Novel organic/ultrathin low work function metal bilayer cathode buffers for small molecule organic solar cells are proposed. Ultrathin low work function metal layers possess a high built-in electric field for effective carrier extraction and a high cathode reflectivity for maximum absorption in the photoactive layers. This leads to a significant increase of short circuit current density and fill factor of cells. By integrating this bilayer cathode buffer with DTDCTB:C60 small molecular heterojunction, the device exhibits a high power conversion efficiency of up to 5.28%, which is an improvement of 22% compared to a device with a traditional single organic layer buffer. 相似文献

The structural and electronic/optical properties of pure and Ag-N-codoped (8,0) ZnO nanotubes have been studied using first-principles calculations in the framework of the local spin density approximation. The configurations for Zn atoms replaced by Ag atoms are p-type semiconductor materials, and the bandgap increases when N atoms are doped into ZnO nanotube configurations. The optical studies based on dielectric function and reflectivity indicate that new transition peaks in the visible light range are observed, which can be ascribed to the Ag and N doping. Furthermore, there is a red shift observed with the increase of N concentration. 相似文献

Numerous vibration-based techniques are rarely used in diesel engines fault diagnosis in a direct way, due to the surface vibration signals of diesel engines with the complex non-stationary and nonlinear time-varying features. To investigate the fault diagnosis of diesel engines,fractal correlation dimension, wavelet energy and entropy as features reflecting the diesel engine fault fractal and energy characteristics are extracted from the decomposed signals through analyzing vibration acceleration signals derived from the cylinder head in seven different states of valve train. An intelligent fault detector FastICA-SVM is applied for diesel engine fault diagnosis and classification.The results demonstrate that FastICA-SVM achieves higher classification accuracy and makes better generalization performance in small samples recognition. Besides,the fractal correlation dimension and wavelet energy and entropy as the special features of diesel engine vibration signal are considered as input vectors of classifier Fast ICASVM and could produce the excellent classification results.The proposed methodology improves the accuracy of feature extraction and the fault diagnosis of diesel engines. 相似文献

A simple and efficient fingerprint analysis method was developed and validated for the quality consistency control and authentication of Deepure instant pu-erh tea within different manufacturers using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with chemometrics. To compare the HPLC fingerprint chromatograms between batches, varieties and manufacturers, the correlation coefficients of similarities of 60 samples and the relative peak areas of 11 characteristic compounds were calculated. Different pattern recognition procedures, including hierarchical cluster analysis, principal component analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis, were then applied to classify the instant pu-erh tea samples according to their variety and manufacturer. Results showed that the developed method has potential application for the quality consistency evaluation and discrimination of instant pu-erh tea samples from similar products. 相似文献

Cepstral normalization has widely been used as a powerful approach to produce robust features for speech recognition. Good examples of this approach include cepstral mean subtraction, and cepstral mean and variance normalization, in which either the first or both the first and the second moments of the Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) are normalized. In this paper, we propose the family of higher order cepstral moment normalization, in which the MFCC parameters are normalized with respect to a few moments of orders higher than 1 or 2. The basic idea is that the higher order moments are more dominated by samples with larger values, which are very likely the primary sources of the asymmetry and abnormal flatness or tail size of the parameter distributions. Normalization with respect to these moments therefore puts more emphasis on these signal components and constrains the distributions to be more symmetric with more reasonable flatness and tail size. The fundamental principles behind this approach are also analyzed and discussed based on the statistical properties of the distributions of the MFCC parameters. Experimental results based on the AURORA 2, AURORA 3, AURORA 4, and Resource Management (RM) testing environments show that with the proposed approach, recognition accuracy can be significantly and consistently improved for all types of noise and all SNR conditions. 相似文献
