Studies on the Fingerprint of Yubaizhi by High-Performance Liquid Chromato Graphy

The investigation of fingerprint of Yubaizhi was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Chromatographic conditions were:the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-water(43:57,v/v);the flow rate was 1 mL/min;the column temperature was 40 ℃;the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The stability,precision and reproducibility were performed according to "Specification of Fingerprint of Injection of Chinese Traditional Medicine(temporarily)" regulated by State Food and Drug Administration(SFDA).The HPLC fingerprints of Yubaizhi from various locations were well constant.     

阿伐那非片原研与仿制药的溶出度测定的UV方法学研究

目的：比较阿伐那非片在5种不同介质中的溶出度，建立阿伐那非片的溶出度测定方法。方法：按照溶出度与释放度测定法(中国药典2020年版通则0931第二法(浆法))测定，照紫外-可见分光光度法(UV)进行检测，检测波长310 nm,选用溶出介质为pH值=1.2的氯化钠盐酸溶液，溶出体积900 mL,转速为50 r·min^-1,分别在5,10,15,20,30 min取样。结果：100,200 mg规格在15 min内溶出度均在85%以上；线性范围为4.43～26.57μg/mL,相关系数r为0.999 9,截距百分比为0.04%,线性关系良好；平均回收率分别为100.20%(RSD=0.09%)、100.48%(RSD=0.17%)。结论：建立的溶出度测定方法适用于阿伐那非片溶出曲线的评估，可用于该产品的质量控制。     

Preparation and Characterization of β-Cyclodextrin Derivatized Ovalbumin Used as Chiral Selector in Pressure Capillary Electrochromatography

Synthesis and properties of β-cyclodextrin derivatized ovalbumin used as chiral selector were investigated. β-cyclodextrin derivatized ovalbumin was synthesized using β-cyclodextrin and ovalbumin in the presence of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether in boric acid buffer at pH value 8.7 at 37 ℃. Amino group was coated on the internal surface of the silica capillary by sol-gel technology with triethoxylmethylsiloxane and (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysiloxane. Covalent binding of β-cyclodextrin derivatized ovalbumin was performed by glutaraldehyde. Enantiomers of chlorpheniramine, phenylalanine and atropine were separated by pressure capillary electrochromatography column coated with β-cyclodextrin derivatized ovalbumin.

中空纤维膜超滤技术在百蕊草水提液中的研究

研究了聚偏氟(PVDF)及聚砜(PS)中空纤维膜在百蕊草提取液初分离过程中的应用.在超滤过程中,从温度、操作压力、预处理方法及膜清洗方法等因素对膜通量的影响进行了考察,并与传统的醇沉方法相比较,以提取物得率和总黄酮含量两个指标进行评价.结果表明,超滤可以有效地除去蛋白等大分子物质和富集有效物质,使用中空纤维膜超滤技术在百蕊草的分离中是可行的.     

小鼠脂肪细胞糖尿病药物筛选模型的优化及应用

糖尿病已经成为世界范围内危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,对糖尿病的研究和治疗具有重要意义,本文首先建立并优化小鼠脂肪细胞糖尿病药物筛选模型,然后使用临床抗糖尿病药物对该模型进行考察,并对海糖平(H)和杉糖平(S)两种降糖新药进行了筛选.通过Western-blot法检测GLUT4(葡萄糖转运蛋白4)以确定药物的药效.结果表明,用临床抗糖尿病药物考察模型能客观反映该药物药效.在此模型上,对杉糖平和海糖平的各个馏分进行初步筛选,发现两种药物的一些有效成分.
