A liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed to determine clarithromycin in human plasma. The linearity was obtained in the range of 10~5 000 ng/mL in plasma and the limit of quantification was 10 ng/mL. The intra and inter-day precision (RSD) were less than 2.9% and 9.2%, respectively. Accuracy(relative error)was with in 3.2%. The method was proved to be convenient, rapid and accurate enough to be applied to the pharmacokinetic studies of clarithromycin in human plasma. 相似文献

Fumonisin B1 in maize was determined by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry. The analysis was extracted from maize samples by acetonitrile-water-acetic acid 49:50:1(V/V/V). Raw extracts were evaporated to dryness and dissolved with mobile phase, chromatographyed on a C18 column, and detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization source. The method has a limit of quantification of 10 µg•kg-1 in maize samples. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 1-500 µg•L-1. The mean recovery ranges from 94 % to 104 %, and the relative standard derivations are lower than 9%. The method is sensitive and specific to be applied for determination of fumonisin B1 in maize samples. 相似文献

为检测食品中的丙烯酰胺,建立了饼干、面包、油条、薯片、咖啡多种食品中丙烯酰胺的测定方法。试样经水溶液振荡提取,硅藻土柱净化,采用HPLCMSMS和同位素稀释定量技术,以选择反应监测(SRM)方式测定目标化合物。方法的检出限和定量限分别为4μgkg和12μgkg,线性范围10~3000μgL,不同食品基质的不同加标水平(20~2000μgkg)的回收率为90%~105%,RSD<10%。本方法定量准确、可靠,适用于食品中丙烯酰胺的测定。 相似文献

目的建立液相色谱-串联质谱法检测蜂蜜中氯霉素残留量的方法。方法试样前处理采用液液萃取,以甲醇 水(71 29体积分数)为流动相,用Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18柱进行分离,以氘代氯霉素作为内标,采用负离子方式,液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法进行测定。结果平均回收率为93.0%-98.2%,相对标准偏差小于8%。采用空白蜂蜜基质制作校正曲线,蜂蜜中氯霉素检测的线性范围为0.01-1.00μg/kg,定量检测下限为0.01μg/kg。结论方法灵敏、准确、快速,能满足蜂蜜中氯霉素的监督检测。 相似文献
