铝表面改性SiOx薄膜力学性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用常压化学气相沉积(APCVD)技术在铝基底上成功制备了改性SiOx陶瓷薄膜.通过显微硬度测试与涂层附着力自动划痕测试定量研究了薄膜显微硬度和膜基结合强度,利用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了薄膜的原始表面以及压痕、划痕形貌.结果表明,SiOx膜层由大小不均匀的等轴状颗粒团聚堆垛而成,退火处理时长大或融合成片状;SiOx薄膜有效提高纯铝表面的硬度,并能通过SiOx薄膜变形以松弛表层应力,抑制脆性裂纹产生;划痕测试证明基底和薄膜具有很高的结合强度,薄膜与基底发生塑性变形而不剥离.  相似文献

Rectification of legibility distance in a driving simulator   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Visual differences lead to differences in the legibility distances of traffic signs between driving simulators and real road environments. To ensure that the legibility distance in a simulator is similar to that in the real world, this study proposes a theoretical equation for predicting legibility distance and a simple algorithm for determining the magnifying power of a traffic sign for a display system in a simulator. Experiments of traffic sign recognition using a simulator were conducted under quasi-static and dynamic driving conditions. On-road tests were also carried out under quasi-static and dynamic driving conditions. Thirty healthy and non-disabled volunteers were recruited. The experimental results showed that the proposed theoretical equation for predicting legibility distance and the simple algorithm for determining the magnifying power of traffic signs reduced the difference in legibility distances between the simulator and real road environment under quasi-static and dynamic driving conditions.  相似文献

In Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) system, the number of positive channel matrix eigenvalues ~s directly related to system performance. In order to characterize and model channel matrix eigenvalues, channel measurements at 6. 0 -6. 4GHz by using 4 ~ 4 MIMO structure were conducted in a typical classroom environment. Based on measured data, the eigenvalues were modeled as Log-Normal distributed random variables and parameterized. Furthermore, Cross-Correlation (CC) coefficients of eigenvalues were estimated. The measurement results show that, under both Light-Of-Sight (LOS) and Non- Light-Of-Sight (NLOS) scenarios, eigenvalues are highly de-correlatod so that CC can be ignored for eigenvalue model.  相似文献

The 17?-estradiol-imprinted polymers using non-covalent approach with methacrylic acid as the functional monomer was prepared and characterized. The effect of porogenic solvents on the adsorption capacity and thermal stability of the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were examined. Scanning electron microscopic images showed that the synthesized MIPs were bulk porous materials. The surface areas of MIPs increased from 151?C188 to 239?C292?m2?g-1 when templates were removed by methanol using Soxhlet extraction. In addition, the MIPs prepared in chloroform had a higher adsorption capacity towards 17?-estradiol (1,212???g?g-1) than that in acetonitrile (769???g?g-1), indicating that less polar porogenic solvent is suitable for synthesis of non-covalent MIPs. FTIR showed that the carbonyl group is the major functional group in MIPs to form monomer-template complex via H-bond. In addition, only a slight decrease (< 5?%) in adsorption capacity of the MIPs was observed when incubated at 80?°C for 5?h. Analysis of the capacity factor values (??imp??) for MIPs indicated that the rebinding ability from selective recognition sites of MIPs decreased in the order 17?-estradiol?>?testosterone?>?benzo[a]pyrene?>?progesterone?>?phenol, and the ??imp?? values decreased from 2.68 to 0.63, indicating the excellent selectivity of MIPs among closely related compounds. Results obtained in this study clearly indicate that the imprinted polymer is specific for recognizing 17?-estradiol. The excellent selectivity and high adsorption capacity of 17?-estradiol-imprinted polymers open the door to develop MIPs for effective separation and adsorption of estrogenic compounds.  相似文献

