A nanocrystalline coating of K38G alloy was obtained by means of magnetron sputtering. The corrosion behavior of cast K38G alloy and its sputtered nanocrystalline coating with a solid NaCl deposit in dry air or wet oxygen at 600 and 700°C have been studied and compared. The results indicated that the mass gain of the coating is higher than that of the cast alloy at 600 and 700°C. Therefore, nanocrystallization reduced the corrosion resistance at these temperatures. Furthermore, the mass gains of the coating and the cast alloy with a NaCl deposit in wet oxygen were less than that with a NaCl deposit in dry air. The relevant corrosion mechanisms are discussed. 相似文献

研究了不同时效工艺对Cu-Zn-Cr合金的力学性能、电学性能及其显微组织的影响。结果表明:固溶-冷变形后合金的时效过程由过饱和固溶体的析出过程和基体的再结晶两个过程控制;合金高强度主要来源于加工硬化和第二相铬粒子的析出强化,合金的高导电性则主要来源于贫化后成份接近于铜锌固溶体的基体。 相似文献

The corrosion behavior of Ti6Al4V alloy with solid NaCl deposit and water vapor at 450 °C has been investigated. Serious corrosion occurred. In order to improve the corrosion resistance, TiAlN and enamel coatings were prepared, and their effectiveness and corrosion resistance were evaluated. The results indicated that both coatings were effective in protecting the alloy against corrosion induced by NaCl deposit and water vapor at 450 °C. Amorphous SiO2 thin films were deposited on Ti6Al4V alloy by sol-gel processing. Isothermal and cyclic oxidation tests of the coated and uncoated specimens were performed at 700 and 800 °C. The SiO2 film exhibited beneficial effects on the oxidation resistance of the alloy. Titania scales formed on the uncoated specimens, and severe spallation and stratification of the scales were observed. The oxidation rates of the silica coated specimens were decreased significantly. The silica film shrunk to about a quarter in thickness, probably by mechanism of crystallization of silica and evaporation of the organic additments. The oxide scales formed on the coated specimens were multilayered. Beneath the silica film, formation of a thick rutile titania layer followed by a thin alumina layer occurred. Above the silica film, alumina plus minor titania layer formed. It is deduced therefore that the growth of the multilayered and mixed oxide scales was dominated by both outward diffusion of metal and inward diffusion of oxygen. 相似文献

Recently, cooperative communication mechanism is shown to be a promising technology to improve the transmit diversity only by a single transceiver antenna. Using this communication paradigm, multiple source nodes are able to coordinate their transmissions so as to obtain energy savings. As data aggregation is one of the most important operations in wireless sensor networks, this paper studies the energy-efficient data aggregation problem through cooperative communication. We first define the cooperative data aggregation (CDA) problem, and formally prove that this problem is NP-Hard. Due to the difficult nature of this problem, we propose a heuristic algorithm MCT for cooperative data aggregation. The theoretical analysis shows that this algorithm can reach the approximate performance ratio of 2. Moreover, the distributed implementation DMCT of the algorithm is also described. We prove that both centralized and distributed algorithms can construct the same topology for cooperative data aggregation. The experimental simulations show that the proposed algorithms will decrease the power consumption by about 12.5% and 66.3% compared with PEDAP and PEGASIS algorithms respectively. 相似文献
