Good dielectric performance and broadband dielectric polarization in Ag,Nb co-doped TiO2

Due to the demand of miniaturization and integration for ceramic capacitors in electronic components market, TiO₂-based ceramics with colossal permittivity has become a research hotspot in recent years. In this work, we report that Ag⁺/Nb⁵⁺ co-doped (Ag_1/4Nb_3/4)_xTi_1−xO₂ (ANTOx) ceramics with colossal permittivity over a wide frequency and temperature range were successfully prepared by a traditional solid–state method. Notably, compositions of ANTO0.005 and ANTO0.01 respectively exhibit both low dielectric loss (0.040 and 0.050 at 1 kHz), high dielectric permittivity (9.2 × 10³ and 1.6 × 10⁴ at 1 kHz), and good thermal stability, which satisfy the requirements for the temperature range of application of X9R and X8R ceramic capacitors, respectively. The origin of the dielectric behavior was attributed to five dielectric relaxation phenomena, i.e., localized carriers' hopping, electron–pinned defect–dipoles, interfacial polarization, and oxygen vacancies ionization and diffusion, as suggested by dielectric temperature spectra and valence state analysis via XPS; wherein, electron-pinned defect–dipoles and internal barrier layer capacitance are believed to be the main causes for the giant dielectric permittivity in ANTOx ceramics.     

基于完全互补码波形的非零多普勒目标检测

本文将完全互补码(Complete Complementary Code, CCC)应用于多输入多输出(Multiple Input Multiple Output, MIMO)雷达目标探测中，针对具有非零多普勒的多目标检测问题，提出一种基于广义普洛黑-修-莫尔斯(Generalized Prouhet-Thue-Morse, GPTM)序列和二项式系数加权的信号处理方法。该方法分别在发射端和接收端进行处理，在发射端采用GPTM序列设计方法调整脉冲的发射顺序，以降低由多普勒引起的距离旁瓣；在接收端通过二项式设计(Binomial Design, BD)方法为各接收脉冲加上不同权重，扩大目标多普勒附近的清洁区。为综合上述两次处理的优势，将两次处理得到的距离多普勒谱进行逐点最小化处理，得到最终的距离多普勒谱，然后进行有序恒虚警检测。仿真结果表明，本文所提的信号处理方法具有良好的旁瓣抑制效果和多普勒分辨率，能够有效检测出非零多普勒目标。     

温度对变压器绝缘缺陷影响规律的分析及验证

本文中作者研究了温度对油浸式变压器绝缘纸老化水平的影响,开展了频域介电谱测试得出不同的试验温度下绝缘纸的电导率频域谱.推导了温度、电导率和相对介电常数之间的作用情况,并进行实例验证.     

基于形态特征提取的急性下壁心肌梗死BiLSTM网络辅助诊断算法

急性下壁心肌梗死是一种病发急、进展快、致死率高的心脏疾病,该文提出一种新颖的基于形态特征提取的BiLSTM神经网络分类的急性下壁心肌梗死辅助诊断算法,可大幅度提高医生对急性下壁心肌梗死疾病的诊断效率并有助于及时确诊.算法包括:对胸痛中心数据库心拍信号进行降噪及心拍分割;根据临床心内科医学诊断指南提取了12导联波形距离特征和分导联波形幅值特征;依据提取的特征搭建LSTM与BiLSTM神经网络进行心拍的分类识别;使用PTB公开数据库和胸痛中心数据库多临床中心进行交叉验证.实验结果表明,加入胸痛中心真实临床数据后,基于形态特征提取BiLSTM神经网络的急性下壁心肌梗死辅助诊断算法准确率达到99.72％,精度达到99.53％,灵敏度达到100.00％,同时F1-Score达到99.76.该算法比其他现有算法准确率提高至少1％,该项研究具有非常重要的临床应用价值.     

TEMPO氧化修饰的天然多糖纳米纤维增强复合材料及其功能化研究进展

纤维素和几丁质具有相似的结构，是自然界中储量丰富的两类天然多糖。经2, 2, 6, 6-四甲基哌啶氮氧化物(TEMPO)氧化修饰制备的纤维素和几丁质纳米纤维，不仅具有多糖类物质的良好亲水性、生物可降解性、生物相容性及丰富的官能团(羟基、羧基、乙酰氨基和氨基等)所带来的特定化学性质，而且还具有纳米纤维的纳米尺寸效应、大比表面积、高表面活性、高结晶度和手性液晶相结构等特点，已成为生物质纳米材料领域的研究重点之一。本文对TEMPO氧化修饰制备天然多糖纳米纤维的方法及剥离机制进行了总结，同时重点综述了TEMPO氧化修饰的天然多糖纳米纤维在薄膜、凝胶、导电、医用、电磁屏蔽及环境等复合材料的增强和功能升级等方面的研究进展，强调了纤维素和几丁质纳米纤维的官能团及纳米尺寸在复合材料中的增效机制。最后，对天然多糖纳米纤维的发展方向及其在各领域应用的机遇与挑战进行了展望。

盘扣式支撑架具有承载力强、方便安全、结实耐用等优点,被广泛应用于地铁施工。本文以广州市轨道交通十八号线万顷沙车辆段为例,对承插型盘扣式支撑架在地铁车辆段工程中的具体应用进行了详细说明,以期为同类工程提供参考。     

Ensemble relation network with multi-level measure

Fine-grained few-shot learning is a difficult task in image classification. The reason is that the discriminative features of fine-grained images are often located in local areas of the image, while most of the existing few-shotlearning image classification methods only use top-level features and adopt a single measure. In that way, the localfeatures of the sample cannot be learned well. In response to this problem, ensemble relation network with multi-level measure (ERN-MM) is proposed in this paper. It adds the relation modules in the shallow feature space tocompare the similarity between the samples in the local features, and finally integrates the similarity scores from thefeature spaces to assign the label of the query samples. So the proposed method ERN-MM can use local details andglobal information of different grains. Experimental results on different fine-grained datasets show that the proposedmethod achieves good classification performance and also proves its rationality.     

以雷电机理诠释大底盘建筑群电源SPD配置

引入雷电冲击电流分时段特性的重要机理,在细究电感特性的基础上,以电感线路电流不能突变为原理,解释说明雷击建筑物时的高电位在雷击"换路"一刹那间先于雷电流发生,并在大底盘建筑群内可靠传导,形成一全范围的高电位"等电位面".据此得出结论:大底盘建筑群是一栋电位紧密关联的防雷建筑物,在装设电源SPD时应将大底盘地面上多栋物理形态分开的建筑合并视为完整的单一一栋建筑,并根据低压电源线路进出大底盘建筑群的不同情况分别按GB 50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》第4.3.8条第4、5款进行电源SPD配置.     

Effects of non-thermal plasma treating wheat kernel on the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the quality of fresh wet noodles

The effects of non-thermal plasma (NTP) on the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the quality of fresh wet noodles ( FWN) were investigated. The results showed that NTP effectively decreased the total plate count (TPC), yeast and mould count (YMC) and Bacillus spp. in wheat flour. Wet gluten contents and the stability time reached the maximum when treated for 20 s. The viscosity of starch increased significantly after treatment due to the increased of damaged starch. The contents of secondary structure were altered to some extent, which was because that the ordered network structure of gluten protein broken. Furthermore, compared with the control, texture properties of FWN were enhanced significantly at 20 s, and the darkening rate of FWN was greatly inhibited due to the low polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity. Consequently, the most suitable treatment was 500 W for 20 s, providing a basis for the application of NTP in flour products.