目的探究制定公司畅销产品大豆蛋白类食品35克素牛排的重量控制方案。方法研发人员通过查阅相关资料、采集生产与管理人员的意见、跟踪生产全程等手段获取实验方向,并通过小实验改变工艺条件和生产试验进一步验证工艺条件,探寻出了35克素牛排在生产过程中的重量变化规律、重量不稳定的主要原因及改进措施。结果 35克素牛排的单片重量与产品卤制工序呈影响极显著,与原材料重量、油炸工序差异显著。结论原材料控制在11克以上,油炸时间2分钟,最佳卤制时间10分钟,产品的单片重量合格率提高到90%以上。  相似文献

和传统的C/S模型相比,移动代理模型在数据融合方面更适合无线传感器网络.在基于移动代理的数据融合算法中,移动代理访问传感节点的顺序以及总数对算法的效率、网络寿命等有着重大影响.为此提出了一种基于数据融合的移动代理曲线动态路由算法设计方案.通过构造特定数据结构的数据报文和数据表,给出了目标节点基本信息收集算法获取目标节点到处理节点的最优路径;将移动代理路由归结为一个优化问题,由静态路由算法求出移动代理迁移的静态最优路由节点序列,进而获得了移动代理基于曲线的动态路由算法.理论分析和模拟实验表明,随着传感器网络规模的增大和传感数据量的增加,和其它算法相比,该算法有更小的网络耗能和延时.  相似文献

In this study, a two-dimensional continuous wavelet transform is applied to quantify the non-homogeneity from remote-sensing wave images. Our study shows that the non-homogeneity index, which is proposed here, is capable of identifying the degree of non-homogeneity from the wave-field images. However, the influence from the edges of the wave-field image should be considered in analysis. The calculated results from the simulated wave fields and from the natural wave-field images reveal that the non-homogeneity index is influenced by the bathymetry inside the area of the ocean-wave image. It conforms to the character of the natural wave non-homogeneity. After discussing the wave characteristics from the wave-field image with a high non-homogeneity index, an inhomogeneous algorithm is recommended for obtaining accurate and reasonable wave results from the wave image.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: This study compared the removal of aqueous Cr(VI) by multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) modified by sulfuric acid, titanium dioxide (TiO2) and composite of CNTs and TiO2. RESULTS: More than 360 h contact time was needed to completely adsorb 3 mg L?1 of Cr(VI) by CNTs, indicating that the rate of adsorption by CNTs alone was slow. The reaction time approaching equilibrium depended on the Cr(VI) concentration. XPS analysis of CNTs after adsorbing Cr(VI) showed that the Cr(VI) on the surface of CNTs was partially reduced to Cr(III). A 3 mg L?1 solution of Cr(VI) was fully photocatalyzed by commercial TiO2 (Degussa P25) in less than 0.5 h under UV irradiation. Unlike P25, reduction by another commercial TiO2 (Hombikat UV100) took 4 h and more than 2 h were necessary for reduction by the composite. Thus the efficiency of Cr(VI) photo‐reduction by the composite was lower than by TiO2, but higher than that by CNTs. XPS analysis of TiO2 and composite showed the existence of both Cr(VI) and Cr(III) on their surfaces. CONCLUSION: In contrast to TiO2, the reduction rate of aqueous Cr(VI) using CNTs as adsorbent was slow. P25 had a markedly higher photocatalytic efficiency than the composite or UV100 alone. Using P25 to reduce aqueous Cr(VI) has a higher potential for practical application. The diameters of TiO2 and CNTs and the ratio of TiO2/CNTs are key problems in the preparation of TiO2/CNTs composite. Copyright © 2011 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

Fracture toughness and fatigue crack growth data of four nodular cast irons with different pearlite fractions are studied. The influence of temperature on fracture toughness is also investigated. Fracture surfaces are observed using a scanning electron microscope to correlate fracture toughness with the fracture surface and to understand the mechanism of crack growth at different stress intensity factor ranges. It is shown that the upper shelf fracture toughness increases with pearlite fraction. The existence of nodular void regions on the fracture surface plays an important role in fracture toughness. The fatigue crack growth rate is less sensible to stress intensity factor range when pearlite fraction increases.  相似文献
