研究了FeCl_3溶液浸取复杂含金硫化精矿中有价金属Cu,Ag,Pb和Zh的过程,考察了主要过程参量对浸取速率的影响.实验数据用非线性回归方法处理,给出动力学模型,说明精矿中Cu的溶解过程由表面化学反应控制,其速率是Fe~(3+)的0.5级和Cl~(-)的零级反应.实验条件下Cu,Ag,Ph和Zn的最终浸取率分别达到96,95,90和91%,超过90%的Fe进入浸取液,总硫的70%以上转化为元素硫,而Au的浸取率则小于3%表明FeCl_3溶液浸取是含Au复杂硫化精矿预处理并回收有价金属的有潜力的方法  相似文献

The demands for improved fuel economy,performance and emissions continue to pose challenges for engine designers and the materials they choose. This is particularly true for modern diesel engines,where the primary path to achieving improved engine performance and emissions is to increase the Peak Firing Pressure in the combustion chamber. The resulting increase in thermal and mechanical loading has required a change from conventional grey cast iron to Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) in order to satisfy durability requirements without increasing the size or the weight of the engines. With at least 75% higher tensile strength,45% higher stiffness and approximately double the fatigue strength of conventional grey cast iron,CGI satisfies durability requirements and also provides the dimensional stability required to meet emissions legislation throughout the life of the engine.Currently,there are no CGI diesel engines running on the roads in North America. This is set to change considerably as new commercial vehicle and pick-up SUV diesel engines are launched with CGI cylinder blocks in 2008 and 2009. These initial programs will provide over 2 million CGI diesel engines when ramped to mature volume,potentially accounting for 10%-15% of the North American passenger vehicle fleet within the next four years.  相似文献

Superposition coded symmetric relaying is a bandwidth-efficient cooperative scheme where each source node simultaneously transmits both its own "local" packet and "relay" packet that originated at its partner by adding the modulated local and relay signals in Euclidean space. This paper investigates the power allocation and outage probability of a superposition coded symmetric relaying system with finite-constellation signaling. We first derive the mutual information (MI) metrics for the system. The derived MI metrics consist of two parts: one represents the MI conveyed by the modulated signal corresponding to its own data, and the other represents the MI conveyed by the modulated signal corresponding to its partner’s data. Using MI based effective signal-to-noise ratio mapping technique, we attain expressions for the outage probability. Furthermore, we discuss power allocation policies that minimize the outage probability. Simulation results are presented to verify the correctness of the outage probability analysis and the benefits of the power allocation.  相似文献

The prediction of birefringence developed in injection moldings is very important in order to satisfy required specification of molded products. A novel approach for the numerical simulation of the flow-induced crystallization and frozen-in birefringence in moldings of semicrystalline polymers was proposed. The approach was based on the calculation of elastic recovery that becomes frozen when the flow-induced crystallization occurred. The flow effect on the equilibrium melting temperature elevation due to the entropy reduction between the oriented and unoriented melts was incorporated to model crystallization. To find the entropy reduction and the frozen-in elastic recovery during crystallization, a non-linear viscoelastic constitutive equation was used. From the ultimate elastic recovery the crystalline orientation function was calculated. The crystalline and amorphous contributions to the overall birefringence were obtained from the crystalline orientation function and the flow birefringence, respectively. The birefringence profiles were measured and predicted in moldings of polypropylenes of different molecular weights obtained at various melt temperatures, injection speeds, holding times and mold temperatures. The resulting predictions were in fair agreement with corresponding experimental data.  相似文献

A novel approach to predict anisotropic shrinkage of semicrystalline polymers in injection moldings was proposed using flow‐induced crystallization, frozen‐in molecular orientation, elastic recovery, and PVT equation of state. The anisotropic thermal expansion and compressibility affected by the frozen‐in orientation function and the elastic recovery that was not frozen during moldings were introduced to obtain the in‐plane anisotropic shrinkages. The frozen‐in orientation function was calculated from amorphous and crystalline contributions. The amorphous contribution was based on the frozen‐in and intrinsic amorphous birefringence, whereas the crystalline contribution was based on the crystalline orientation function, which was determined from the elastic recovery and intrinsic crystalline birefringence. To model the elastic recovery and frozen‐in stresses related to birefringence during molding process, a nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation was used with temperature‐ and crystallinity‐dependent viscosity and relaxation time. Occurrence of the flow‐induced crystallization was introduced through the elevation of melting temperature affected by entropy production during flow of the viscoelastic melt. Kinetics of the crystallization was modeled using Nakamura and Hoffman‐Lauritzen equations with the rate constant affected by the elevated melting temperature. Numerous injection molding runs on polypropylene of various molecular weights were carried out by varying the packing time, flow rate, melt temperature, and mold temperature. The anisotropic shrinkage of the moldings was measured. Comparison of the experimental and simulated results indicated a good predictive capability of the proposed approach. POLYM. ENG. 本文利用 CaCl-SrCl_2相图中,固相有一个溶解间断区(miscibility gap)的信息,用亚正规溶液模型计算了该二元系液相和固相的 Gibbs 自由能.运用 Toop方程的变通式即最近 Hillert.M.提出的新的非对称方法,由组成 NaCl-CaCl_2-SrCl_2三元系的二元系热力学性质预示了该三元系液相的 Gibbs 自由能,进而用计算机计算了三元液相中各组元的偏克分子 Gibbs 自由能和活度系数.由三元液相中组元 NaCl,CaCl_2和 SrCl_2的过剩偏克分子 Gibbs 自由能,根据相平衡原理,用计算机计算了该三元系的相图.计算结果对于钠电解的实践和盐湖资源的综合利用有实际意义.亚正规溶液模型和新的非对称方法可望适合于计算一系列有潜在重要性的电荷不对称熔盐体系的相图.如对 Na,Ti,Mg,Ce 电解及熔融氯化脱水制取无水氯化镁有实际意义的 NaCl-CaCl_2-BaCl_2,NaCl-SrCl_2-BaCl_2,NaCl-CaCl_2-MgCl_2,KCl-CaCl_2-MgCl_2,KCl-NaCl-CeCl_3等三元相图.  相似文献
