compared with Linear Time Temporal Logic (LTL) operators to show the expressive power of the model.  相似文献
